We used another green cleaning service in the past and what a difference this company is compared to them. We were actually happy with them until we switched over to this company and saw what a difference there was. We also feel very safe with their covid-19 policies. The technicians are masked and have us fill out a form ahead of time as well in which we promise we will adhere to the guidelines. The office is very responsive to any of your needs and they do it with a smile. This company is simply the best there is in Seattle. They have different packages to choose from as well depending on the level of detail and thoroughness that you want. They also have these great things called task blocks in which you can add on certain tasks such as doing laundry, doing dishes, organizing, basically anything you want. We had them add on a fridge cleaning and this is a close up just to show you the level of detail that they do. We believe they have spoiled us.

As for the cleaning quality, I'd say it was about 95% there but not perfection (I suppose nothing ever is perfect). A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.

I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. From the moment I first contacted Cascade Maids, the experience was nothing short of exemplary. They integrate with Google quite well and I was able to chat with someone through GMail to explain our needs. After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.) Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The younger cleaner's attitude was dismissive (she said "well obviously) and unprofessional. Very little time was spent in the bedrooms and hallway. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping. For the amount of money we paid, this was nowhere near the quality of service we expected. We will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on our experience.
