Third year I've used Sunco for window cleaning. Have no reason to call any other company. I recommend them. Fair price.

They're on time, friendly, professional and thorough. Really appreciate them not using pressure washer for roof cleaning. The result looks amazing. Price is very reasonable too. read more

I would highly recommend Sunco Window Cleaning, From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and thorough in their communication. Probably one of the best at communicating and providing direction. Once at my house Steffin, did a quick, professional, and excellent job. Additionally, I thought the service was a great value. I would highly recommend Sunco Window Cleaning! read more

Did our whole house pre-sale. Professional, literate, articulate. Fully informed as to what was going on during the whole process.

My first time using Sunco was a couple years ago for cleaning the gutters at my old house, these things were filled with pine needles and birch tree branches and leaves. I could not find a time to schedule the worker to come to the house while I was home so I had them come while I was at work and I'd bet they worked just as hard, if not harder, as they would have if I was there looking over their shoulder. They cleaned up after themselves and even swept my entire driveway (even though the mess of twigs and leaves they swept up weren't their mess!). I enjoyed my experience with them so much that I had them come to clean the windows at my new house about 9 months ago. And just as I would have expected from such a well run company, the window technicians went above and beyond. The windows sparkled like new and the guys were friendly and courteous. Needless to say, I have Sunco coming back out this month for another round of window cleaning. I could not recommend this company enough times to enough people. read more

Sunco always does a great job with our windows!! I never think our windows are that bad until they are done and I am in awe at how beautiful they look and how different the sun shining through the windows feels!! Thank you Sunco!! Also great customer service and they are very careful with your home and belongings. Love supporting small local Business too! read more

This is a unusual review, since I never had the chance to have service done, but I thought I should share my experience. A young man came out to my home to give me a quote, said everything seemed straight forward and that I'd receive a bid via email. A few days later, I received an email, but they forgot to attach the bid. I replied, stating I didn't receive a bid, then another email came through, this time with a bid, saying a total of 5.50. Clearly, I figured this couldn't be correct, so I emailed back. Third email I get is "Unfortunately we are going to have to decline cleaning windows at your place. We are fearful that we may ruin some of your plants trying to get to some of your windows." Shouldn't that have been what the young man said to start with? Or the first or second emails instead of attempting to give me a bid? Feels incredibly unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. What an odd experience. read more

Sunco provided a great experience from estimate through job completion. Sunco responded to my estimate request within hours and was able to come out to clean our windows in just a few days. Ben did a great job on our house in the woods with many grimy windows, some large and irregularly shaped. He showed up when they said he would, was courteous, organized and respectful of our property. Our glass has never looked this good. We will definitely use Sunco again. read more

Great service at a great price! I hired Sunco to clean my gutters for me because I have a very steep roofline and my ladder couldn't reach. They were very friendly and showed up on time. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thanks Sunco! read more

We really wanted to like this company, however they do not place value in integrity or customer service. Poor service and poor quality of work. read more

I asked Sunco for an estimate to clean moss from my roof and clean my gutters. They did this in a timely and professional manner. Then I reviewed the estimate and it included a $15 travel charge. This was the only bid of the 3 I obtained that included this charge. I asked Ryan why they included this since I was located less than ten miles and ten minutes from there location. The reply was EVERYONE is quoted $15 for the travel fee in all caps. I live approximately two miles from their address according to Yelp. I said thanks for the quick response to my inquiries and let them know I'd be going with a different contractor. My advice - just put the $15 in your bid/cost if you're going to charge EVERYONE $15 travel fee. read more

Had roof algae removed.& mold resistant treatment on 2 story tile roof, plus gutters cleaned. Cleaned off patio deck. Ben & Stephen did a great job. They also dealt with 3 batches of bees that were nesting under tiles. Will use them again. read more

I know I have already submitted a review, but I need to reiterate how much I LOVE these guys! Fred deserves 100 stars! We have large windows that are difficult to reach and since they weren't doing indoor service last year, I didn't really notice how bad they were until he cleaned them. Very meticulous and didn't rush. Truly professional service, fair prices and great customer service! You can't go wrong with Sunco, because they stand behind their work. read more

I was looking for a company that was licensed, bonded, and insured, and that had no violations or complaints with the state. Most companies are not, but getting folks up on ladders up to a third story you want them really professional and fully insured!! This was the first time I used this company, and, though they were more expensive than others, they did a very good job. The bid was clear, they came when they said they would, the workers were efficient and safe, and the windows are clean. I wish I could have the inside done too, but with the pandemic, it's outside only. We did have a torn screen, but our screens are 42 years old, so I don't blame them! Last year we went with a lower bid (another company) and had many problems. You do get what you pay for with Sunco, I think. read more

Ryan came out to provide an estimate bid. Sunco kept clear communication through email regarding the bid, scheduling day and time and a follow up email confirming. The crew arrived on time and the job was done swiftly and very professional. Sunco is in our rolodex! Excellence Customer Service!! read more

This team was very professional from start to finish. Great job on our large windows and customer service was spot on. Will be using again soon. read more

I was impressed at the professionalism along with the friendliness of Ryan, Dave and Rob. I needed a soft wash of a rock retaining wall and a pressure washing of landscape blocks, driveway, porch and patio. Their bid was prompt and fair and they could do it right away. I was so pleased with the attention I received and how comfortable I felt that I didn't even consider a second bid. Everything looked amazing when it was finished. I am so happy with the work. Thank you, guys. read more

After using Sunco for several years, I got a new skylight, which they scared with a bristle brush. Ryan justified the problem like there is not a way to clean a skylight without damaging it? They could not remove the pitch, either. I will not call them again. read more

Great local business. Their crew is always professional and do a great job washing my office windows. It is nice having them on a schedule where I don't have to think about setting up service and they come by and always make the office windows look fantastic! read more

This is the second time I have used Sunco for windows inside and out, pressure washing my entire mobile home including roof, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning , AND there is a very good reason why I hired them a second time. Great, efficient service setting up an appointment, Ryan is so on it with customer service , setting up the appointment and keeping you informed....as he was the first time. Rob who came to my house (I usually feel uncomfortable with workers in my house, old and living alone) is the nicest person and I did not feel at all uncomfortable with him. He was on schedule, got to work immediately. He was the technician that I had the first time, requested him again. Again there is a reason for requesting Rob again....he is darn good at what he does. I have not encountered a business in years that pays so much attention to customer service as Sunco. And consistent about it...sooo, Sunco will again be the one I call! You should too! Thanks Ryan and Rob, Sunco is outstanding. read more

SUNCO Window Cleaning has always done a great job for us. The owners, Ryan and Dave are great to work with and their employees who come to clean our windows are always very polite and courteous and do a great job. We have been using them for many years and I would highly recommend their work. read more

Ryan is my Lord and savior. Would've given them 5 stars if Lord Bumpington still worked there. Truck and travel was a bit expensive, but it was a great experience. read more
