Squeegee Pros did an excellent job cleaning my windows. I got 3 bids, and his was the best. When he learned that I only needed the exteriors cleaned, not the interiors, he was flexible and revised the estimate lower. Another company would not, and I appreciated that. Setting up the work appointment was easy and efficient. I recommend Kyle and his crew and will keep them on file for future projects. read more

Found this co. On Yelp ( thanks Yelp). I went to their web sight and how easy it ipwas to get a quote by answering a few questions. I got the instant quote which I liked and hit the agree button, signed the contract and quickly received an email with a date and time when they could do it. I think I got lucky because he came the same day. Kyle is the one who came out and did a fantastic job. Couldn't be more pleased. They even send pictures along with the invoice of before and after pictures. Wow! Mine were a lot dirtier than I thought. Now look brand new. Wish every service I needed was this efficient. read more

I reached out to Kyle and he was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I found him to be professional and engaging. The quote/pricing for my exterior window cleaning was very satisfactory. He was able to schedule me quickly before the holidays, which I appreciated. On the day of my appointment, Kyle worked quickly and was respectful of the property. I waited 24 hours to review the work and compared to how the windows looked before, I'd say they were at least an 80% improvement. With the sun shining on my windows the following day, I noticed there were streaks in some windows and the corners looked like they were missed. All in all, I was happy with the service, price and experience. read more

Kyle was super in every way! Communication was top notch and my windows look amazing. He showed great care entering the house and was just all around fabulous!!! Will definitely use again!!! read more

Squeegee Pros - Looks like there is no glass because it's so clean!!! - Window Washing Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Squeegee Pros did a great job. Kyle arrived on time and worked efficiently. He cleaned all the moss from our roof and treated it so that moss wouldn't grow back. He also washed some windows that are difficult for us to reach. He raked up and disposed of all the detritus from the roof. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Squeezee Pros. read more

Kyle is reliable, professional and an enormous value. We feel fortunate to have met him!

We have used Squeegee pros numerous times. Always excellent service. They go above and beyond to do the best job. Cannot recommend more highly. If I could give it more stars I would. Lisa R. read more

Hire Kyle! Our house sparkles. In addition to excellent window washing (inside and out), Kyle whitened our gutters and cleaned a residue from our roof (from a prior moss removal process). He's very hard-working and didn't stop until it was perfect. Very grateful. read more

on time and on budget. Responsive too. Do a great job communicating while dojng the job too

Kyle was so responsive on email. He gave a quick estimate and availability to do the roof, gutter and solar panel cleaning. He arrived as scheduled and provided photos of the conditions advising we wait on the roof and gutters until Spring, as they were clean. We really appreciated his honesty, a rare find these days! We'll have him back for sure! read more

Kyle responded to me within a reasonable amount of time after my initial inquiry. We scheduled an appointment for 3 days later for roof & gutter cleaning. It was done very efficiently and without my presence, which was great because I worked most of the day. He sent me before and after pictures, which looked wonderful. Fair prices for such awesome work and the whole process was very quick and easy. I highly recommend this place for any of the services they provide. read more

Kyle was prompt in his communications, efficient in his work and offered great service to our gutters!

These guys are awesome. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Arrived on time, took on additional work. Very professional and courteous. My windows haven't looked this good in years. I will definitely use them in the future. Tony G. Green Lake read more

I would 100% recommend Squeegee Pros! They did a great job and were super friendly and reliable.

We use Squeegee Pros frequently to prep homes for sale. Kyle is fantastic!! He's professional, friendly , responds quickly, and knows his stuff. Quality of work is consistently great. Can't recommend enough! read more

Kyle reached out to me promptly after I wrote my review and apologized sincerely. He had contracted out to a phone answering service, so that explains why the person who answered my call back in Nov didn't seem to have a good idea of his on-day schedule. Anyway, Kyle came out posthaste and cleaned my gutters, and I'll say he did a fantastic job. He got rid of a ton of gunk. My previous experience was probably simply a one-off/oversight, and I would 100% trust Squeegee Pros to clean my gutters again. Thank you Kyle! read more

Kyle has removed moss from my roof, cleaned gutters, and recently cleaned my windows.. Kyle uses padded ladders that will not scratch the paint off the side of a house.. I ordered solar cleaning and gutter cleaning. The job was approved online. Kyle scheduled the job eighteen days ago. He did not come and made excuses and said he would come the following day. Still a no show, he said he would come the following week and it did not happen. He then did say he was over booked. After a two calls and their apologies and promise of expediency, nothing. It would have been nice of him to just say he couldn't do the job and not waste our time. I hired him previously and was pleased and I really wanted to work with him again. I gave Kyle plenty of opportunities to contact us. read more

My windows look amazing! They are so clean - it looks like the glass is missing! WOW! Thank you!

