Kyle and his team did a great job cleaning our solar panels and windows. We live in a three story townhouse with some hard to reach places, but it was no problem for them. They worked quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this team. read more

I would recommend Kyle and his crew for gutter cleaning. They cleaned our gutters twice already and I have been impressed with how clean it is after, they send before and after photos and they clean the leaves off of the driveway. read more

Kyle did an amazing job on our roof and windows. He cleaned and de-mossed our roof, and then tackled our windows fearlessly. Our roof is steep, with a three floor drop off, and the windows are also risky to clean on the outside, not to mention hard to get to. We were very pleased with his work, and his prices are very reasonable. We have had other companies make appointments and not show up, and another company frankly did a horrible job. From here on out, we'll be calling Squeegee Pros! read more

**FANTASTIC JOB**GREAT PRICE** PROFESSIONAL**EFFICIENT** Hire Squeegee Pros to clean your windows! They did an EXCELLENT JOB on our Commercial Buildings! And that is not an easy job, we are right on the water and a slight hill but they knew exactly how maneuver around the marina awnings to get to every window. I emailed Kyle for a quote and they got back to me right away with a great price. They were always easy to reach and communicate with and were awesome about working around our schedule! They showed up on time and could not have been nicer or more professional. I really felt that we were in good hands. I was really impressed how fast and efficient they were while still doing a very thorough job PLUS we have a bit of a spider problem and they went the extra step and cleaned the sills and around the windows! I can say with confidence and ease that we will be hiring them back year after year! read more

Squeegee Pros had the most reasonable price, and did an excellent job for gutter cleaning of our townhouse. Kyle was very responsive in the email, the appointment was quick and easy. I made a few quote and Squeegee Pros had the most reasonable price. At first, I was a little worried about the quality of work. A few days after the gutter clean, I noticed water dripping from the roof. I took a picture and sent it to Kyle. After a few days, Kyle re-visited our home and did a comprehensive re-check. He ensured me that the gutter was super clean, and it was most likely due to the design of the house. Still, Kyle offered me to check it again if it rained heavily to identify the root cause. In a word, they did a good job, responsible and trustworthy. I think I will stick to them in the future. read more

Squeegee Pros did an excellent job with cleaning the windows of my 2nd floor apartment in a split-house. The windows are crystal-clear! Other window cleaning companies that I called, were not able to schedule within the same week and were more expensive. Squeegee Pros made the whole process so easy and quick. I only scheduled them to clean the outside of the windows but they also cleaned the inside of the windows when they noticed we had attic windows that were unreachable to clean. Such nice guys! I'm very happy with the job they did and I highly recommend their service! read more

Kyle was great. I've been through a few different window washers but I'll be sticking with squeegee pros! Kyle was very responsive via email, did quality work, and was extremely considerate. Kyle left without knocking because he knew my child was napping. Minutes later I got an email saying to contact him if any issues and he'd come right back. There were no issues and he emailed an invoice over without hassle. I'll be using his services again. read more

After getting quotes from a few other places, we decided to go with Squeegee Pros because they were the most responsive and took time to understand the work that needed to be done. The reviews here are for real. Kyle was great, very responsive as we sorted out the details of the work. We had the roof cleaned and treated, gutters cleaned, and windows cleaned inside and out. He did the estimate for the roof in person next day. The windows look great, the gunk and garden growing in the gutters are gone, and the brushed a lot of debris off the roof and cleaned up the surfaces below. Took about 3 hours and we're very happy with the work! Will definitely use them again. read more

We moved to the Pacific NW from the San Francisco Bay Area. We were unprepared to deal with the upkeep of our rain gutters and deck. Kyle and squeegee pro took care of the house beautifully. Now I can see out my windows again and I know who to call when we get overwhelmed in the future. We needed to have rain gutters and roofs cleared off three buildings, the deck pressure washed top and bottom (due to plexiglass top), and the windows cleaned especially the upper story loft windows that we couldn't reach. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I consider this a good experience and I will definitely call again in the future. read more

Great service, great price and awesome results! A big "Thanks!" to Vance. No streaks or smudges - absolutely perfect! We'll be seeing you again. And referring you to all our neighbors. read more

