I had a wonderful experience! I booked them through Yelp projects after being impressed with their quote and speed of response. They were also flexible with scheduling and able to get me in soon. They were super professional and detail oriented. I work from home and have dogs, so they started on my office so that me and the dogs could lock ourselves in and work while they finished the house. Everything is spotless and I'm so happy! The cleaning ended up taking longer than expected, but the still honored the original price which I really appreciated. I recently needed a cleaner to do the Move Out clean for my old apartment. Didn't even know where to start, so I used Yelp's tool to request quotes from local vendors. Magic Cleaning's email came in a few minutes later. They gave me a really competitive price and were willing to commit to their price (something most of the other quotes wouldn't do). And on top of that, they were really kind and polite in their email... something a lot of the other cleaners didn't do. On the day of the cleaning, they texted me in advance to let me know the specifics of when they'd arrive. Two cleaners showed up with all their tools and supplies. I unlocked the door, showed them the place, and then walked out. I came back a few hours later and the place was IMMACULATE. LONG STORY SHORT: this is an excellent cleaning company and surpassed all of my expectations. I highly recommend working with magic cleaning for any of your cleaning needs. Full story: I was in need for a last minute apartment cleaning in preparation for moving out, so I used the yelp feature to request quotes. I received about 7 or so quotes from different companies but the one from Magic Cleaning was of the first to respond and even left a direct phone number to call (no robots or websites to talk to). Not only that but their price seemed the most reasonable for the required work. After calling, the owner picked up within two rings and we were able to schedule a service within 36 hours! Very refreshing to speak to and work with. On the day of cleaning, they showed up plenty early and fully prepared to get to work. They were very direct with their pricing and finished work in a timely manner. In the end the apartment was left spotless, as if no one had ever lived there. And throughout all interactions the whole team was very kind and full of smiles. They accepted many methods of payment and were out the door just as quickly as they arrived. Carlos and Jorg were amazing. I had been unwell and the apartment Wa need a clean. Of course this occurred to me at 10 o'clock last night. I'm thinking no way would I find someone on the Fourth of July weekend. Carlos was on the phone at 11pm rescheduling so he could fit me in. The next day he let me know when he would be arriving Both Jorge and Carlos were respectful and listened to what I wanted to do.
