We have been in desperate need of finding a window cleaning service that could clean our four level townhome windows I ran into a gentleman Cody that was cleaning condos next to us only to realize that He had worked for a company that did my windows 16 years ago. Adam, his coworker was Just as polite, friendly and professional as he was back then. They did a phenomenal job cleaning all of our windows even the ones that other window services said that they cannot clean because of the height and they could only rinse them with the water hose I am excited that they will be coming to us on a regular basis now. Had some pressure washing that really needed to be done - common items like sidewalk, driveway pad, curb cut, walkway, concrete steps and a concrete rockery. Not necessarily a big job but certain areas had substantial moss and weed growth including the steps and rockery. And while I could have pressure washed it myself, I knew the moss and weed cleaning would be messy. There were also daylight basement windows (including a neighbors) along the concrete path and I'm always worried that a pebble will kick up and crack a window if I do the pressure washing myself. Clear Skies Cleaning did great. Estimate was reasonable, scheduling came with follow up appointment reminders and the cleaning work itself was carefully done and excellent. Everything looks great and all the moss and weeds were cleaned up. A bonus is that the person who did the pressure washing, Kintla, was friendly, knowledgeable and so efficient that the bill was less than the estimate. My gutters badly needed cleaning, and when I saw Clear Skies also cleans windows and dryer vents, I decided to add those also. They did a great job. The whole process - getting an estimate, scheduling, the actual cleaning, and payment - was super easy. I appreciate the precision of their cost estimate. When I requested an estimate for the gutter and window cleaning, they quickly sent a detailed estimate including satellite images of the roof and images of the sides of the house (from the old Redfin listing, it seems). While they included the caveat that it's only an estimate, the final cost was exactly what they estimated. I asked to get an estimate for installing gutter screens while they were here; they took the measurements and sent me an estimate the same day. I wish, I took a before and after of my moss cleaning and treatment to my roof! Because you would not believe the amazing work that was completed! The technician JD, showed up on time and ready to bring my house back to life! He did minor scraping for major moss build up we had! He treated the roof as well. unlike other companies that told me they would need to come out every six months. JD recommend 1-1/2 year. On top of that he cleaned up all the debris and left no mess! Unclogged my gutter, that i neglected over the years. I also decided to add on a dryer vent cleaning. As those are highly recommend. Two team members scrubbed my roof to remove moss. They also laid down a powder treatment and cleaned the gutters. They were professional and did a great job with clean up. A couple downsides: 1) my skylight developed a small leak and I wonder if the scrubbing caused it and 2) moss returned in 9 months; I expected the moss to stay away for at least one year. To save money, I now blow out the gutters with a powerful Ego leaf blower and lay down a generous amount of Moss B Ware. This also reduces wear and tear on the roof, since scrubbing removes a lot of the composition granules. So far, so good but if I need professionals, I'll give these folks a call again. read more

Experienced, prompt, thorough, efficient and pleasant.  We had the windows of a large, 3-story home cleaned by Clear Skies.  The home was built in 1904 and has many mullioned and multiple pane windows. We also had Clear Skies clean the gutters.  They did an excellent job.  For the higher floors, they had to use tethering to reach the windows and gutters, but were experienced and able to reach even the highest areas. Several months after having the windows cleaned, we called and asked if they could take down multiple outdoor light sconces and chandelier globes and clean them of bugs and debris, along with their chains and housings.  Once again, an excellent, efficient job was done. We don't get our windows washed often enough, and we think we used Clear Skies years ago, so we called them again after seeing a huge number of positive reviews. Our experience recently matches their advance hype! From estimate to communication to work on site to worker communication to final bill, we're really delighted. We had them power wash our house, which was dirty from all the nearby home construction, and also wash windows inside and out. They gave us a good estimate, and then while on site updated us when the power washing appeared to take longer. This was reasonable, because the house was very dirty, and they only went 30 minutes above the upper end of the range in the estimate. They worked fantastically well around obstacles we couldn't move inside and out, and cleaned everything up around the workspace as well.
