I had two blocked downspouts with water spurting through the joints and over the side of the gutters (which is bad for the foundation if left too long.) So I contacted Eric who did such a great job last Spring cleaning windows and gutters. I contacted Eric via his webform and he responded within an hour. He was able to come immediately. Eric arrived exactly on time and got to work. He cleaned my roof up nicely, cleaned out my gutters and he unclogged the two downspouts. He cleaned up afterwards using water hose and a blower. Until Eric, I. have never known a contractor clean up so well after a job either. He is consistently thorough with his work, and he is a really cool guy. Loud puddles were forming from overflowing rain water and we began to notice foliage sprouting out of the top of the gutters on our two-story house. Let's just say that clogged gutters can lead to unforeseen problems in the future so that's why we called Eric. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work and his communication was stellar. And I found "A fine reflection" got the best ratings. After viewing the gallery, I told myself "Gosh! This guy mustn't cleaned roofs. He must changed the roofs totally!" So I contacted Eric by phone and mail on Apr 1st. Eric was quite courteous and thoughtful. He offered a reasonable price and told me his first official day would be Apr 20th. I told him that my baby got birth on early March, and some of my friends would come to see my baby in early Apr after he is one month old. Then Eric talked about his children candidly. I could see he's a sweet daddy out of his words. I was so glad he treated me like a friend. Finally he offered Apr 8th. That was much earlier than what I expected! Actually he booked a service on his van that day, but he asked Dan, his friend and former employer who has the same equipments, to pick him up at the dealership and came to my home. He was very thorough and explained the process, time it would take, and estimated cost. Additionally, we let him know that we would need some pictures of our roof cleaned for home insurance and accommodated us in that as well. I emailed Eric for a quote after checking Yelp and his very professional looking website, which displayed clearly how long he'd been in business and that he was licensed and insured, important considerations. He emailed me within a few hours with a basic estimate and said he could come out the next Wednesday to have a closer look, and could probably schedule me the week after. It turned out he actually managed to squeeze my rather big job on Wednesday, as he had a reschedule that day. He arrived promptly and there were no surprises. I wanted him to do the gutters, siding on the house, a small front porch, a composite back deck, windows (just the outside, though he'll clean indoor too for extra), and my driveway. He honestly informed me he'd prefer not to pressure wash my asphalt driveway because he was concerned about injuring the seal coat, and warned me he'd be careful, but I might see some blonde bits showing after he cleaned the deck, as the composite was probably almost thirty years old. I was impressed enough with his honesty to hire him on the spot, and he finished the work in a few hours. Everything looked great, especially the back deck, even with the couple of blonde bits. He helpfully informed me about a product I could buy at Home Depot to more safely deal with the moss on my driveway that was easy to apply and was only about $20 a can. I have yet to try it, but I was so happy at the suggestion. He could have just washed the driveway and damaged it and I'd probably never have been the wiser, but was instead honest and helpful.
