Let me start by saying that I installed Yelp, only because I needed to leave a review for their service - if you can even call it that. We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review. read more

4 different cleaners quote me and this one had the best price. I wasn't expecting much since they are the cheapear, but they did an outstanding job cleaning the place, especially the appliances. The oven was quite dirty, but they cleaned it very well and refreshed the whole place. The only slight thing I noticed is that the hard floor is still wet after they are gone. I do not write reviews as everyone does their best but with this company.....Do not waste your time!!!! Poor communication by the owner. I was never told that my homes estimate cleaning of 5-6 hours was necessary the first clean. It was based on the cleanliness of my home. I did not need a lot but wanted to see the work of the company as I was planning on doing daily 2-3 hours of cleaning for 7 days straight for an event in my home. She cleaned for 3.5 hours but charged me for 6 hours. The cleaning lady asked me how long do I stay??? She did not say she was to stay for 5-6 hours!! This is a scam and go somewhere else to help clean your home. I tried being reasonable but she wanted me to pay for 4 hours with each clean when that is not my need! So disappointed and will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this company. read more

I used new view cleaners based on the positive reviews. I had a move out cleaning done with windows. After the cleaning I noticed that there were many places that had been missed: - Parts of the molding and floors in the bathroom were still dirty. There were footprints on the floor in the bathroom - The cupboards in the kitchen weren't cleaned - The corners of the floor in the kitchen were still dirty - The outside of the dishwasher was dirty - The screens on the exhaust fan above the stove were still full of grease - The floors and walls in the closet were still dirty - The inside of the oven was still dirty - One of areas of the glass above a burner on the stove was still dirty Two cleaners spent 4.5 hours on a 1 bed/1 bath home. She was here for 6 hours and the house was not completely cleaned & it was definitely not a deep clean.
