UPDATE TO MY 11/4/21 REVIEW OF MAID 2 PLEASE…read more On December 11, 2025, the owner of Maid 2 Please posted a response to my original review saying that she wanted to provide a refund. We had several back and forth emails regarding this, and I felt she was truly sorry about what happened. She did Zelle me the total cost of the clean, and I wanted to let everyone know that even though this was 4 years ago, Denise, the owner, wanted to make this right. I feel sure she will resolve any issues, should one arise, in the future.

All moms know that one of the number one gifts they REALLY want is for someone else to deep clean…read morefor them... Which is what I gifted my mom for Mother's Day this year! I requested a quote right on Yelp and after several responses from a number of companies, I decided on Gissel. It was closest to the location I needed, has good reviews, and the price was fairly affordable. Leading up to the actual day of the cleaning, the owner was very responsive and answered all questions I had. The two women who completed the job for me were nice, professional, arrived on time, and very thorough. I forgot to take before and after photos (whoops), but the results were amazing. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, and everything was spotless. They did a seriously amazing job and left no area untouched! Highly highly recommend Gissel if you're looking for deep cleaning services. I'd definitely book with them again!

The cleaners are always prompt and show up right on time, which I really appreciate. They're also very thorough. One of the biggest conveniences for me is how easy it is to reschedule if something comes up. I have a biweekly recurring appointment, but frequently travel, but coordinating a reschedule is very straightforward, and the team is extremely responsive. Overall, this is a very reliable cleaning service that I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality cleaning.

Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.

I can happily say this was our best experience yet! Professional, kind and wonderful at what they do. They expected to only spend 3 hours cleaning our entire home, but it ended up being a lot longer for them because it was the first time doing a deep clean. They didn't rush out of the house or leave anything untouched. I was super impressed with their work and we will happily be using them consistently for future cleanings.
