Called and got a reasonable quote the next day. He was prompt and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure the gutters were clean and worked properly. We were well satisfied. He cleaned the gutters and did a repair on a portion of the gutter that was not draining properly. He cleared the drain pipe and lowered the end of the gutter section to drain more efficiently. read more

The moss is relentless here and our property needed a lot of pressure washing - driveways, sidewalks, pavers and block retaining walls. Before & After did an outstanding job for us a couple of years back so they were my first choice. Since I know them to be trustworthy, I didn't even bother getting other bids. Once again, Jose did a flawless job and left the place spotlessly clean. His attention to detail is astonishing. Some of the surfaces seemed like they'd be impossible to clean without collateral damage and there was absolutely none! The price was very reasonable to begin with and a tremendous bargain considering the exceptional outcome. read more

Jose did all the work diligently. Price quoted was pretty reasonable. He also went above and beyond in making sure all the windows & screens were super clean and shiny. read more

Wow, he did a great job. Our roof had an irritating drip and he went in, cleaned the area, and then resealed it. Afterward he cleaned all of the gutters and downspouts. He even tested the downspouts. It hasn't rained yet but he told me if it starts to drip again to just call. Best price of 3 contractors I contacted and was even able to do the work the same day I contacted him. Highly recommend! read more

After requesting a quote for gutter repair, I uploaded photos and a description of the project. The quote was very reasonable, so I didn't get others. The work was done the same day! I added on gutter cleaning and came home to find immaculate cleanup that even included the street in front of my house. I would definitely use them again! read more

We needed our gutters cleaned and they were the first to respond. They put me on their schedule within a few days. They showed up on time and did a fine job. They offered suggestions on roof cleaning to remove the moss and showed pictures of the completed gutter cleaning. I would use them again read more

I have used them twice now and their service is outstanding. If I could give them an extra star I would. They make sure you are happy and go out of there way to clean up. They even piled up all the leaves in my yard, who does that these days?? Jose is great to work with and they have all the right equipment to get the job done correctly. I highly recommend to anyone to use them. They cleaned my gutters, rehung one that needed it, cleaned any existing moss off and applied a solution to kill any moss that was starting, excellent job. read more

Very happy with the service I received from Before & After. It was easy to get an estimate, easy to schedule the service, and Juan showed up quickly and did a great job on my gutters, despite the bee sting he received while hanging out on my roof. I felt like I got my money's worth and would definitely hire him again! read more

I did a Yelp "request for quote" and these guys came in ~$200 less than 4-5 others bids. They were responsive, on time, and did great work cleaning both windows and sills. No upselling either. Highly recommended read more

I am extremely happy with my experience with Before & After. Jose's work is great! He was thorough and really went above and beyond. He noticed there were parts of our gutters and frame that needed repairs. He did a fantastic job cleaning everything and getting rid of all the debris. He also rinsed our porch, deck, and driveway. I feel like he did a lot of extra touch ups and I really appreciate the extra attention to detail. Thanks again so much! We definitely recommend Before & After! I was connected with Before & After by requesting a quote for several different businesses on Yelp. I went with Before & After because they were responsive, professional, and accommodating. Jose came out to do a same day consult, he was knowledgeable and gave me some advice to consider before choosing a service provider. Ultimately, I went with Before & After because they offered the best value and package of services. I had my gutters cleaned, installed gutter guards, and exterior windows cleaned. It was cheaper than buying material for gutter guards on my own and having someone install it. From start to finish, it was such an easy and streamlined process. read more

Before&After was great to work with. I booked online with just a few days wait till I had all my many windows cleaned. The work was swift and thorough and felt like a great value. I will bundle my next cleaning with a roof/gutter clean too, cause I'll definitely be using them again! read more

They did a wonderful job on my roof! Jose spent 3 hours in the rain cleaning out the gutters & removing all the debris from the roof. He even cleared all the debris out of my driveway for me, of which there was a great deal. I have a huge Heritage tree which is lovely but makes a giant mess. I will use them again! read more

