Any question I had Russell and his partner (forgot his name) were quick to help out and made things easy for me so I could focus on other things. Once they got to my new place, they were even more efficient with getting everything in (including reassembling my bed frame and sofa). They were absolute professionals from start to finish. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Horrible moving experience -- significantly exceeded estimate, poor planning, and no resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with All Service Moving. I was originally given an estimate of approximately 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 for my small single bedroom apartment. Instead, my move took approximately 6.5 hours and cost me over $1,000. A major issue was the truck that was sent for my move. I was moving out of an approximately 600-square-foot apartment, and the truck was significantly larger than necessary -- it ended up being only about 40% full. Because of the truck's size, it couldn't access the loading area where it needed to park, which meant the movers had to make much longer trips between the truck and my apartment. This added a considerable amount of time to the move. Photos and information about both locations were available beforehand, and had been viewed so I don't understand why an appropriately sized truck wasn't selected. The other major issue was the pace of the move. I repeatedly observed the movers not actively working. Nearly every time I went outside, they were standing around talking, laughing, or on their phones. When I went back into my apartment while they were working inside, I observed similar periods where they were not actively moving items. I completely understand that reasonable breaks are necessary, but this was far beyond what I expected when I was being charged by the hour. The movers were polite during the actual move, and I initially had no concerns about their interpersonal conduct. Unfortunately, that changed afterward. One of the movers began repeatedly contacting me on my personal phone asking about a tip and a five-star review. I repeatedly explained that I intended to tip but was waiting for a bank transfer to clear and that it would take a few days. Despite that explanation, I received multiple texts a day asking about it. I ultimately felt harassed and uncomfortable enough that I blocked the number. I contacted the company afterward and gave them a detailed explanation of my concerns, including the oversized truck, the additional time and cost, the repeated periods where the movers weren't actively working, and the inappropriate pressure regarding the tip. Unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The Operations Manager's response was simply: "It is Unfortunate that I must inform you That we cannot issue you any kind of reimburse you any kind of refund." There was no meaningful response to the specific concerns I raised and no attempt to address why a move estimated at 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 turned into a 6.5-hour, $1,000+ move. I was promised a certain level of service and a guaranteed timeframe/cost, and that expectation was not met. I gave the company an opportunity to make the situation right, and they declined to do anything. I would strongly recommend getting very specific information about truck size, access, estimated hours, and what happens if the move significantly exceeds the estimate before booking with this company. My experience left me feeling like I paid substantially more because of poor planning and an inefficient move, and then received no meaningful response when I brought those concerns to the company.

Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

Another refund was offered for our moving expenses, bringing our cost down to the quoted price. Nick was excellent in contacting us about our experience and how to make it better. We sincerely appreciate Royalty Moving going to these lengths to make us feel more satisfied with the company. We still need others to know the following information. We feel they have listened to us and hope to improve in these areas, especially the extreme use of plastic wrap. We were very displeased using your services for our move. Here is a list of our complaints: This move took entirely too long. It took over six hours to load the truck, which was unacceptable, and over four hours to unload. There was no particular person in charge. Two helpers only appeared to work part of the time during loading. Standing around and supposedly loading the truck. While we appreciate the care given to our belongings, the excessive use of plastic wrap was ridiculous and wasteful. This excessive use added more time to the move, which was an upcharge for all the wrapping of our belongings. We were prepared to move, so using so much plastic was unnecessary. Most labeled boxes were not put in the correct room or area of the house. The charge for travel was excessive and was not communicated to us Communication challenges with all movers. Updating to 5 stars for outstanding customer service. Original Review (4 star): We had Bektur's moving team last weekend for a move from Seattle to Redmond. They were great; efficient, wrapped everything up securely, got everything down the stairs, got a couch out of the unit and down the stairs. It did take a bit longer than anticipated but we haven't used a moving company before so we weren't totally sure on how long it would take to move everything and the crew was efficient overall for sure. (It was a little over 6 hours with the drive time included for a 2bed apartment to a townhouse) It was unfortunately snowing/hailing so a couple things got a bit muddy and wet. The only thing that really got impacted was the fabric headboard. What we thought was mud, was actually animal poop. We didn't notice until they had left. Once it dried it smelled horrible even after trying to steam clean it. Overall would recommend this moving company and crew the planning, price, and communication was all super smooth. read more

