UPDATE TO MY 11/4/21 REVIEW OF MAID 2 PLEASE On December 11, 2025, the owner of Maid 2 Please posted a response to my original review saying that she wanted to provide a refund. We had several back and forth emails regarding this, and I felt she was truly sorry about what happened. She did Zelle me the total cost of the clean, and I wanted to let everyone know that even though this was 4 years ago, Denise, the owner, wanted to make this right. I used this service two times. I travel for work so I enjoy getting home to a clean house. I prepare my house so it is neat and convenient for an efficient cleaning. I own a town home and pay for two hours of service. The first cleaning was amazing. I was impressed with the level of detail and felt that the cleaning was worth the slightly higher fee they charged over my last house keeper. It was definitely a four star cleaning. I was thrilled to find a regular service. The second experience was a little different. This time two different cleaners showed up (one man and one woman.) I know this because of my home security cameras. While away on my trip I was emailed that they cleaners had broken a small jewelry box belonging to my daughter. (It was cheap so I wasn't worried and understand that accidents happen.) When I got home from the 10 day work trip I found my place in complete disarray. My dinning room chairs were scattered, my daughter's chair was on her bed, my son's bedroom light was left on, the garbage cans were still full and left in the center of the bathroom rugs, my shower handle was dangling on the ground, the sponge holder was dislodged and laying in the sink, and the list goes on. Then there were the broken items. Aside from the above mentioned jewelry box, the toilet scrub brush holder was cracked, my shower radio antennae was broken off, and most importantly my refrigerator had a plastic tab torn off. It was as if the Hulk and cleaned my house. I emailed the company and Denise was fast to respond with an apology and offer to have a handyman come by to fix the refrigerator. (It was the only item I told her I needed repaired.) I arranged for the handyman to come by on a day I was able to work from home. The handyman was supposed to arrive early but didn't make it until 1pm. I agreed to stay late as I didn't want to have to stay home another day. He superglued the button on, so it wasn't perfect, but it was at least not glowingly damaged. The repair guy said goodbye and that was it. And this is the reason for the one star. No call back from Denise or the company to ask if I was satisfied with the fix. No offer to discount the $150 service or next service. Simply nothing. I can see from other poor reviews that Denise does do some follow up. Just not with those people who have had their home damaged and left in disarray. I expect more from a company. I was VERY understanding about the damaged property, having to rearrange my home, and even the working around the handyman's schedule. You would think that a phone call or email follow up would have been in order. Evidently not. read more

I had hired Maid 2 Please for a move out clean for my 1000 sq ft home and they said it will take a team of two 90 mins to spruce up the place. For the first hour they spent cleaning bathroom, then I got a call from their office saying they need more time and later I had to extend them for one more hour. After these folks left the place i had to spend an hour to actually clean the kitchen, I have a dangling piece of shelf which right now am not sure belongs to which shelf from the fridge, the parts of my bathroom cabinets were missing until i luckily found them in the kitchen cabinet. I sincerely wish these folks would evaluate a place first and set expectations and get to clean rather than doing a hotchpotch job. Very unprofessional read more

I bought an amazon deal to try this company out... A lady and a gentleman came in to clean and did an excellent job! Since they were new to my house I like to make sure they know how i like things done, so that there is no confusion :-) ... I liked the way that the customer service on the office side was handled too! I ended up using the company for carpet cleaning and refinishing my deck (with peer washing). Was given an excellent deal too! I will be using them again in the future. read more

I used maid to please for the 17 years I lived in Sammamish. Through the years I got to know Denise the owner. She was Always professional. If there was any problem she listened and took care of it. The few times I did call she sent out a team to fix the problem or assured me she would talk to my crew before the next time. My crews were always wonderful as well. ALWAYS on time unless the snow showed up in the morning. I've recently moved and saw a maid to please fly swatter that I never neaded but kept and will now need in Sothern California. I really apprecaite a well run business, I just had the worst experience with Full House Movers in Kent so I wanted shout out Denise and Maid to Please. Thank you! read more

Wow! thanks so much! I was very impressed with the professionalism, customer service and cleaning. My house is a two story, 3,200 sq ft home with many little nooks and cranny's. With 3 kids and working full time its hard to always have the deep cleaning done and get all those finger prints off the walls/windows consistently. I've always been hesitant to pay money for a cleaning service not knowing if they will clean to my expectations or better then me. I was pleasantly surprised and will DEFINATLY be using Maid 2 Please on going. What a life saver and it has left me time to spend with my family. I called Maid 2 Please on Wed and they were able to fit me in Fri morning. I needed to "catch up" with housecleaning since homeschooling started and I just didn't have any time left after straightening up to do a deep clean. It took 2 ladies 1 hour and 45 min to clean our ~1500 sf house and admittedly they were a little rushed. I'd say that the job was satisfactory at best. Perhaps I just have higher expectations since I was a private housecleaner 11 years ago, but although the floors had been washed and vacuumed, there was a section in the dining area that was missed, a few "crumbs" were left behind on the carpet and only half of area rugs were put back, and it didn't look vacuumed under open leg chairs. A little bit inconsistent: one window sill dusted, the other not; one lamp dusted, the other not; one frame dusted, the other in the room, not. I was really hoping to be "wowed" and looked forward to having someone come clean on a regular basis. Bottom line: Was it clean? Yes, mostly (it only took me 15 min to finish what they missed). Would I hire them again? Sadly, probably not. How was the pricing? Very affordable for this area. read more

We have a specific couple from this organization clean our house every other week. We made a list of likes/don't likes and staples regarding cleaning requests that we wanted each visit. They not only complete all of these requests (and more) each visit, but they also stay consistent with good quality work. We have found this almost non-existent with cleaning services (and we have tried many). Early on in the process, the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy and to get our feedback. Clearly this company cares about their customers and is doing something very right regarding staff retention and consistent quality work. No intention of changing services - very happy! read more

I bought their services on Amazon. They said they worked in the Renton area, but only went as far as Newcastle, however they honored their coupon, which I appreciated. They arrived 2 hours late, did a flash bang job and left. I had asked for the full package, but they were in and out in less than two hours. The kitchen floor was still dirty, and the bathrooms weren't hardly cleaned at all. They did a basic vaccum and dusting was here and there. I don't feel they did a good job at all. I like to support small business, and Denise (owner) at Maid to Please has been really good to work with. She will bend over backwards to get me that "last minute, I have guests coming!" emergency clean when that has come up. She works with you to send a consistent team of people (if you prefer) so you get to know the people coming into your home, and the fee is fair. In six years we have had them come every other week, faithfully. Our team is friendly, fast, and respectful. They remember the way our house works, which is nice. They remember our kids and feel like a part of the family--my son has known them since he was a baby. We are pretty serious pre-cleaners though--we pick up and do dishes prior so they spend their time deep cleaning baths/kitchen and floors. Also, we have always been able to communicate how we would like something done or changed and they have been very kind and responsive. read more