We hired Before & After to clean a significantly mossy, steeply pitched roof. The office was super responsive and set up a time to come by and give a (reasonable) estimate straightaway. The technician did an incredibly thorough job, both with the project itself and with cleanup afterwards (even cleaning our covered deck, which couldn't possibly have gotten any roof cleaning debris on it). The pricing was very reasonable as well! Highly recommend. read more

Originally looking for gutter and window cleaning for my three-story townhome. I got same-day visit and estimate when I reached out. Jose is very nice and gave the most competitive price compared to other services I found from Yelp. Also, they are not selling their roof cleaning service upfront as hard as others. The day of service, Jose took photos of my roof before gutter cleaning and it's a solid convince of a roof scrub. The update price given was still great, and Jose spent the whole afternoon finishing everything. No complain, strong recommendation! Will continue with their business routinely in future. read more

Jose did such a wonderful job. My roof and windows look perfect! Totally worth the price they charge. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic experience! Great customer service, fast and efficient and great value. Jose cleaned our (very dirty) gutters and extended several downspouts for us. He also recommended a better way to redirect one of our downspouts away from the house and then did the repair for us. Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He also patched nail holes in our roof and they sent before and after pictures. We will absolutely be using them for our gutter maintenance and for any future gutter needs. Thank you!! read more

Excellent service. Arrived on time and got the job done. I had my roof cleaned and gutters fixed. There was significant moss to deal with but they brushed it all off and applied chemicals to keep the moss from coming back. They cleaned the gutters, added additional supports, and cleaned the down spouts. It took six hours and they provided before and after pictures of what they did. This was much better service than the other company I used before who just blew the gutters with a blower and was gone in an hour. I'm very happy and will use their service in the future. read more

I have used service from Before & After to clean gutters, windows, decks and change roof vents twice and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Their staff arrived on time and worked diligently to clean every corner of my roof. He noticed holes on my chimney and fixed it without additional cost. The windows and deck looked sparkling clean. Their quote is much less compared to other companies, yet their service is top notch. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional to work with. I recommended them to many friends and definitely continue to use their service. read more

Again amazing!! Quick reliable communication. Service was requested and fulfilled the very next day. Jose did a wonderful job just in time for the autumn rain. Quoted me the same price as 2 years ago. I highly recommend Before & After for any roof cleaning needs. read more

The team at Before & After Gutters did a great job at scheduling, communicating the work to be performed, an excellent job at performing the work and cleaning up after. The pricing was super competitive with other companies I looked at and will use Before & After Gutters again next year. read more

I have used Before and After several times. Roof/gutter cleaning, moss removal /treatment and window cleaning. They do an excellent job. They have excellent customer service and I can happily recommend them. Thank you!!! read more

These people were responsive and they got right out there and did the job. I don't live in Seattle so I was able to see the work remotely as they sent me a number of pictures. They were easy to work with. read more

Great service, and did an awesome job on the windows. Also had them do some powerwashing which was done very well also.

The quote was fair. After Jose arrived to wash the windows, I realized I needed my gutters and window sills cleaned as well. They were able to accommodate and again at very fair price. The job was thorough and well done. We were a bit picky to be honest (and maybe a tad difficult) but Nancy and Jose were very patient and understanding. The work completed and we are happy and will certainly use them again. read more

they were good they came when they say they were going to did a good job left my garden alone and did not tramp all over my plants. 4 not a 5 because they did not send me a bill or photos after last job for me and return stuff not quite as I had left it. But overall very happy read more

Jose did a great job cleaning the gutters! He was on time and thoroughly checked the roof as well. He pointed out some issues that need to be addressed by a roofer. I so appreciate his letting me know! He even cleaned up after himself and let me know if there were any problems to call and he would come back. Great service, I highly recommend this company if you need gutter cleaning or repair. They also sent me pictures of before and after the cleaning, as well as the roof issue so I can share with the roofer. Great prices as well! read more