Everything about using Royalty Moving & Storage was top notch. They were fairly priced. Complete transparency in estimate for services and made sure I knew how I would be charged. They were on time. I have used a moving company a number of times throughout my life. THIS WAS THE BEST TEAM EVER! I worked with Bektur's team. There was no pausing, these guys worked like a machine together. I had a complicated move: moved some things to second location, took things from second location and then everything to storage. Somehow they made everything fit into my storage unit. Other movers in the past: this move would have taken significantly more time. Also, they never hit a wall, banged against anything. So careful at every turn. They were polite at all times, dealing with 2 engineers (not paying for service but with opinions and process suggestions). It was so lovely to come home to our bedroom and living room all set up. I have had several really wonderful experiences working with this company. They are easy to get ahold of, quick and efficient to schedule with, and great at communicating day-of. I would get confirmation emails and a heads-up phone call when they were on their way. They are very professional and courteous and took great care with our equipment (large commercial kitchen equipment). Whenever I asked for something, they were quick to say "Yes!" and then figure out how, which I appreciated. Kai and his team stayed late helping me set equipment in place so I wouldn't have to move it twice and even helped haul off my extra waste to save me a trip to the dump (for a reasonable fee). I looked at several companies and got multiple quotes and for the quality, care, professionalism, and insurance they provide, they were the most reasonably priced. I was moving units within the same apartment building and opted to have packing and unpacking services, which were provided at no extra cost. I worked with Adi, Azi and Vlad. The minimum duration for a weekday move is 3 hours and I expected around that long, but they were able to finish everything within an hour and a half! They moved efficiently but carefully and Vlad especially took a lot of care in making sure items were going to the right spots in my new unit. I found this company through Yelp and highly recommend it as they responded super quickly and were very clear about fees and prices! They were very fair in charging time as well and only started the timer when they physically stepped into my apartment unit, and didn't count the time it took to drive to the complex which some moving companies will. I get to know about Royalty Moving company from one of my friend who also hired them. Moving and reservation process was easy and staff help me to schedule the move. Price is reasonable for move for weekend. Movers (Mansur and Xan) arrived on time and quickly stared to load the packages. i was not able to reserve the lift but still they were able to move packages and furniture quickly. They packed furniture such a way that it did not get damaged during move. They helped us unpack and they moved boxes and heavy furniture on first floor. I am generally reluctant to write reviews but I the experience with the Royalty Moving team was nothing but 5 STAR. Their office staff was courteous and prompt. The movers, 3 young guys (Mons, Daniel, regretfully forgot the third name) were completely professional, responsible, and highly integrated about their work. They arrived when promised, worked very hard, without complaining or skimping on any details. Communication, both before and during the move, was clear for what to expect day-of, including arrival time and how long the move would take. While moving my items out of our old place, they ensured that our furniture was wrapped and handled with care. I requested a 1-bdrm move from Seattle to the Eastside less than a week before my moving date and Royalty Moving quickly responded, delivered a reasonable quote, and got me scheduled! John and Said showed up in the allotted time window and got to work right away. They were professional and speedy throughout, carefully wrapping up my belongings and hauling them into the truck, despite the weather's best effort to slow them down. On the other side, unloading and getting them up to my new apartment was a breeze, and they were patient with my requests to place furniture. Would recommend! read more

And you might also need to be flexible, as moving is a dynamic business that sometimes requires changes. But the company does try and stretches to make sure they meet commitments in a reasonable timeframe. However, if you have a bigger move or are absolutely not flexible on day/time, then I would look elsewhere (see other reviews where this has caused issues). We would definitely use again for small moves.

I hired John Frank Moving Company to unload two U-pack pods at my new rental. Communication through…read morethe booking process was very good: quick and responsive, comprehensively answered all questions and as others mentioned the price was very competitive. As others mentioned they offer a discount for cash payment, and I was quited $145 an hour for 2 movers for the 2.5 hour minimum for my job. They were very flexible on timing compared with other companies. On the day of the move I let them know I was ready earlier than booked and they accommodated. They also came with 4 movers instead of 2 at no additional fee and got the whole job done in 45 minutes. The team were four friendly young men and they were super easy to work with, respectful, and careful with my things. They were willing, when I asked, to also remove some large garbage items for an extra fee. Overall: super communicative booking, flexible scheduling, competetive prices and a job well done! Would use again.