Kyle and Squeegee Pros are a find! They do amazing work from windows to gutters to roof cleaning. They work hard, charge remarkably fair rates and always get the job done quickly and well. Our clients love them! As do we.- Ricklie Stone and Ron Waxman, Realtors, SeattleResults.com read more

Kyle was very communicative and he and his buddy provided excellent services. All windows are now immaculate! I had this adhesive residue on a window that I couldn't remove and I thought I would break the window doing it myself. Kyle is really experienced with this line of work and he took care of it. Check out the pictures. I would highly recommend Kyle and his crew for any window cleaning services. read more

I had the full meal deal done this year - roof and gutter cleaning, moss removal on roof, vinyl siding of my house cleaned, front porch and steps cleaned, and back deck cleaned. Kyle did a great job and left everything clean afterward. He has become a trusted resource for us and I highly recommend him. Attached is a picture of the roof. First he cleaned off all the debris. This side of the house is under the neighbor's trees and gets a lot of branches, leaves etc. falling on it. The moss had never been cleaned on the roof. As you can see there was a lot of it. The after picture is amazing. Kyle then applied a zinc treatment to the roof which I will now have done twice a year. Great job and thanks Kyle! read more

Super responsive and easy to schedule cleaning for our solar panels

Awesome!!! Pros: - Kyle was fast in responding to my request to quote and had something in hand to review within a matter of hours. - Quote provided was the same as the charge when he came to do the power washing. I had expected that the cost might increase because of the size of our patio, but it didn't - which was awesome. - Did our windows, upper deck and patio- fantastic job!! Things looked like new by the time he was done. - Was willing to come out during a random Seattle thunder storm - we rescheduled for Saturday (also a bonus, since we had a landlord walk -through on Sunday) - but the fact that he was willing to come and work through that weather was definitely above and beyond. Cons: I honestly can think of any. Kyle was fantastic. He exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely use Squeegee Pros again! read more

Great service! Very prompt replies through email and Yelp messages, and the quote I got was the lowest among several other quotes. He was able to do the job (gutters cleaning) the day after I requested the quote. read more

Kyle provided a rapid response to our bid request. He is a WORKER! He cleaned 2 of our homes including both the gutters and the windows. Excellent job all around! We knew we had a beautiful view from our home but it was difficult to see after two winters of not having them professionally cleaned. Kyle brought our view back. He also provided us feedback on how well our gutters were draining. He will provide you a reasonable price for the job he performs. He did not raise our price once he arrived despite the unusual challenges he may have ran into (large and unique windows difficult to reach). He has all of the equipments and he is VERY careful not to move his equipment in a way that could potentially damage your home. Nice guy too. We will absolutely use his services again. read more

NOT A HAPPY BUSINESS CUSTOMER. Had this company provide me wth an estimate for outside window cleaning. They initially told me I would recieve my quote within the hour. A few DAYS later I receieved my estimate and quickly scheduled a cleaning. SEVERAL HOURS after they were supposed to be onsite I recieve an email, not a phone call telling me that they spent the afternoon working on the wrong building and that they will need to charge me over $275 more than the original price. WHAT??!!! If you have a schedule to maintain and tenants and people to answer to, do NOT use this company and let them take you for a ride. read more

Kyle never disappoints on delivering quality, professional services - from window and gutter cleaning to pressure washing. This is the first time we've had our sidewalks and driveway professionally pressure washed and the machine Kyle uses does an amazing job. I highly recommend Seattle Squeegee Pros! read more

