They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. This is the first time I've had a deep clean where I felt completely satisfied. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly deep cleaning and their monthly service.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. The main issue is that I specifically asked not to have different people come every time. I requested that they assign the same team to my home--or at least two consistent teams. Before that, it was always different cleaners, and not all of them did a perfect job, though I always paid on time. On top of that, I always tipped each cleaner at least $100 for 3-4 hours of work. However, after I asked them to assign a permanent team, and even made it clear I would be flexible with the schedule and available on any day, the business owner told me they would get back to me soon with a solution. It has now been a month. She hasn't replied to my texts and doesn't pick up my calls. Because of this, I will unfortunately need to find a new cleaning company for my home. To be continued.
