They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. While not super convenient, I agreed to meet, saying that it was important for me to first verify her insurance before hiring her. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) Huge shout outs to Taylor, their agent, for the initial contact, all questions answered, and the post-service follow-up...and also mad props to Isamar, their cleaner, who took our house and made it ready for entertaining during the holidays. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done.
