They did a great job and communicated well by text. The home smelled fresh after they finished cleaning.

I've been using this company for the past six months. Surprisingly, even though overall the service was good, there were some teams that came to clean my house that I especially liked. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. The main issue is that I specifically asked not to have different people come every time. I requested that they assign the same team to my home--or at least two consistent teams. Before that, it was always different cleaners, and not all of them did a perfect job, though I always paid on time. On top of that, I always tipped each cleaner at least $100 for 3-4 hours of work. However, after I asked them to assign a permanent team, and even made it clear I would be flexible with the schedule and available on any day, the business owner told me they would get back to me soon with a solution. It has now been a month. She hasn't replied to my texts and doesn't pick up my calls. Because of this, I will unfortunately need to find a new cleaning company for my home. To be continued. read more

Overall did a great job on the master bathroom. Minor issue but they were quick to resolve.

-Respectful -Accommodating -Timely -Outstanding job I've bargain shopped before with house cleaners before and was in a position where I didn't have the option to. I will say that my efforts before were in vain. The professionalism and job were well worth every single penny. I highly suggest you consider this business and highly suggest you give them a shot regardless of your situation. (FWIW - I have a cat who likes to bolt for the door. - They did a more than careful job at acknowledging the request. Kitty is happy and safe :)) To the business owner: Thank you and please continue what you're doing. this is how a and all businesses should operate!!! read more

Tetyana and her team were able to get us scheduled within a reasonable amount of time to deep clean our townhouse rental. They did an excellent job. I checked all the baseboards and didn't find any dirt! Very pleased and would hire THA again! read more

Excellent service, fast response and they did a great job. Have used them twice now and house was spotless and beautiful both times. Highly recommend. read more

The cleaning service left our door open and unattended, despite my explicit request to keep it shut, allowing our cat to escape for nearly 12 hours. She was found scared and trapped in a thorny bush, having never been outside before. This incident has broken my trust in their ability to minimally care for animals. Initial cleaning was good but priced at $650. Subsequent cleanings were with a different crew and pretty good. They do not pass notes along, so you have to reorient the new crew. Overall, their negligence towards our pet's safety greatly impacted my rating and prompted me to write something for other families to be aware. ------ Responding: 1. The second crew didn't know where our sheets were and so they didn't change them twice. They also didn't know how to put our bed jet on. 2. I specially asked them to keep the doors shut. The cat got out because the left the door open and unattended. So that is not taking great care. read more

Tetyana's team did a great job with getting our new home move-in ready. It was worth every dollar spent.

THA House Cleaning came out to help us last month, for a deep clean on a rental property. The previous tenants had done a pretty good job, we gave Tetyana & team a list of areas still needing some help. The crew did a great job focusing on what was actually needed & did a quality job. The result was wonderful. The house was in great shape, ready for the new tenants, And it was a reasonable rate. Tetyana is also incredibly responsive. We most definitely will call again next time! read more

I hired THA Cleaning for move-out and move-in cleaning as part of a recent move and was super satisfied with their work. The throrough and detailed cleaning they did for my move-out was of such great quality that my landlords chose to refund me my cleaning deposit, saving me a food amount of money. They were even kind enough to reschedule and start while the movers were still working to accommodate my landlords schedules. They were responsive in the app, efficient and comprehensive in the clean, including blinds, oven, and fridge deep cleans, and were very affordable for the service. My landlords already asked for the contact information because they were so impressed with the results. Thank you! read more

I got a deep clean for move in and THA did a great job! No one else I called washes blinds which is a big job in itself and they did a thorough job. Everything looked spotless. There were few spots that were missed including under the toilet seat, cabinet areas, kitchen countertops, and under the bathroom sink. Nothing too major. Tetyana was nice enough to offer a $50 refund for the inconveniences! read more

To say I am floored by the quality of the work done by THA's is an understatement. The team sent to us for a deep clean worked diligently and we're meticulous in all aspects of the job. I have always been labelled a "clean freak" and take great pride in my home, but I have end-stage cancer and it was time to hand the reigns over to someone else. I cannot express how glad I am that I found THA's to hand those reigns over to. Now I'm able to rest easy knowing that every Friday these angels will come in and do what was becoming so very difficult for me to, and that my home will be well taken care of when I'm gone. Thank you so much team! read more
