I requested a deep cleaning on my apartment. We had a lot of things needing attention. New View sent over a great cleaner who did an excellent job on our unit. I find myself walking around and being surprised at how clean certain things are - like I didn't know it could be that shiny. Great communication throughout the experience, thanks! read more

4 different cleaners quote me and this one had the best price. I wasn't expecting much since they are the cheapear, but they did an outstanding job cleaning the place, especially the appliances. The oven was quite dirty, but they cleaned it very well and refreshed the whole place. The only slight thing I noticed is that the hard floor is still wet after they are gone. Not really a problem for me though since it dried up fast. Would highly recommend them! read more

Very impressed and happy to have used new view cleaners! Inha was very responsive to our request and was able to schedule a cleaning at a 1 week notice. Super affordable rates and professional quality. Tanya arrived right on time and was able to finish cleaning our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse for move out in 4 and a half hours. New View Cleaners - Pretty clean kitchen! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Issaquah, Washington

I do not write reviews as everyone does their best but with this company.....Do not waste your time!!!! Poor communication by the owner. I was never told that my homes estimate cleaning of 5-6 hours was necessary the first clean. It was based on the cleanliness of my home. I did not need a lot but wanted to see the work of the company as I was planning on doing daily 2-3 hours of cleaning for 7 days straight for an event in my home. She cleaned for 3.5 hours but charged me for 6 hours. The cleaning lady asked me how long do I stay??? She did not say she was to stay for 5-6 hours!! This is a scam and go somewhere else to help clean your home. I tried being reasonable but she wanted me to pay for 4 hours with each clean when that is not my need! So disappointed and will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this company. read more

I used new view cleaners based on the positive reviews. I had a move out cleaning done with windows. After the cleaning I noticed that there were many places that had been missed: - Parts of the molding and floors in the bathroom were still dirty. There were footprints on the floor in the bathroom - The cupboards in the kitchen weren't cleaned - The corners of the floor in the kitchen were still dirty - The outside of the dishwasher was dirty - The screens on the exhaust fan above the stove were still full of grease - The floors and walls in the closet were still dirty - The inside of the oven was still dirty - One of areas of the glass above a burner on the stove was still dirty Two cleaners spent 4.5 hours on a 1 bed/1 bath home. I would have expected better. I wouldn't recommend A New View Cleaners. read more

So easy to work with! We used this service for move-out cleaning and it couldn't have been easier or a better job at a reasonable price. Thank you! read more

Definitely five stars. Their price is great based on the cleaning service they provided. Katie helped me clean out a three bedrooms two bath townhouse today. She spent 6 hours and you can tell it definitely worth it when you see the outcome! (Everything is like new now, refrigerator , oven ....) Would like to work with them again in the not long future! Thanks! read more

Ella helps cleaned my house! She is very handful, everywhere cleaned at Great condition! Recommend her!

Inha was very responsive through Yelp. Had no issues booking. They were prompt and on time. I thought they did a great job deep cleaning the bathroom and removing the tub and sink stains. I wish I would have found them before I moved so I could have used them as regular cleaners - really happy with how they did (and I'm a picky cleaner!) read more

New View Cleaner is amazing! The scheduling was very convenient, they respond within 5 minutes and have lot of time scheduling options available. Kate was so thorough with the cleaning, she checked with us for any specific asks before starting the cleaning. She was right on time and mindful of the fact that we had a 2 month old baby at home. Cant wait to schedule my next cleaning with them! read more

This is the 3rd time I have used A New View - they are great! I am sorry I moved out of the area and can no longer count on them. I moved out of a condo to a house in Olympia, so it was a rough move with a 2-hour drive in between locations - and I left the condo looking rough. We originally booked for 9 and when there was a conflict that would put me at 1, Inha was kind enough to get me in at 7 to help me avoid the worst of the traffic back to Olympia. The place was immaculate - every surface, door, baseboard, all of it - and the kitchen and bathroom gleamed. Excellent service and cleaning! Would highly recommend. read more

Inha and her team did a great job with my apartment! They were early and very kind. This is the first time I've had a professional clean that hasn't been a move out clean and they were very thorough. I felt comfortable leaving them as I had to go almost as soon as they arrived. I gave direction on what I needed done and was pleasantly surprised. I'll be using their business as a monthly service and will be recommending them to friends. read more

I used a new view and they quoted me an hourly rate, only sent one cleaner for a deep clean of a 4 bedroom house. She was here for 6 hours and the house was not completely cleaned & it was definitely not a deep clean. It was cleaner than when she arrived, but it was not worth the amount I paid, which ended up being the highest amount I was quoted on yelp. read more

I've been using New View Cleaner for the last 9 months and this is the best home cleaning service I've ever received.