Squeegee pros was great. They contacted me before during and after the work and sent me pictures along the way. I appreciated the professionalism and the quick job- it looks fantastic! read more

Kyle meticulously cleaned our roof (bye-eee nasty NW moss!) and gutters. He left no mess and our 10 year old roof and gutters are clean as a whistle. Thanks for being reasonably priced and easy to communicate with, too. Looking forward to hiring him again to clean our windows. read more

There's guys are still my first call when I'm getting a home ready to sell and need windows or power washing done. Consistently great communication and great work! read more

Great service, prompt, quick and pleasant! Will definitely have these guys come back a couple of times a year. We have windows high up on the 3rd floor and they did all of them perfectly. Everything is squeaky clean! What a great start of the Spring read more

This is the first time I use Squeegee Pros' service. They clean our gutters and treat moss killer for our roof. They work hard, efficient, and very clean. They also help demoss the roof of our inlaw's house and clean the gutter. They even take extra effort to clean the skylight windows and power wash a small portion of the pathway in front of the house. Overall, Kyle provides fair quote and he even suggests me to compare quotes from others. Kyle is very easy to work with and keep the line open for the whole time. He takes picture before and after his service for comparison. I really enjoy his service and will have their service from now on. Highly recommended! read more

My windows and screens look great! And not only did Squeegee Pros do an amazing job at an affordable price... they arrived on time and worked swiftly and quietly, showing a great deal of respect for my belongings, my time, my ability to concentrate on my own projects while they were here, and they took good care not to unsettle my cats. They also put everything back together the way they found it. I very highly recommend Squeegee Pros!!! read more

Excellent service and work ethic. Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done well. Highly recommend his services.

Kyle and team are great - definitely will be using them again. From the start, communication was clear and easy. Day-of they showed up as scheduled, were friendly and the the end result was excellent. read more

First time using a gutter cleaning service in our home in Seattle. Kyle was great in giving a fast quote. First one to respond from a number of people I asked around in the area. Quote was competitive and was able to book us in quickly. Did a great job in giving updates when he and the team would arrive. Work was prompt and clean. Even showed us pictures before and after. Would definitely use again. Even saw the roof needed some moss cleaning in the near future. Thanks Kyle and team. read more

Left a message to get a quote and the next day Kyle called me back after he had stopped by my home to assess the job. He said he could come out @ 2p on Saturday. On Saturday, he hadn't shown up by 3p, so I called Kyle and he said he was on the way and would be there in 20 min. Kyle cleaned all the indoor windows and then did most of the outdoor windows. He said he didn't have the correct equipment to do the rest of my outdoor windows, so said he'd be back on Monday @ 11am. Kyle didn't show up @ 11am on Monday so I called him about 2p and he said he was just finishing up a job and would be to my home around 3p. Well he never showed up and I called repeatedly for several days. He never came back and has never called me back. This is a flakey company. read more

On Tuesday, I left a message to request an estimate. He sent one via email three hours later. That evening, I responded saying it was fine and requested we schedule a time to have my windows cleaned. No response. On Friday, I sent another email requesting to schedule a time. Still no response four days later. read more

Easy quick scheduling and fair pricing. Our windows and roof look great. Will definitely use again.

Great service! Asked for an estimate and got a reply in ten minutes. Kyle was able to come by the next day and did a thorough job. The whole process was efficient, and communication was on point. Would highly recommend! read more

They were fast, friendly and did a great job. Kyle communicates quickly and keeps you posted with any updates, etc. They were nice enough to fit me in with little notice and are cost effective. Bonus was they were friendly to my rescue dogs that are not exceptionally welcoming :-) read more

My windows were so dirty. Found Squeegee Pro on yelp a couple of days ago and now they look awesome. I emailed Kyle, he responded same day. We got an estimate the next day. And then he was able to schedule the work a few days later. He washed the windows inside/out and pressure washed our concrete paths around the house. He even did a bit more pressure washing then I had asked because he noticed a side path was really slippery - super awesome service. I am going to have him clean windows and power wash our rental next. And I am sure I will hire him again. read more

Did an online quote request for gutter cleaning, got a revised personalized quote from Kyle before I was even able to schedule an appointment. Came the next day and did a great job at cleaning. Took before and after pictures so you know how well the job was done. I also asked them to help me take some pictures of the roof and they were more than happy to help. Really appreciate the professionalism. Thanks! read more

