My first time using Sunco was a couple years ago for cleaning the gutters at my old house, these things were filled with pine needles and birch tree branches and leaves. I could not find a time to schedule the worker to come to the house while I was home so I had them come while I was at work and I'd bet they worked just as hard, if not harder, as they would have if I was there looking over their shoulder. They cleaned up after themselves and even swept my entire driveway (even though the mess of twigs and leaves they swept up weren't their mess!). I enjoyed my experience with them so much that I had them come to clean the windows at my new house about 9 months ago. And just as I would have expected from such a well run company, the window technicians went above and beyond. The windows sparkled like new and the guys were friendly and courteous. Needless to say, I have Sunco coming back out this month for another round of window cleaning. I could not recommend this company enough times to enough people. read more

Sunco provided a great experience from estimate through job completion. Sunco responded to my estimate request within hours and was able to come out to clean our windows in just a few days. Ben did a great job on our house in the woods with many grimy windows, some large and irregularly shaped. This is a unusual review, since I never had the chance to have service done, but I thought I should share my experience. A young man came out to my home to give me a quote, said everything seemed straight forward and that I'd receive a bid via email. A few days later, I received an email, but they forgot to attach the bid. I replied, stating I didn't receive a bid, then another email came through, this time with a bid, saying a total of 5.50. Clearly, I figured this couldn't be correct, so I emailed back. Third email I get is "Unfortunately we are going to have to decline cleaning windows at your place. We are fearful that we may ruin some of your plants trying to get to some of your windows." Shouldn't that have been what the young man said to start with? Or the first or second emails instead of attempting to give me a bid? Feels incredibly unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. What an odd experience. read more

I asked Sunco for an estimate to clean moss from my roof and clean my gutters. They did this in a timely and professional manner. Then I reviewed the estimate and it included a $15 travel charge. This was the only bid of the 3 I obtained that included this charge. I asked Ryan why they included this since I was located less than ten miles and ten minutes from there location. The reply was EVERYONE is quoted $15 for the travel fee in all caps. I live approximately two miles from their address according to Yelp. I said thanks for the quick response to my inquiries and let them know I'd be going with a different contractor. My advice - just put the $15 in your bid/cost if you're going to charge EVERYONE $15 travel fee. read more

I was looking for a company that was licensed, bonded, and insured, and that had no violations or complaints with the state. Most companies are not, but getting folks up on ladders up to a third story you want them really professional and fully insured!! This was the first time I used this company, and, though they were more expensive than others, they did a very good job. The bid was clear, they came when they said they would, the workers were efficient and safe, and the windows are clean. I wish I could have the inside done too, but with the pandemic, it's outside only. We did have a torn screen, but our screens are 42 years old, so I don't blame them! Last year we went with a lower bid (another company) and had many problems. You do get what you pay for with Sunco, I think. read more

After using Sunco for several years, I got a new skylight, which they scared with a bristle brush. Ryan justified the problem like there is not a way to clean a skylight without damaging it? They could not remove the pitch, either. I will not call them again. read more

This is the second time I have used Sunco for windows inside and out, pressure washing my entire mobile home including roof, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning , AND there is a very good reason why I hired them a second time. Great, efficient service setting up an appointment, Ryan is so on it with customer service , setting up the appointment and keeping you informed....as he was the first time. Rob who came to my house (I usually feel uncomfortable with workers in my house, old and living alone) is the nicest person and I did not feel at all uncomfortable with him. He was on schedule, got to work immediately. He was the technician that I had the first time, requested him again. Again there is a reason for requesting Rob again....he is darn good at what he does. I have not encountered a business in years that pays so much attention to customer service as Sunco. And consistent about it...sooo, Sunco will again be the one I call! You should too!
