If you're not patient or don't care about quality results don't use this business. Elisabeth puts in work and is worth every dollar! I didn't take before pictures because I was so disgusted by the condition of my new home. But let me tell you... I was SO HAPPY when I walked after Elisabeth worked her magic. I could smell the clean before I could see it. Everything I was worried about was taken care of. She went above and beyond and did some things I would have never thought of. She made the scary microwave look brand new! If you need a move in/out clean done right, reach out to Elisabeth! read more

Cleanest Clean Housekeeping - This was red all over the inside - Home Cleaning Near Me

I found Elisabeth on Yelp actually! let me tell you it is hard to find house cleaners. When someone is good, they are in demand and for good reason! I recently moved and im disabled, not only did Elisabeth do my move out clean, but she has been coming to my new house to clean, unpack, organize and overall make my house a home. Her work ethic is unmatched, her skills are unparalleled and her friendly personality is a blessing when you are overwhelmed and unable to do a lot of housekeeping chores yourself. Her hourly rate is reasonable especially considering her deep cleans include inside cupboards, walls, windows and the always difficult cleaning of blinds! I cannot praise her enough! You'd be a fool to sleep on her cleaning services! read more

I hired Cleanest Clean in January '24 to deep clean my new home. I probably paid for ~ 13 hours of labor and what was handed back over to me was a complete disappointment. The kitchen and bathrooms were still filthy and little things like light and thermostat switches were still grimy. It's April now and I'm still finding things that make me thing "I can't believe they didn't do that" I communicated all of this to Elizabeth and she was receptive to the feedback and even offered a few hours of labor to make sure I was satisfied. I was content with the offer as I was moving out of my apartment in a few days. The evening prior to the scheduled make-up clean, Elizabeth texts and says she cannot make the previously agreed on appointment, leaving me scrambling. I've not heard anything else from the business so I'm posting this review to make you all aware of the experience I had with them. read more

Elisabeth did such an amazing job on my home move clean out. She showed up promptly, was so great with communication leading up to the day of and same with same day. My house looks so spectacular and I'm honestly in awe of how she did it all herself as is my husband. I could not recommend her more. I've had many cleaners in WA and she is by far the best thus far. read more

Elisabeth was very responsive and provided excellent customer service during the entire process. She was very quick to respond to all my questions. She was able to squeeze me into her schedule on fairly short notice. She informed me when she arrived and called me as she was wrapping up the job. She was up front and transparent on price, and provided details on what her cleaning included. She did some magic on the bathtubs and shower: They look brand new! Going back to my original point, it was her customer service that really stood out the most. Because of it, I would definitely recommend her for move-in / move-out cleaning services. read more

Elisabeth did an amazing job giving my house a deep clean. My house is spotless and looks the best it has in years.

I contacted Cleanest Clean for a quote for a move out clean for a townhouse I am listing in Olympia- her hourly was high for a single cleaner but I hoped the quality of her work would match the cost. We scheduled on a Monday, and I received a text late Sunday night that she couldn't make it because she wasn't able to find childcare. I'm a Mom and a busy attorney, and I totally understand that childcare can be a challenge. I had taken the day off on Monday because I live so far away, but again, it's understandable and I worked with her to make it work the following day. I arranged for my Mom to meet her instead on Tuesday. She arrived on time at noon and looked around the place, she was pleasant and told my Mom she thought it would take her about 3 hours. My mom ran errands in Olympia and came back a couple hours into the clean to see how everything was going. She found Elisabeth getting out of her car with a toddler and a couple of Starbucks frappuccinos. I didn't authorize a child to be in my home and as a homeowner, it's a liability that I didn't consent to. Not to mention, she left the house when she was supposed to be doing a job. I know for a fact that no one is as efficient watching a toddler. I'm a busy working mom with a toddler, which is why I needed to hire someone else to help me with this move out clean. Once I heard her child was there, I asked her to focus on the bathrooms and then be done. She told me that she had 3.5 hours in. When I was frustrated that she'd only gotten the bathrooms and trim done in 3.5 hours, she told me that I was expecting a miracle and that it was a big house. She was the one that gave me an estimate of 3 hours when she arrived. It's also 2000 square foot townhouse, not that big. I still paid her what she asked for, but I don't believe I was treated fairly. At the end of the day, I don't know how long she left for and I can't speak to her efficiency with a child, but I can tell you that I believe she was dishonest with me and that I wouldn't hire her again. I would also urge anyone that does hire her to ensure she doesn't have unauthorized people with her, that's a liability that clients shouldn't unknowingly take on. read more

Elizabeth did an excellent job! I was looking for some extra help with Spring Cleaning. When I first contacted her, she was very responsive and provided accurate information about her prices, she has great rates. Once I let her know what I needed cleaned. She arrived on time and began right away. She does not use harsh chemicals and was very welcoming to my toddler while he was all over when she started. I would highly recommend her and would definitely be a returning customer. The payment process was seamless as well, there were no hidden fees. read more

Loved the work Elisabeth did cleaning my apartment. She was detailed and through. Highly recommended her company.

Elisabeth bar none did the best job deep cleaning our house out of everyone we've ever hired. She went above and beyond to make sure she thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny, and she worked so hard for hours until everything (and I mean EVERYTHING--windows, oven, couches) was spotless! Not to mention she was so accommodating with our schedules and showed up for the appointment exactly on time, to the minute. So grateful for her and highly recommend! read more

We moved-in to a single house home (3500 sq ft+). Our main concern was the allergens from previous owners. We have very serious pet allergies, and the previous owners had pets. Elizabeth cleaned our home very throughly. She sanitized the entire home and did the carpet shampooing as well (which was amazing). Our home feels fresh and clean, no allergic reaction. We appreciate her great work. We definitely recommend her and want to work with her again. Her rate was very competitive as well. read more

Made a move out appointment at 2:30-3:30PM. In the appointment day, texted around noon that it would be a little late and would arrive at 3-4, then texted again at 3 that it will be 4 or later, and ended up with no show. If you value your own time be aware of this cleaning service. read more
