I've gotten two as-needed standard cleanings, and each time they've been wonderful!!! Very easy to book with and very friendly. I usually leave the apartment (~750sq ft, 1 bed 1 bath) to let them do their thing, and when I come back, it feels like an entirely new place!! 10/10 would recommend read more

The crew has been coming for the past year and they do a good job, especially for the price. They are very pleasant although I am usually working when they are here. Unlike some agencies, the teams always wear a mask and booties without always having to be asked. read more

They are prepaid. So they didn't mop dust or clean the toilet. Do not use this company. They vacuumed. And gone in thirty minutes. No Thanks! read more

it looks amazing!! Thank you! Above and beyond getting my dishes into the garbage bags for me I had accidentally left in the dishwasher. Probably the best move out cleaning I have had done in the past 10 yrs. Highly recommend! read more

Adrianne's Housekeeping did a move out clean for my rental condo in downtown Seattle. They did a wonderful job. It was easy to schedule and they communicated very well. I highly recommend them for cleaning! read more

I have worked with Adrianne's for about 4-6 months now and can't say enough! They are professional, on time, kind and very helpful. They have an awesome communication tool for me to not only pay and tip just also to schedule, change the schedule and ask for additional work - like cleaning the garage or whatever. The ladies who come- Andrea S, Andrea M and Matilde - are SO wonderful. They keep me sane twice a month as a Mom of 2 boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Thank you again for being so amazing! read more

They were really great! The company was so nice and good to communicate with. Our new house looks lovely and the crew arrived right on time and jumped into work. I loved the little touches of the toilet paper and paper towels at the end. I hope to use them again in the future. read more

We used this company for over three years and ultimately stopped service in November due to steadily increasing prices. When we recently reached out to request the same regular cleaning service we had consistently received--most recently just two months prior--we were quoted 2.5x our previous rate, despite no meaningful change in scope or expectations. While management initially indicated we could proceed by adding extra time to the service to ensure everything was completed, that option was later retracted after extensive back-and-forth. The conversation became circular and unproductive, ultimately ending with us being told we were "not a good fit," despite years of ongoing service. Rather than transparent communication about pricing or scope changes, past work was reframed as "insufficient," which felt misleading after it had been accepted without issue for years. Beyond pricing, communication and execution were ongoing challenges throughout our time as customers. On multiple occasions--too many to count--the cleaning team was unable to access the property despite being provided a door code. We have emails and text messages confirming the correct code was shared, yet we were repeatedly contacted because the team could not enter the home. This happened often enough to be a consistent disruption rather than a one-off mistake. Additionally, specific cleaning notes were frequently overlooked and never fully addressed, even when raised multiple times. One example was a powder room where the base of the toilet was repeatedly missed; despite flagging it, it remained an issue and I often had to clean it myself after the team had already left. These types of oversights, combined with the frequent access issues, pointed to ongoing breakdowns in communication between management and the cleaning team. It was disappointing to see a long-term customer treated this way--especially after years of flexibility, repeated follow-ups, and accepted service. Transparency, consistency, and respect for established clients matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of all three. Very similar to other reviewers I have also had the experience of being pigeoned into a twice a month clean if I wanted to have the same team come to our residence as we were being serviced every 3 weeks but then we ended up switching to monthly. I also agree with another reviewer, who mentioned that the staff that comes to clean your home are lovely; very friendly people, but the management is where it lacks consistency and confidence. They even used our own vacuum cleaner as I would noticed that the brush was entangled with debris at times and and didn't understand why until one of the team members asked me where the extra battery was so they can use it. Hmmmm. I'd expect a professional company like this so use their own equipment and ask prior to using ours and cleaning out the vacuum after. If I were you, I would definitely find somebody else to clean your home. It's not worth the mental gymnastics that this company puts you through just to get decent service for a fair price without feeling like you're being price gouged, especially when the service you had is what you're requesting currently 2 months later, is now 2 1/2 times more! Ridiculous!! read more

