He sent out both Lucas and Zack. These guys are great as well! They made our windows look like we had just brought the house, brand new! I was in awe! When they were done, Lucas asked if I wanted him to close the Blinds, I replied "No, leave them up, Its' so beautiful and clear, I just want to sit here and stare out the window " They did an excellent job! These guys are amazing. They were power washing my neighbor's driveway, and I approached them to…read moreask if they could add me to the schedule. The gentleman I spoke with (the owner, I realized) was able to give me a quote in about 30 seconds, it seemed reasonable so I went inside and got a check. At that point, I realized I hadn't pointed out one more area I wanted addressed. He said that he noticed that area after I went inside, but he would do it anyway, because he didn't want to leave the job incomplete. I said I wanted to pay him for the work, so he said pay me whatever you think it's worth. I like that attitude. I gave him the check and left the house. When I returned, one of the employees was on his hands and knees in my driveway, pulling the weeds out of the cracks by hand with great attention to detail. This surprised me. They power washed everything, and then very carefully cleaned up all the debris they had generated, scooping it all up and throwing it away instead of washing it down the street. When I said, I wanted to get on the schedule, that's all I really expected. Had they told me a couple of weeks, that would've been OK. But they did it in a few hours. I got much more than I expected, and they did a fine job. They were polite and thorough. I would recommend their work to anyone. I only had them do the sidewalk and driveway, but the neighbors had them do the whole outside of the house, including the second story. That being said, during cleanup process, they violated Tacoma municipal code by utilizing the yard waste bins without permission for their cleanup. Subject I spoke to on the phone only wanted to argue the fact. After just one lie, Everythi ng else is just static and means nothing coming from them. I would not recommend them to even come close to my home.