Squeegee Pros - Window Washing Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Came by to do some window cleaning for us (at our home). Fantastic work, windows look amazing, would highly recommend and definitely use again! read more

I sent requests for estimates to three companies in the area to have my roof and gutters cleaned. Squeegee Pros was not only the first to respond, but also had the most competitive offer. We wound up having to reschedule because of a freak wind storm but Kyle was very responsive and easy to work with. They came out as soon as they could and they did an all-around fantastic job. I really loved the before-and-after photos they sent me of my roof and gutters. I will definitely be using them again! read more

These guys are LEGIT. Not only did they do an outstanding job - in 6 years our windows have never looked so spotless, our gutters so clean, and roof completely clear of moss - but they rearranged their schedules to come on New Year's eve so our house is ready for viewing by potential renters. And they're affordable. And they were nice. 10 stars if I could give 10. We'll definitely be using them for our new home. read more

WOW! I called 4 gutter cleaning companies listed on Yelp. The first 3 went straight to Voicemail, only one of those 3 has called back now nearly 8 hours later. The 4th call was to Squeegee Pros. Kyle at Squeegee Pros answered right away which was great. I described my property and he instantly gave me a quote that was lower than any quote I have gotten in past seasons from other companies and cheaper than any price referenced in reviews of his competitors. He was able to schedule for later the same day. He showed up on time, was polite and friendly. One great touch was that he took before and after pictures of my gutters so I could really see what a great job he did. I will be using Squeegee Pros for all gutter cleaning or related work in the future and recommending them to friends. I recommend them to you, dear strangers, as well. read more

Wonderful! Kyle and his team were efficient, professional and did a great job end to end. Highly recommend!

Kyle did a fantastic job cleaning our windows! We have big picture windows that I have the hardest time keeping clean. He was in and out in no time and worked with my budget. He also gave me some tips on cleaning them myself. I highly recommend Squeegee Pros! read more

We're getting our house ready to sell, so we needed the works: pressure washing, roof de-mossing and window cleaning. Kyle and crew did a fantastic job. We decided to get the window washing separate and closer to the sell date. Kyle was very accommodating, and even offered to do touch ups when he came back out (which he did) Always responsive, polite, and most importantly does the work he says he'll do and for a fair price. I would definitely do business with Kyle again. read more

I have called Kyle at Squeegee Pros for years for a variety of projects, and his most recent visit confirmed my choice. I was worried about moss on a steep driveway being a potential problem for us after my husband's knee replacement surgery. Kyle did a great job. I plan to call him back to get the windows cleaned when Covid dies down. Thank you for great service. read more

Getting ready to put my house on the market so I had the concrete around my house pressured washed by Kyle. I found him on yelp. I called him and he came out to give me an estimate the next day. I decided to use him and he did an excellent job. He showed up on time and his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and refer him to family and friends. read more

I chose Squeegee Pros based of the reviews I read off Yelp and I'm glad I did! Kyle gave me a fair estimate over the phone and he was able to fit me in the very next day! I am extremely impressed at how clean my windows are. In fact, I can't stop looking outside. Kyle took special time to focus on a couple of spots on my windows and they are cleaner than I have ever seen them before. Seriously, they're amazing (and I never thought I'd be writing that about windows). He also cleaned my gutters and washed the moss off of my front porch, both jobs done impeccably. The estimate is exactly what I was asked to pay, and it was very reasonable. I highly recommend Squeegee Pros for your window washing needs, as well as gutters and power-washing. You will absolutely not be disappointed! read more

I have been using Squeegee Pros for about a year now to do my windows, clean my roof and gutters, and pressure wash. Kyle does a great job. He always gets right back to me and is here when he says he will be. His pricing is fair and the quality of his work is excellent! I like working with Kyle and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for this type of service. read more

It's rare to find people who truly stand behind their work and go the extra mile to stand behind their business. Kyle and squeegee pro are fantastic. I thought a window cleaning would be a quick once over. So, I was a little hesitant at the price - though they did beat other estimates- but wow, what a service. I didn't even know there was that much dirt on my windows. read more