This was a move out clean on short notice. I thought I had another company scheduled and they did not show up and I couldn't reach them. I called Adrianne's and they scheduled me for the very next day. They texted To say they were on their way, showed up when I expected them and did an amazing job. Everything sparkles and looks awesome. I wish I had discovered Adrianne's Housekeeping years ago and they had been cleaning for me on a regular basis. The three women who arrived got straight to cleaning and were friendly and helpful. I so appreciate what they did for me on such short notice. Everything looks great. Thank you so much. read more

Before, our house looked like a tornado swept through the house (a puppy) and now it looks great! I've had a consistently good experience and they are always very nice. We've been using Adrianne's for over a year (I think it's been multiple now) and it's worth it. The housekeepers and office staff are great and easy to work with. Their cleaning is very helpful for my marriage too. read more

super efficient - great job, the place is move in ready - good communication. would highly recommend.

They did a wonderful job! I now have three spaces in my home to retreat to and re-energize. The extra touches with the folded hand towels and toilet paper decorations were especially lovely. They took care and respected my items. I've used their services before and will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Requested full move out cleaning, they did a great job. I especially liked the way they cleaned the mirrors and glass, spotless.

I want to add to my comments about Adriannes. As unhappy as I was, I would like to say how impressed I was with the great communication they gave. They offered me several choices to help me feel better about the situation. I was thankful for that. read more

They did a deep clean for us. I feel like I walked into a new house! I will definitely have them back to do regular cleaning.

When I inquired about services I had very quick feedback and what services they offered. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable through the whole transaction . The cost for this whole house clean was reasonable compared to what was offered from other businesses. I picked this company based on reviews I'd rather from others on a few social media sites. I would highly recommend this business to Work within your home. read more

Adrienne's came at the scheduled time and their cleaning was very thorough. I will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend them! Team number 1 did a stellar job cleaning our home yesterday. They were all super friendly and even more thorough. They went above and beyond any other cleaning we have had by a long ways. The price was great value considering all they did in just two hours. Every surface of the home was throughly cleaned all the way out to the storm door inside and out and slider inside and out including the tracts. This is the third cleaning company we have tried and the other two did far less and subpar jobs at that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! read more

We have used Adrianne's Housekeeping services for several years. The first time, we had them do our move-out cleaning for a rental home and they did such an incredible job that I almost wanted to move back in again! Since then, we started employing them for regular cleaning every two weeks. While we have a lovely regular team that usually shows up, on occasion a different group must cover the time slot we have chosen. No matter who it is, they always do a great job. We have preferences listed on our account, and they are honored. They also continue to mask before entering the house per our request, as an fyi for those of you who are immunocompromised or otherwise cautious. Their rates are in line with other services, and they show up with all their own cleaning solutions and equipment to perform the cleaning. As a team of three, they complete the "hours" of cleaning in 1/3 the time of one person and since the company employs multiple cleaners, I never have had them cancel a cleaning. I love that they're flexible about scheduling, too. If I have an event coming up, I can easily schedule an extra cleaning, longer service, or reschedule/skip a service to accommodate our plans. They have helped us so much and the friendly, talented cleaners are the best. read more

I have mixed feelings here, but ultimately ended service with Adrianne's. I had bi-weekly housecleaning for several months; the cleaning job was reasonable (missed a thing or two here or there occasionally). I had a team of 3 and they were very nice and friendly, and two of them had good attention to detail. The third was generally assigned to the bathrooms and that's where some of the misses occurred from time to time. But what caused me to end my service is arriving home (no one home) to the middle of their cleaning, with one of the ladies in my liquor cabinet acting like she was cleaning it. Adrianne's makes a big deal about "if doors are closed, that's a signal to us that you don't want cleaning there, and we will not open it." The liquor cabinet is closed and has a lock on it, so this felt like an intense violation of trust, which is critical when you have strangers in all corners of your home for hours. And it wasn't just the one lady going rogue - the other two were in the room talking to her about it when I walked in. So I ended the service. read more

I have been using them for roughly 3 years for housekeeping every other week. Take this review with a grain of salt because I haven't used any other housekeeping services, but Adrianne's provides consistently great service so I haven't had any reason to. House always comes back looking clean and neat despite having those times when we're a little behind with the kid clutter. Very happy with the service. read more
