So I contacted Eric who did such a great job last Spring cleaning windows and gutters. I contacted Eric via his webform and he responded within an hour. He was able to come immediately. Eric arrived exactly on time and got to work. He cleaned my roof up nicely, cleaned out my gutters and he unclogged the two downspouts. He cleaned up afterwards using water hose and a blower. Until Eric, I. have never known a contractor clean up so well after a job either. He is consistently thorough with his work, and he is a really cool guy. In addition, the moss was not dying. I brought this to their attention each time, and was assured that they use a spray treatment now due to the pitch of my roof. But each year, more moss grew. Finally this last year I contacted them to schedule service, now needing moss removal in addition to treatment. They ghosted me. I had been a customer for ~10 years. I found another company that did a much better job.

I plan to book with Tomas every spring for pressure washing our aggregate stone courtyard and pathway; he told me they have a special pressure washer for large areas that is gentler on the stones and takes much less time than a regular pressure washer.
