    This morning I found out that the girl who usually cleans our office (Rachel) had not signed the…read morelog book since last Wednesday (today is Monday). When I realized somebody had only emptied the garbage but did not take out the recycling, did not vacuum where they were asked to, did not clean the bathroom ( a co-worker had to wipe it down and it was gross) or put out paper towels I was upset. What really makes this company untrustworthy is they left our backdoor unlocked (this after having been told not to do this previously) and did not set the alarm. I called the company and got a hold of Darin, the district representative, who did not even really apologize for the awful service. He called the girl (Rachel) who does the cleaning and then called me back to say "She is still sleeping and so I left her a text , an email and a voicemail. I will let you know when she replies." Rachel called me around noon when I was at lunch and then called back at 1:30. Apparently Rachel had her brother come clean because she was out of town. THIS IS A CONCERN because that means she gave him the code to our building. Apparently Rachel is an independent franchise owner and can have anyone she wants (over the age of 18) fill in for her so we have no idea who has access to our building code. She claims he helps her a lot but if that were the case he would have none to clean the bathroom, vacuum where noted, empty the recycling, sign the log book, leave out paper towels in the bathroom and LOCK THE BACK DOOR AND SET THE ALARM! As far as Darin's customer service skills he showed little concern in wanting to keep our business. If looking for a reputable janitorial service keep looking passed Coverall.

When I hired Coverall the complaints disappeared and the quality of work was at a high level. The crew is very professional and they do not leave the building until everything is cleaned. When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. I do hope things work out as your company continues to change.
