I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. Also, they didn't even ask me to write this review. They genuinely cleaned my place so hard I feel compelled to tell other people about it. Thanks to everyone who works for this company, and slava ukraini!

Absolutely recommend this business!…read more I called on Glow and Go during a very stressful transition. While living abroad, my property was rented out and the tenants trashed the place and left the yard in a state of extreme neglect. I was absolutely devastated by the damage... but over the next few days I got outstanding support from this business. They cleared out dump piles and trash, removed and replaced the refrigerator and took out years of weeds and overgrowth from the yard... all while being so kind and supportive. I feel so grateful that they were the ones I called. Not only did they get a massive amount of work done on a quick schedule, I feel like I made new friends. Mark came out the next day, reviewed my house, and gave me the quote. The first visit would be a thorough cleaning, and would probably take four hours with two people. And yeah, it was that bad. Subsequent visits, every two weeks, would be a flat rate. Sounded fine. They just completed the first visit, and I'm a happy man!. They wore masks (as did I while they were here), and cleaned everything. They worked hard, put everything back where it had been (mostly), and were very courteous to me. So, first visit was excellent. We'll see about subsequent visits. But based on the first visit, I have high expectations for their bi-weekly visits.

Before I start--pease note that the other Queen Bee Cleaning listed on Yelp--as "CLOSED" is the…read moresame business. Closing your business and starting it anew isn't the way to get a fresh start on reviews! I needed my home revamped post-covid. I hired Queen Bee to do a deep clean of my 1250 sq ft, 3 bed, 1.5 bath home. Our home was clutter free, pre-cleaned (as I've always done with my cleaning people in the past), and there was nothing particularly gross or unsanitary. Within the previous month, I had fully scrubbed my entire kitchen from top to bottom (but not inside appliances). I paid extra for having my fridge and oven cleaned. Their quoted price was over $600. I agreed. They were over 90 minutes late--which is fine, I'm super flexible and didn't get upset when they told me they were detained at another job. I couldn't quite tell, but, there were 4-5 people who came into my home. They stayed for 3.5 hours. This is more than $30 per man hour, so a very fair wage. Promptly at 6 pm, they all left--I watched on my porch cam, so I could return home. When I arrived home, the furniture in my living room was all over the place. A bar stool was under my front window. My pets' food bowls were placed inside of the litter box--and just left there. There was a gross, white residue all over my hardwood floors, in my oven, and on the front of my fridge. Mirrors and windows had drips running down them. Light fixtures were not dusted. My bed, which I explained to them was Scandinavian style--with two folded comforters was randomly thrown together, who messes up FOLDING a blanket? In addition to this, it was clear that they'd placed our comforters on the floor--which had cat fur, glitter, dust, etc--then, just rolled up the dirty bedding for us to sleep on??? I could go on, but it was pretty terrible. Prior to the job, I had asked them to send me quote for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Quite frankly, though, the things they did poorly--were the things that would be included in a weekly or bi-weekly clean up. The only things that did a pretty great job of was the things I paid extra for--the fridge and oven, aside from the white residue, were immaculate---once they came back the following day to re-do/complete the job. It's my understanding that they simply ran out of time and left at 6 pm--my house was literally left in disarray. Coming home after a cleaning crew has been there should be relaxing, not annoying. I was quite clear with them that I was unhappy and would not be continuing with their company. I almost didn't leave a review--until, I got a text today, asking if I wanted them to come clean tomorrow. I know finding a cleaning crew is a pain in the butt. I just highly recommend you don't choose this one!
