32/10 experience. I used Ukrainian Quality Cleaning for the first time approximately one week ago. I am kicking myself for not having done so sooner. I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. I wanted to come and immediately write a review. Ukraine Cleaners was recommended by a trusted friend and WOW were they great. Both women arrived right on time, got work, and did an amazing job. Every corner was cleaned the way I wish I could make myself do it. I walked through after and it felt like it did the day we moved in, perfect. We have two LARGE dogs, and it is like night & day from the grimy corners that happen (because life!) and how the space feels now. The value, quality, and cost were perfect. Wow!! Uliana arrived a little early but waited until exact time to come in, so considerate. She immediately got to work and worked extremely hard for several hours while I was working in my office, uninterrupted. Better than I expected as the cost is unbelievably reasonable. This review is long overdue mainly because I don't really know how to explain the mess that happened and how much this meant to me. Long story short: when we had the roof redone, our finished attic ended up a complete disaster. Dust, dirt, wood, and debris from the last 10 years was pounded through the oak beams (apparently the people who flipped our home didn't put any insulation between them and the roof and then the new company didn't realize that was an issue) onto the carpet, furniture, monitors, just EVERYWHERE. It was a complete nightmare. Dad and I both have COPD so it was not feasible for us to clean it. Enter Oleg and Uliana. I gave them a list of needs (dust, vacuum, and steam carpets and furniture) and they went above and beyond. I didn't think to ask them to do the walls, but they did. They took everything off bookcases and shelves, wiping them down with such care. I have my space back again - I can breathe and enjoy it! I've never hired cleaners before, but after seeing the work Oleg and Ulyana did, I cannot go back to not hiring out to clean my house after move in/out! We were moving out of our home and needed a deep clean of the entire house--base boards, windows, blinds, the fridge/freezer, etc. Oleg and Ulyana worked extremely hard to get the job done efficiently and thoroughly. The house has never looked this clean and they honestly did a much better job than I could have done. They were also very nice and friendly to work with. I didn't start a service with them because their pricing is ridiculous! They go by an hourly rate and it's high. Even a rocket scientist or a Microsoft engineer doesn't make anywhere near as much an hour! There better be gold dusters involved for that price and you better feel like your house was the day it was first built. Everybody else was quoting similar reasonable amounts for a deep clean. What would the price of a regular clean be, I dread to think! When I questioned them their response was 'There's always a buyer.' so if you're dumb enough to pay that price, it's on you. read more

My wife and I do a pretty good job of keeping up on routine house cleaning but lack the time to do all that needs to be done (like comprehensive dusting, mirror cleaning, wet mopping), so we prefer to call in some help every few months. This team is amazing! First, they were so understanding when we had a scheduling mishap (100% my fault) that I am sure cost them time and money. Second, I cannot say enough about the wonderful job they did. I hired them to do a move-out clean and was blown away at the level of service provided. Not only did they clean all the insides and outsides of appliances and cabinets, wash the windows and the normal cleaning things, but they also scrubbed the walls! We hired Oleg and Uliana for a move out cleaning a few weeks ago and they were great! They were responsive and professional from the first interaction. They arrived at our house right on time and were eager to work. Prior to coming they asked if there were any specific things we needed to be done and we highlighted what those were (nothing out of the ordinary (wiping cabinet shelves clean, for instance) and they did all those things exactly as asked.
