Stay on top of them, the crew we had not only tried to leave with a huge mess all around my house, but they littered up and down my road with their advertising signs, including two at my house without asking. All I got was apologies from a sales rep. Will not be doing business with them again, and will warn off all of my friends and clients. I recommend finding a company that does better business. Even with coupons/sale I paid over $1200 for a roof that isn't clean and gutters that will be filled up by the moss they hopefully killed. Looks like I'll have to spend even more to have it done correctly later.

He called in advance and let me know that he was on his way out and arrived just a few minutes of the scheduled time which was due to the distance that we live out plus traffic. Loren did an outstanding job! He was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. He wore booties while working in the house and cleaned up completely after himself. He was very timely and finished the whole job in less than four hours. I was very impressed with this young man. He was very congenial. The finished job was within a few dollars of the original estimate. We will definitely use him again. And, he also cleans rain gutters. But, I had just finished cleaning them myself. Outstanding service and follow up!…read more We hired Spartan to clean the gutters of our house and zinc the roof. They went above and beyond - cleaned huge amounts of pine needles that had been jamming the gutters, flushed the gutter spouts where the pine needles had effectively turned into soil and were backing up drainage, removed several dead birds who had been nesting in the gutters, thoroughly zinced the roof, and also zinced the steps on our front porch even though that was out of the scope of the work order. Not only did Spartan perform the outstanding service above, but they thoroughly walked us through the work they did and also suggested how to maintain the roof in the future. We are happy customers and look forward to hiring them again for roof and gutters work next year. Thanks, guys!
