Wow! I was super impressed with this place. They were super responsive when it came to answer my questions and getting my set up, which I appreciated. I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I have tried for well over a week to have the owner confirm that she is insured & bonded. After several delays & her trying to just schedule a cleaning, I asked - 3rd time for proof of insurance & her bond. Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. How can I trust a business if she can't even provide documentation that they are insured and bonded as they say they are?! Thanks, but no thanks. read more

I never posted any review about another cleaning company under you. I would not make that kind of mistake. I posted a review initially based on the fact that I was unable to reach you using the number your business supplied. I informed you of this when you finally contacted me, only after receiving a negative review. You told me that you had two different phone numbers and needed to update the one listed. Secondly, I did indeed have Covid, and I did leave you a message. Perhaps it was under the number you didn't check, or for whatever reason it did not go through. At the time I spoke to you, you said it was no problem and wished me a speedy recovery and told me to get in touch again when I was ready. Then, when I did get back in touch you spoke to me in an extremely rude tone, for no reason, and were very shockingly aggressive. Stop with the gaslighting, figure out your phone issues rather than blaming a client or calling them a liar, and have some compassion for people who are sick. Tula was responsive and offered to come down later in the evening. Tula and her colleague helped clean the two bathrooms and kitchen in our condo apartment. They were prompt, friendly, responsive to texts and calls, and did a good job cleaning. Tula and her staff do the best job at keeping my house neat and clean. I have an extra large, double coated dog, who's fur gets EVERYwhere. They do a thorough job of vacuuming and dusting, wiping off the furniture, washing floors, etc -- when they were done you wouldn't know 2 dogs live here along with their humans.
