Great cleaning at a fair price. Some last minute schedule changes but we are flexible so not much of a bother for us. Appreciate the quality of the clean and the attention to detail when I was pregnant and post partum and needed extra help. This was our first experience with this company. 1. This company showed up 1 hour late with minimal and misleading notice/updates. Whatever your situation, communication and reliability should be certain. 2. It was a "deep clean" and was supposed to be a team of 3. Only 1 cleaner showed up (late). Delilah (the cleaner) was cordial, professional, and did her best but should not be expected to clean our entire house solo. There were many places left untouched and she even mentioned "sorry, I ran out of town I couldn't get to....." Delilah was tipped appropriately for her hard work. 3. When brought to the attention of the owner, the response was "we'll do better next time, please make payment - you are on the schedule for the next clean." As a fellow business owner, I offered room for them to service recovery and it never happened. Sorry, there won't be a next time. Ever and his helper were friendly and pleasant and worked diligently. They put up with and were friendly with my dogs and with me while I needed to be home working. My house had been neglected for a long time and they removed dust and dog hair with a smile. Also, they leave little touches like special folding of towels and tissues that I couldn't do.
