    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is awful. DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR ANY CLEANINGS. They are unprofessional and will take your credit card information over the phone to reserve an appointment, but won't actually show up to the appointment. We were scheduled for a same day service and they rescheduled 3 times and didn't even end up showing. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING!

    QB Team started cleaning my Airbnb apartment at the end of March, and I gave them a STELLAR 5* review in the first few months as you can see below. They did such a great job, but the quality of cleaning has dropped through the floor in JUNE 2017.... Disappointing cleaning quality which began to slip after 2.5 MONTHS! Since June 3, 2017, the QB team messed up cleaning date 3x where I had to follow-up / text/ call the DAY OF cleaning after realizing they haven't picked up the keys at scheduled time! 2x occasions where the bathroom wasn't stocked with Tissue Paper, and 1x occasion with HAIR AND STAINS ON BEDSHEETS (see photos! My guest sent me an angry message where they were "DISGUSTED' by the quality of my apartment, and I had to refund them for their booking! So disappointed in QB service! Every time we had a problem, I will follow up with QB via email and text messages. At this last instance, I've finally had enough and sent them an email listing ALL issues. The owner Sandra responded with a message and terminated their cleaning service immediately -- despite a 30day written termination clause in the contract -- and I have guests arriving / departing tomorrow! Making this a ONE DAY notice! I've attached screenshot of the messages so you can see for yourself. Prepare for unprofessional service and spotty cleaning if you decide to hire Queen Bee Cleaning.

    I was quoted $250 on the phone...

    I did not hire them to clean my apartment. I found them on Craigslist, and when I called they quoted me something over twice what was on the CL ad. To be fair, it was for a "deep cleaning" instead of a regular cleaning--no problem, that made sense; however, when I asked for the "standard cleaning" price (expecting it to be $189 per the table provided), I was quoted a figure 32% higher than what was advertised on Craigslist. I was told it was because the $189 price on CL was for ONE room. Well... you be the judge. Is $189 for one room standard clean what is advertised?

    It just keeps getting worse... I booked Queen Bee Cleaning Service through a third party booking site. We don't have regular housecleaners because it's expensive and I generally do it myself, with some help from the kids. But, we all know that kids aren't that awesome at cleaning. So, this was a treat to me, from me, I have been saving money for a few months to afford this cleaning. We paid extra for a deep clean and baseboards and got a free oven cleaning included in our scheduling. We were told if we pay cash, we got a 10% discount, so we made sure to have cash ready. Great, so the whole family spent time the day before, picking up and making sure the cleaners had good access to all the spaces that needed to be cleaned, so they wouldn't have to spend time making our home tidy before cleaning. The team arrived, and it was two women - great! They started to clean, and it started off fine. Actually, it looked like it was going to be great because they were dusting the blinds - AWESOME! But then it went a bit downhill; that was the only deep cleaning part of the day. The bathrooms, kitchen floor, living room rug, under the couches, the couches themselves, etc. were NOT cleaned even to a general cleaning standard. In fact, so many things were missed that I emailed Queen Bee that evening to let them know that the service was poor, and provided serval pictures. I got a response right away and the person I spoke with was very kind and responsive - great! I was under the impression they were sending a different cleaning team, and would address the obvious misses (kitchen floors with food and spots on it, master bathroom sink with grim still around the rim, shower head and handle not cleaned, hair on the bathroom floor, and kids snacks under the coffee table to name a few). The next day, I got a call saying that the same team was in the area and if they could please come by. I said yes, but I should have said no. The main gal was obviously displeased, though she was trying to be kind - which I understand and appreciate. However, when I showed her the kitchen floor, she said, "Well, I guess we could just pour more water on it (the floor) and wipe it up" I was like, "Wait, what? Water? How will that help?" she said, "Oh, well, I mean, did you want us to scrub the floor?". Um, Yes, that is what I want. That is what I paid nearly $400 for. I want someone else to scrub my kitchen floors since I work all day, have four kids, a disabled husband and a birthing experience just 5 months ago that almost killed me. So yes, please SOMEONE scrub my floors. I didn't want to rock the boat, so I said, "Ya, I guess that's what I'm thinking. I mean if you don't "do" that..." "Ya, I don't do that" "Oh, you don't?" "Ya, no one does" "Really? Cleaning service employees don't scrub kitchen floors?" "like on my hands and knees? No." "Oh, ok, well, should I have scheduled that in advance and paid extra for that?" "That's not something that's even offered" "Oh, ok... well, the kitchen floor is still dirty and it needs to be cleaning... so I will let you decided on how best to do that." "Ok, so what else needs to be done" "Well, I paid for a "deep cleaning", what does that include?" "I guess it's cleaning the blinds and stuff" "Great, that was done! Anything else" "Just other things" "Super, like what" "Well, what do you want done?" Seriously, this how the conversation went. I am not kidding. For real. Granted this gal is like 20-something years old and has probably not been doing this a long time... plus sometimes you gotta be a mom to see all the moms-eyes-only dirt that is EVERYWHERE, I suppose. So, I walked through what needed to be done, they did it and left. AND THEN.... The next day, we were charged, on my credit card, the full price after we already paid in cash (I had to put a card on file to book). I had to call them to have the charge reversed. They did it quickly and were very nice about it. Great, game over. done. Husband I decided to NOT have them back since I had to re-vacuum after they left because their vacuum was not good and didn't pick up hardly a thing. Seriously, it was a joke. THEN TODAY... I get an email saying that our auto-scheduled appointment is coming up in two days. There is a link that says, "Click here to cancel or confirm", so I clicked it to cancel. The next page it took me to, said: "Your cleaning is confirmed!" There was no way to cancel this cleaning from their website. None at all. So I sent an email to cancel. They got back to me in like 3 minutes and canceled. Great, done. So, here's the deal. The front office is wonderful. The cleaning team(s) they sent out were terrible. I would give them a 4-star for their office team and 1-star for cleaning services.

