I hired Oksana's company for a move-out cleaning of a 1BR condo in downtown Seattle. When she arrived, we found out the company that had been hired to paint the place (and was supposed to have been done the day prior) was still painting. They had paint stuff everywhere which would have prevented cleaning of most of the areas. Oksana graciously handled the situation and had a lot of flexibility in trying to reschedule. We had an excellent experience with Bubble Cleaning and will happily use them again. We hired them to do a full top to bottom clean of our 1980 sq ft house, including cleaning the carpets. I will say that they were the most expensive cleaners we have ever hired, but they were the most thorough, including cleaning spots that haven't been cleaned in years. We paid almost $800 for 4 hours, but the house is as clean as it could be, which we are quite happy about. I will say that there were two places that they missed- next to the fridge and the grease fan under the range, which isn't the end of the world, but for $800 I would have liked those to be done too. I would give 2.5 stars if Yelp allows. I hired a lady a month ago who cleaned the same area for less than two hours at $80; Bubble Cleaning charged me $375 for 2.5 hours' work of three ladies. The cleanliness is at best slightly better, but at almost five times the price. ----------- To respond to the owner's comments, Bubble Cleaning only cleaned three bathrooms, the loft space (plus a laundry room and half of the second living room). The other firm cleaned two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and the second living space. The area cleaned is less than half of our house, about 1500 sqrt. As requested by the owner, the other company is THA Housing Cleaning and we hired them on June 19th. That is around two months ago. I lowered the rating from three stars to two stars due to the immense communication cost, as shown from the owner's comment. I never said that I would hire them again, but did said that I wanted shelves, surfaces, and the closet be cleaned. ------------ 1) I emphasized that we have a guest room and want it to be super clean. Yet the whole closet area stay untouched and the carpet doesn't look vacuumed. Two big clusters of dust stays in the closet. My husband and I have to finish these by ourselves. This surprised me as I have pointed out that the closet needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, the lady did a great job for the guest bathroom. 2) Two ladies didn't finish cleaning the master bathroom after spending 40 minutes. I checked in and suggested them not to clean the walls and save time for wiping surfaces that we use daily. They claimed they would keep a high standard and could not do that. I offer another half hour for them to finish up and expect to see their high standard, but only comparable results with other firms: - I see water marks on the wall. - We have open shelves and they put things back in the wrong places, while the lady from the other firm respected how we display things. If you are not in a hurry, it is definitely better to wait to book other firms. You are most likely to spend less and get the same. read more

Very fast response time to my initial query. Oksana helped book a time for two workers to come and clean my home in preparation for staging. They took 3.75 hours to do so, and were moving reasonably fast. Definitely not moving slow to lengthen the time. Cleaning was very thorough and professional. I even saw them climbing ladders to clean the lights in the bathroom, which I honestly never thought to do myself in routine maintenance. Price was typical for the work in East side. I usually do all my house cleaning myself but it is spring and my cat is shedding like crazy! I need to do some deep cleaning and sanitation. Things like clean door knobs, scrub shower stains, vacuum all the cushions of cat fur, etc. My back had been hurting from my martial arts class and I needed some help to get all my spring cleaning done in one day. I used the yelp quote for cleaning services and got a response within minutes! I was able to have someone come within a couple hours! They are very responsive and even text! As for the cleaning, they did a really good job. My only complaint is I wish she vacuumed the couches a bit more as I still found some cat hair. I went back in after she left and did a more thorough job on the couches. But the rest of the house looked great. The shower was spotless and bathroom floor (tiles/grout) were clean! The bathroom was the main reason I needed help. My back hurt too much to bend over and scrub for hours. They did a great job and finished in about a hour. I would definitely recommend them and may use them every 6 months for a deep cleaning. It was $150 flat rate fee, it is a little pricey since I only have a little over 1,000 sq ft condo. But at least they have great customer service and same day booking available. Luckily I only need a deep cleaning once or twice a year as I do all the upkeep myself. It was very convenient to be able to drop off my cat to get shaved, have them clean the house, do some laundry while they clean, get some groceries, and by the time they were done, and I had a fur free home and the cat was shaved ready to come home and ready for spring! They are great. They had a tough job. They cleaned our entire house when we moved out. It needed a lot of attention. They spent about 9 hours cleaning and once they left it looked like a new house. I used Bubble Cleaning Service for my Mom's home. She had sold her house. We went over what was to be done on the internet. Quoted a price. The place was cleaned the chandelier was missed. I didn't ask what products they used. I assumed the would be commercial grade because I made a point of telling them that the floors needed to be scrubbed. That did not happen They were mopped and 4 1/2 hours later. So the price went up. The whole thing seemed to be communicating issue. English was not a good. Oksana was incredibly communicative when I was inquiring about quotes to clean our 2000 sft home to get ready for an open house. She had immediate weekend availability and when the job was too large to complete in one day, she moved her schedule around to accommodate coming back the next day to finish. I'm truly amazed how clean my house looks, smells, and feels. I did not know my home could look like this, honestly. They did a fantastic job and I would not hire anyone else.
