Leading up to the actual day of the cleaning, the owner was very responsive and answered all questions I had. The two women who completed the job for me were nice, professional, arrived on time, and very thorough. I forgot to take before and after photos (whoops), but the results were amazing. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom, and everything was spotless. They did a seriously amazing job and left no area untouched! Wonderful, wonderful job. They are always on time and do an excellent job with the cleaning, at a reasonable price. The only issue to be aware of is that their primary language is Spanish, so communication can be challenging. I use a translator app which really helps. I am very picky when it comes to housecleaners. I usually have to go through at least a half dozen of them before I can find one who knows how to clean. If you have high cleaning standards like myself, you won't be disappointed with this service. The first time they came out, there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding and they came back and fixed the issue, at no additional cost. I can't recommend Gissel's enough. read more

Fabulous! We have had Gissel come and clean our house five times now over the last six months. The first time we hired her, it was for a next day cleaning because the cleaner we had lined up canceled on us last-minute! Gissel truly saved the day. Ever since then, she has been just as responsive with scheduling via text and has made it work to come clean our home in a completely thorough fashion. She does great work! And is always incredibly kind and friendly! We have used the Google Translate app whenever we had a communication barrier and that has worked just great. I feel totally safe and confident with her cleaning our large single-family home and I'm so glad that we found her. She does a deep cleaning that takes multiple hours and it is such a gift to our family. Needed a cleaner in a pinch for move out cleaning of a house I was renting. She was very communicative, and gave a great price. It was actually too low, to be honest, and I was happy to renegotiate to a slightly higher price in order to get the level of cleaning I wanted. I searched for a house cleaner on Friday 4-7. I had many responses from different cleaners. Price was defiantly a major importance to me. I told them that I needed a deep clean in the kitchen and one very small bath. Also I needed the small living room and small family room just dusted, mopped, swept, vacuumed and clean fan blades, wipe down walls and doors as needed. No bedrooms at all. I was quoted $160 for this job. I had other quotes that were higher and the same so I decided to go with Gissel. She originally was suppose to start between 2pm-3pm. She called me at 11am and said they can come in 15 minutes. I said we need more time than that so we could eat, finish picking up some items that may be in their way and take care of my granddaughter. So they then said it will still be between 2-3. At around 3:35 I received a text from Gissel saying they would be here by 4:30. They showed up a little after that. I walked her thru the 4 little areas they would be cleaning. After they carried all their supplies in, she texts me and says "The cleaning will be $290." It goes from $160-290! I asked her to explain and she said my house was too dirty! She knew exactly what condition it was in before they came. And it was NOT that dirty! She should have warned me that it could go higher after she looks in person. So now I'm in a bad place because I'm having Easter dinner at my place for 30-35 people! It was too late to get someone else. I finally talked her down to $250. They did Not do "deep" cleaning in my kitchen & bath like agreed upon. What they did do was pretty good, but they left out things they agreed to do. The bathroom walls and door was not wiped down. The grout in shower was not cleaned. Under bathroom sink was not touched among other things. The kitchen was not thoroughly done either. I hate to give anyone bad reviews but I don't want anyone else to experience what I had to. She knew she had me in a desperate situation. I paid her $250 which should of been $160.
