I got the instant quote which I liked and hit the agree button, signed the contract and quickly received an email with a date and time when they could do it. I ordered solar cleaning and gutter cleaning. The job was approved online. Kyle scheduled the job eighteen days ago. He did not come and made excuses and said he would come the following day. Still a no show, he said he would come the following week and it did not happen. He then did say he was over booked. After a two calls and their apologies and promise of expediency, nothing. It would have been nice of him to just say he couldn't do the job and not waste our time. I hired him previously and was pleased and I really wanted to work with him again. I had the full meal deal done this year - roof and gutter cleaning, moss removal on roof, vinyl siding of my house cleaned, front porch and steps cleaned, and back deck cleaned. Kyle did a great job and left everything clean afterward. He has become a trusted resource for us and I highly recommend him. Attached is a picture of the roof. First he cleaned off all the debris. This side of the house is under the neighbor's trees and gets a lot of branches, leaves etc. falling on it. The moss had never been cleaned on the roof. As you can see there was a lot of it. I went in through the Yelp bidding system, and they responded incredibly quickly to the automated bid (which was very reasonable for gutters and windows inside and out). After a couple of rounds of email to set a time, we were set. On the day of, Vance (the cleaner assigned to our house) did a really good job after a somewhat off start - he forgot his window cleaning equipment and had to go to Kyle's to pick it up. But after that, the results are stellar -- clear sparkly windows, clean gutters. He even went onto the roof (quite high up) and cleaned the skylight exteriors. NOT A HAPPY BUSINESS CUSTOMER. Had this company provide me wth an estimate for outside window cleaning. They initially told me I would recieve my quote within the hour. A few DAYS later I receieved my estimate and quickly scheduled a cleaning. SEVERAL HOURS after they were supposed to be onsite I recieve an email, not a phone call telling me that they spent the afternoon working on the wrong building and that they will need to charge me over $275 more than the original price. WHAT??!!! If you have a schedule to maintain and tenants and people to answer to, do NOT use this company and let them take you for a ride. read more

My wife and I were extremely surprised to return from work to find our house sparkling clean, all equipment removed, and no residual mess. The driveway, walkways and rockery looked brand new again. Moss/algea on roofs had been scrubbed free, and the crew treated any remaining problem areas. Even parts of our home that we really did not discuss during our agreement on scope were cleaned (awnings, the shed and small deck in the backyard). Exceptional service - far exceeded expectations. I manage the operations of a large building for work, and I'm extremely picky in terms of detail. Squeegee Pro's level of detail and thoroughness of work is spot on. In terms of communication, Kyle was exceptional to work with. He e-mailed an estimate within 24 hours of phoning him. It was very detailed, and any follow-up questions that I had by e-mail he responded to within an hour. He and his assistant showed up exactly when expected. The morning after our first day of service he met me out front and did a site inspection, pointing out the work he had performed on various parts of the home. Kyle provided a couple of before/after photos to show the improvement from the service, and pointed out a window with a blown gasket that should be replaced. He also went as far to show me how to pull a window track up and clean the insides near the weep holes. Kyle was very respectful in my home and to my family. He presents himself in a professional manner. Kyle was awesome. Received an online bid for gutter cleaning right away. A day later I received a follow up email from him. I then asked him about roof cleaning and he said he could drop by to check out the roof for free. He then called me, said my gutters were full but the roof was moss free but had a little bit of algae on it. He came that afternoon, in pouring rain, to do the gutters and roof. He brushed off the algae and did a zinc application for free and the gutters were clean in an hour and a half all at a very reasonable price. His bid was the lowest of four different companies. He quoted me for both but recommended that a cheaper spray down would be sufficient for our not-so-dirty siding. He saved us some money, and I really appreciate that.