    This is the worst "cleaning" company I have ever utilized. Even after two attempts my house was still not cleaned properly.

    I saw this business had great reviews so I decided to go with them. I've never hired a cleaning…read morecompany before so maybe I wasn't clear about what I wanted but it seemed pretty straight forward. I purchase a newly renovated home in Lynnwood at the beginning of September and I hired this company to come in a just wipe down all surfaces, dust, clean bathrooms. The house is empty except a couch and a couple pieces of bedroom furniture. It is newly renovated and had been vacant so I felt like it was a pretty easy job. I asked them to clear the cobwebs in corners, clean bathrooms, dust and wiped down kitchen surfaces, sanitize, and clean the crumbs/stickiness in kitchen cabinets/ drawers. Alex was the woman I spoke to on the phone who gave me a price estimate and set up my appointment. She was very nice, helpful and professional. I left work on the day of my appointment to come to let the two ladies in, returned to work, and came back from work two hours later when they had finished. They were waiting outside when I arrived and I paid $160 and tipped $15 each. I went into the house to take a look and luckily they hadn't left the driveway yet because there was spray foam clear that had not been wiped from the front of the oven. (No problem one lady came in and wiped it off.) Things looked fine but I was in a rush to get back to work so I left without really checking. Now that I am finally moving in I am discovering that it seems as though NONE of the kitchen cabinets or drawers were cleaned. There are crumbs, dust and sticky that I'm finding and I'm having to wipe down everything! Which would not be a big deal had I not paid someone to come in and do it first. There are still some cobwebs. This was on 9/8 and now that all my stuff is in the house and I'm unpacking it seems a bit too late to call for them to come back. I'm just very upset that this job was NOT complete and I have no idea what 2 people spent 2 hours doing in a totally vacant 1500 square foot house. I'm not someone who goes out of my way to write a bad review but this really upset me. 2 starts for customer service.

    Hired this company based on a recommendation from my property management company for a move out…read morecleaning. An employee came for an appraisal and quoted me at $400-$650 for a two bedroom 900 sq ft unit. I felt this appraisal was super broad but chose them because of the recommendation and they told me the house was in good shape (cleaner than average) and it shouldn't be price at the higher end unless they ran into anything really dirty. I was not provided an arrival time until 6PM the night before and they told me they would be there at 6:30am.... I no longer lived in the unit so this was a hassle. I texted the cleaner multiple times asking for an update and never received a response. I finally decided to go back to the unit to check it out. When I arrived, all the doors were unlocked and no one was there. This was alarming because this unit has had squatters before and our unit is right on a busy street. I didn't receive the bill until a week later and once opening it I was shocked to see we were charged over the maximum estimate. The bill was not itemized and did not provide an explanation as to why it costed that much. Only response I got from the owner was that the property management company (Maple Leaf) has a strict cleaning list and they charge the maximum in case they have to come back to clean more. 1. I don't see why that is my problem as a paying customer. 2. They did not disclose to me that they always charge the maximum in case they need to return beforehand. If I had known they would charge upwards of $700 for the cleaning, I would have gone with a different company. Feels like the estimate was just a way to secure the customer. OVERALL: I felt like they planned on charging me the maximum price beforehand and that the estimate was just a sales tactic. The bill was nonspecific and feels unprofessional. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to any of my friends who also rent. Bad business for move out cleaning.
