I needed a quick deep clean for a house that was sold. I was able to get an appointment with these people to come in 3 days from when I contacted them. The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough! The women who came to clean were kind but did not mess around! They got right to work and worked so hard the entire time they were here! I hired them for a deep clean and it was incredible! My oven and stovetop looked brand new (I cook almost all meals and snacks from home, can things and make bread bi weekly so you can imagine how it looked before they arrived ). If finances allow, I fully intend to have a deep clean a couple times a year! They did such an amazing job lifting the overwhelm! It just felt like a reset on the house and the air just felt different! I also appreciated that their supplies did not smell super strong or linger after they left! I cannot thank Theresa and her team enough for helping me clean my home before Thanksgiving this year. I've never hired someone to clean my home before so this was a first for me. I found out Theresa has been in business for 10 years and now has a team to help her including her daughter. I have an 1,800 sqft home with 3bd and 3 baths. While I try to keep my home "tidy" I am terrible at cleaning surfaces/floors/bathrooms regularly. I also have a German Shepherd (shedding machine), 2 cats and a toddler so things can get dirty quickly. Theresa and her team came in, briefly spoke with me about 2 cleaning options - standard cleaning or deep cleaning. I chose the standard cleaning for $195 (based on my home size) and added on a deep clean of my oven for an additional $30. My home looks incredible and smells so nice!! It took Theresa and her team about 3 hours to clean our whole home and I am so happy with how everything turned out. I will definitely reach out soon to get on a regular schedule with them. We booked with Teresa and her team for a move out cleaning, and WOW--the apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. I don't think I've ever seen the oven range look so clean. The fridge also looks brand new. They even cleaned the window wells (which were nearly black with dirt), but now even the windows look new. Rates were very transparent and reasonable, and there were no hidden fees/taxes. Teresa and her daughter and team were also incredibly friendly and kept me updated over text! Starting out was the lowest offer so went forward and communicate was hit and miss. Could of been more clear with extra fees being $200 to many smaller details. They did work hard and a great job, however there was spots minor missed, wall here, bathtub... not posting a terrible review just disappointed.
