If one should fail (which it hasn't) they'd be straight out to replace the bulb. They look just lovely! This is the earliest in the season we've had them hung. But it sure helps cheer me up during the COVID crisis. At the end of the season they'll come back out, take them down and store them for you for the next season. The best part is we never had to climb one ladder, or swing from one gutter, unravel strings of lights making sure there's no burn outs, it looks great! ! He worked for nearly 4 hours, and he was kind enough to saw off and remove a large tree root that was underneath some cement planks on my patio. The tree root was causing the planks to come up. He did this free of charge which is above and beyond. I chose Nehl's because they were the most reasonably priced pressure washing service in my area that I could find. But their low price is not representative of their quality of work, because they did an outstanding job. They were also timely, respectful, and communication was good.