Squeegee Pros provided a full roof, gutter, house, patio and window cleaning at my home. My wife and I were extremely surprised to return from work to find our house sparkling clean, all equipment removed, and no residual mess. The driveway, walkways and rockery looked brand new again. Moss/algea on roofs had been scrubbed free, and the crew treated any remaining problem areas. Even parts of our home that we really did not discuss during our agreement on scope were cleaned (awnings, the shed and small deck in the backyard). Exceptional service - far exceeded expectations. I manage the operations of a large building for work, and I'm extremely picky in terms of detail. Squeegee Pro's level of detail and thoroughness of work is spot on. In terms of communication, Kyle was exceptional to work with. He e-mailed an estimate within 24 hours of phoning him. It was very detailed, and any follow-up questions that I had by e-mail he responded to within an hour. He and his assistant showed up exactly when expected. The morning after our first day of service he met me out front and did a site inspection, pointing out the work he had performed on various parts of the home. Kyle provided a couple of before/after photos to show the improvement from the service, and pointed out a window with a blown gasket that should be replaced. He also went as far to show me how to pull a window track up and clean the insides near the weep holes. Kyle was very respectful in my home and to my family. He presents himself in a professional manner. We felt good about working with him, and trusted leaving him alone while we ran an errand...not something we would do with just anyone providing service for us. Finally, we bid Squeegee Pros against another contractor we had used on our home before. Kyle's prices are very reasonable. Thanks Squeegee Pros for the facelift to our home, and for making it so easy on us. We will certainly use your services again, and refer you to our friends and family. read more

Kyle was awesome. Received an online bid for gutter cleaning right away. A day later I received a follow up email from him. I then asked him about roof cleaning and he said he could drop by to check out the roof for free. He then called me, said my gutters were full but the roof was moss free but had a little bit of algae on it. He came that afternoon, in pouring rain, to do the gutters and roof. He brushed off the algae and did a zinc application for free and the gutters were clean in an hour and a half all at a very reasonable price. His bid was the lowest of four different companies. We will definitely be repeat customers. read more

Kyle and his staff at squeegee pros did an excellent job on our townhouse. They showed up right on time, were super polite, and followed up after to make sure everything was okay. One great thing is that Kyle didn't sell me services I didn't need. I originally called to get the windows as well as siding cleaned. He quoted me for both but recommended that a cheaper spray down would be sufficient for our not-so-dirty siding. He saved us some money, and I really appreciate that. Overall, the work cost a fraction of the amount that the men in kilts place quoted me. The work was done very well. They even got on top of our third story roof to get a skylight. Kyle is a local small business owner, and he seems genuinely interested in doing the job properly and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use squeegee pros again. read more

Called a couple places around me to get some quotes for window cleaning and Squeegee Pros had by far the best pricing. They were also the only ones who were able to schedule an appointment within the week. Others told me they were available 1-2 weeks out, but Squeegee Pros was able to give me a next day appointment. I pondered if that meant their service was lacking, but I decided to try them out given they had 4.5 stars on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. I communicated with Kyle over email and phone and he was nothing by professional. Curtis was the one who showed up for my appointment to clean my windows. He was a bit late, but he did an excellent job. For a 3-story condo (1750 sqft), it took about 2 hours to complete (both interior and exterior). Would highly recommend and do business with again. read more

Kyle cleaned my roof and treated it for moss, cleaned the gutters and cleaned my windows. I am so happy with the results. The windows look AWESOME. I used Squeegee Pros again for a residential property I have in the south end. The job entailed a sizeable deck, driveway, and walkways that hadn't been pressure washed in nearly 10 years. As usual, Kyle did an awesome job at a fair price, and he kept the lines of communication open the entire time. Quick and easy. If possible, just request Kyle to do the work himself. I can't speak for his staff, as I've only had experience with him directly, but Kyle is just a nice, easy going fellow who is out to do right by his customers. And that type of ownership and accountability is not easy to find. read more

Great price - professional service. I would absolutely recommend Squeejee Pros in future. Great job.

Stellar job -- will absolutely use again Our former window cleaner retired and recommended Squeegee Pros. I went in through the Yelp bidding system, and they responded incredibly quickly to the automated bid (which was very reasonable for gutters and windows inside and out). After a couple of rounds of email to set a time, we were set. On the day of, Vance (the cleaner assigned to our house) did a really good job after a somewhat off start - he forgot his window cleaning equipment and had to go to Kyle's to pick it up. But after that, the results are stellar -- clear sparkly windows, clean gutters. He even went onto the roof (quite high up) and cleaned the skylight exteriors. We're very pleased and will definitely use them again! read more
