I reached out to Premier Gutter Cleaning thru Yelp and Michael responded right away. It was very easy to setup a cleaning via their website and they have everything listed out. Their appointment system automatically sends you email and text message to confirm the appointment, before the appointment and after the job is done. It is rare to see such easy scheduling. They also did a good job cleaning the gutter then clean up the debris around the house and put all of them in the yard waste bin. 10/06/22 FYI: I don't give a lot of reviews - only for those who do great work and a few not so great (thanks goodness). We've used Premier Gutter Cleaning previously but only for roof cleaning/moss treatment and gutter cleaning and were very happy of the quality of their work. This time, in addition to the same cleaning and treatment, we needed our windows and screens cleaned. I researched the internet for reputable window cleaning companies with reasonable prices and received estimates. From my research, I recently discovered that Premier Gutter Cleaning also cleaned windows (didn't know that previously) so I called them and Michael came out and gave us an estimate. The reason I decided to hire Premier Gutter Cleaning is because they had comparable prices and I was already familiar with the quality of their work so I felt confident that they'll also do a wonderful job on our windows/screens. And they came through again! Luis, our tech, was friendly, polite, and professional. He explained the things he was going to do during his visit. I also asked a lot of questions but Luis stopped what he was doing and answered them professionally. He was here practically the whole day cleaning the roof (and moss treatment), gutters, windows and screens. At first, we were going to have Premier Gutter Cleaning clean just the exterior part of the windows and we were going to clean the interior with Windex. But Michael explained that although, Windex would provide an ok cleaning, that their method would be considerably be cleaner. They were right. FYI: Luis initially sprayed down all the exterior windows and screens with their ionized water treatment then came inside the house to remove some of the screens (after it dried) because they were easier to access from the inside but the others he removed from the outside. After removing all of them he cleaned the screens thoroughly on the patio, then treated the roof while waiting for the screens to dry before re-installing them. Our windows and screens are as beautiful as they were when the house was brand new. So glad I went with my gut feeling. We're so happy with the work they've done for us that I've been recommending them to our neighbors and friends. They're good people who do excellent work. read more

There website is great and lists all the services clearly. It was easy to schedule a service right from the site which I loved. they don't pressure wash your roof which is exactly what i was looking for. The rest of my experience was below expectation. I signed up for "Gutter Cleaning: Remove all debris from interior of gutters, remove clogs in elbows if any and perform a flow test to make sure all downspouts are flowing properly" and "Moss Removal-Treatment/Roof Blow" After the service was finished, I went around to look at the gutters and found there was still a significant amount of debris left in some of the gutters, which I ended up cleaning myself. The roof cleanup wasn't really great either. You can see the pictures below. I gave Premier Gutter Cleaning ample feedback with pictures, after the service but nothing really came of it. Really disappointing. They are nice guys but the service just didn't live up to the testimonials and pictures they have on their site. I would recommend that you clarify and understand what the service entails before signing up with Premier Gutter cleaning. read more

It's not very often that you run into a five star business... Michael and Premier Gutter Cleaning are absolutely five stars. From the customer service to the communication to the attention to detail to the cost, these guys have it all. I used them last year for gutter cleaning. Our gutters were packed with debris and muck after the winter. Michael and his guys did an awesome job taking care of my gutters and cleaning them up. I used PGC gutter cleaning before. The service was above standard. My deck and windows are shining after gutter cleaning. I recommend it to everyone asking me about gutter cleaning. So this year I went straight to its roof/gutter cleaning without quoting with other business. However the experience was absurd. 1. Scheduling. Their reservation webpage is very easy to use. So I schedule a day for the service. However I received two confirmation email with different dates on them. I called PGC twice but always voicemail. I texted and emailed. Finally I received a call from the owner Michael, he explained that roof/gutter cleaning was a 6 hour job which needed a whole day. So he rescheduled me on a day that they could work for 6 hours. I think it's better that he explained first before he put me on reschedule. But fine I understand. And strange thing happened. On the day before the reschedule day, my phone notified me someone in my front yard when I took kids out for play. And I noticed an unread message saying PGC cleaning service was coming for the project. I called Michael asking why the schedule changed again without notifying ahead. He said he could send his men back and came again tomorrow. Later he explained that their scheduling system got a bug so they came on a wrong day. Ok fine though I felt weird having people on the roof without any notifications, as long as the job done it's fine. 2. Cleaning job. When my husband told me the cleaning guys had left, I was outside and surprised to find the job only lasted 110 minutes. I thought it was a 6 hour job but finished in less than 2 hours? My roof hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 years. Maybe it's just they are very efficient and my roof is very easy to clean. When I got home, I saw muddy spots on deck and window, and on every kid bike that left front door. I called Michael but no response. I texted him several questions. He replied one question about moss treatment. 3. Contact The phone number always leads me to voicemail and the communication is never instant. Sorry about the long text. Maybe it's just my personal unhappy experience. Hope you all could have an up to expectation roof/gutter cleaning! Next time I won't choose PGC again. read more

This is a follow up to last month's moss/roof cleaning that Zach did for us. Michael (owner) had previously asked me - prior to my roof getting cleaned - if I had Gutterguards (we don't). After the roof was cleaned, I finally understood why he asked - some of the debris (moss & gunk) fell onto the gutters and clogged them. I explained to Michael that there was a miscommunication re: the loose debris landing in the gutters. I had thought since they blow the moss away (which is what roof experts advice to do vs. pressure washing), that it all would land on the ground. To Michael's credit, he owned up to the miscommunication, and sent Zach back to clean the gutters. Zach did such a superb job (spent 3 hours!), you could "eat off of it". After reviewing the many positive reviews from Yelp, I left a VM to Premier Gutter Cleaning. Within few hours, I received a call from Michael B. and he emailed as well to follow up. After few emails, he came out on 02/19/2018 in the morning to do the pressure washing on my patio, driveway, front entrance, etc., and I regret I did not take the before photos, but it was amazing! I'm not sure of the square footage for all combined, but I paid $175. I am a member of Angie's List and the quote I got from another place was $250. We contacted premier gutter cleaning and Michael contacted us pretty quickly. We asked about cleaning our gutters which have a gutter guard. He told us he does not clean gutters with gutter guards due to the difficulty of removing the guards and the intensive labor it would entail. We appreciated his explanation and thanked him for being upfront. However, he offered to come out and look at the gutter guards to give us his thoughts on how to deal with them going forward. He did not charge us for the visit. If we decide to remove them, I will certainly be using him to clean my gutters. The lesson for anyone thinking about getting gutter guards -- DON'T GET THEM. Unfortunately there are lots of gutter guards out there but they are not effective long term and also expensive. You are better off hiring premier gutter cleaning twice a year. read more
