We had a great experience with RainTech Gutters. Will and Jon were fantastic to work with--friendly, professional, communicative, and right on time. They did quality work, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. One thing that really impressed me: I originally reached out for a quote back in July 2023, but ended up canceling at that time. When I recently contacted them again for a new quote, I was shocked (in the best way) that the price was exactly the same. In a time when everything seems to cost more every year, that kind of honesty and consistency says a lot about a company. It's hard to find businesses like this these days. I highly recommend RainTech Gutters. Bonus points--they're car guys too, which is always a plus in my book! read more

Will and Jon were great to work with. From the quote they were both friendly and looked over my old gutters and suggested I might want to go with a slightly larger size and I'm glad we did because they look great on the freshly painted house and we get a lot of rain. They did a full gutter replacement on our home and put a new gutter on the shed and downspout on pergola. We couldn't be more happier with how it all turned out. They coordinated timing with the painter so I didn't have to worry about scheduling. Thanks Will and Jon you guys are superstars! read more

Will and Jon of RainTech, a small two-person outfit in Federal Way, were absolutely wonderful to work with. I was in need of a gutter replacement on my house (two stories) and Will was very prompt in responding to a request for estimate without even having to visit the site (he did it all from satellite imagery) and was very up front in his communication. Upon arrival of my scheduled job start, he did a walk-around and took note of a few areas which would need some extra/adjusted attention that would not have been possible during the initial estimate; except for the fact I asked him to replace some additional sections not previously requested, the estimate did not change. He also gave his honest opinion of a couple of aspects of the project I had originally asked for, but didn't think would be necessary; rather than try and upsell me, he was very forthcoming with his desire to do right by the customer. He and his partner also offered to treat my roof with moss killer since they would already be up there, at no charge (I paid for the material), which in my opinion, is what a lot of contracting businesses out there are sorely lacking. If you are in need of gutter services of any kind, I highly recommend RainTech; fast, affordable, personable, and very professional. read more

Will is the guy you will want to do business with. Honest, efficient and professional. He is very responsive on yelp and I got his quote after several text messages with the details. And he showed up same day when he happened to be in the area. Work was done professionally and quick. Thank you Will for fixing my gutter in a rainy day! read more

We're so glad we chose Will and RainTech Gutters. Customer service was great. Will was very prompt in providing information for all of our questions. He and his partner came to the house the day before to take last minute inventory of the job and the next day, they showed up when they said they would. The new gutters and downspouts improved our curb appeal, thanks to the color. And so far, the water is flowing where it should be and we couldn't be happier. They did a great job from start to finish. They are professional with a fair price. We highly recommend RainTech Gutters! read more

Will was great! I did not get gutters from him, instead of him trying to sell me gutters that i did not need he pointed right to the problem and explained to me why I was having issues with storm water runoff. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you for taking the time to go into detail explaining and helping me with my issue!! 5 stars! read more

Rain Tech is terrific! Will changed my rectangular standard gutters to 3" rounds and I haven't had any blockages since! Small leave debris was constantly restricting my old gutters, but the flow rate has increased so they now stay clear. They also stayed clear during last winter's snow and ice accumulations. I recommend Rain Tech most-highly for anyone who needs gutter/downspout service. read more

Will Anthis at RainTech Gutters is so awesome. I left him a voice mail and he called me right back in less than 1/2 hour and promised to give me a quote if I send him my address. I sent him my address and got the quote the same night. He used Satellite system to quote. When I got home from work on the day of the appointment, the new gutter & downspout were already installed. They did a great job. Thank you so much Will for your great service. I would recommend Will Anthis and RainTech Gutters company to anyone out there that's in need of gutter and downspout. Great price, great service and super friendly. read more

A portion of our gutter was detached from the house, so we needed repairs. I called Will at RainTech Gutters and he was fabulous. Very friendly and professional. He arrived on-time and was so friendly. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He even inspected the remainder of our gutters to ensure there were no loose bolts, and trimmed part of a tree branch that was interfering with one of the gutters. I would absolutely call Will again for future gutter work if it is needed. Also a plus-- he had the ability to pay by card, which was helpful. The receipt was sent directly to my phone. read more

I experienced excellent customer service, great and expeditious work! The owner kept me up to date of what was happening while I was away from the house. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for gutter work. read more

RainTech Gutters - Brand new gutters with wedges installed so gutters are not angled with the facia board. - Gutter Services Near Me - Federal Way, Washington

Excellent customer service and very professional. I chose to do business with RainTech because William was very responsive to my Yelp messages. He provided me with a fair and honest quote for the replacement for the gutters in front of my garage. I originally asked for a quote for a gutter and down spout replacement. After seeing that my down spout was good, William told me it did not need to be replaced. Cool, that reduced my final cost. The quality of work was top notch. I recommend RainTech Gutters for all gutter maintenance, repairs, and replacement. read more

I am very happy with the awesome service Will and John of Rain Tech provided. When they arrived to do the job, Will and John looked things over and gave a recommendation which ended up saving us money from the original quote. They do quality work and I definitely would recommend them! You cannot go wrong with Rain Tech! read more

Update: I contacted Will for another gutter and to reattach a hanger that came loose on the previous job. Knowing this is a busy time of year, I thought it was great when he said he should be able to do it "next week". The following week, he asked for the measurements and details, and said, "I can get this done for you next week." And I never heard from him again. (This was 2 months ago.) Great experience. During recent REALLY rainy days, I desperately needed to divert all this water away from my building to slow it from seeping in through the ground. The RainTech crew saved the day by running a long, tidy section of gutter promptly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to others and look forward to having them back for more jobs. :) read more

These guys are great they worked fast, cleaned up after themselves and were very reasonably priced. Most importantly they are honest. I refered them to one of my friends, who's gutters were leaking. He had recived an estimate from another gutter company for several thousand. Will told him he didn't need all new gutters, all he needed was to repair what he had and saved him thousands. read more

I used RAINTECH last summer (2014) to replace cracked and painted too many times gutters on the front of my house. Will came out a gave a great price. Installation was prompt, on-time and there was no mess. Yesterday, I had them come back to put on an effective and affordable gutter screening product (not any of the heavily marketed ones), because of all the tree debris that lands on my roof. Pricing was actually affordable, and design is superior to other products I've looked at in the past. I highly recommend RAINTECH and would encourage anyone needing gutters or gutter screening to contact them. read more

I would hire them again in an instant. They were professional, clean, timely and affordable. Will came out right after I called for an estimate and the price was very fair. They came on time for the installation and were efficient and the gutters couldn't look better! I would highly recommend Will and RainTech Gutters! read more

Will was prompt in responding and in working around my schedule. I felt that the fee charged was fair and they educated me on the maintenance aspect and also explained why I was having the gutter issues originally. Yelp can be hit or miss these days on business reviews but this one did not let me down. I have saved these guys and will definitely be using them for any future gutter issues and will gladly recommend them to anyone I know. read more

We just had our gutters installed by Will at Rain Tech and my husband and I were so impressed! It was simple and east on our end... we just came home one day and our new gutters were up and looked great! When it rained really hard the next day, we just smiled at each other because we were happy our new gutters got to do their job! Thank you Rain Tech!! read more

Great service. Called from a CL ad and Will responded with a quote. Showed up at the house when he said he would. Did a great job at a fair price. Would happily recommend him to others. read more

Will and his team performed an easy task of a couple gutter runs on my garage. They did the replacement while my wife and I were away and wound up doing some additional work for a neighbor. After that I had him quote me the entire house and again had them come out and complete the job while we were away. They did a fantastic job! Every thing looks great and functions flawlessly. It has now been about 4 months and everything looks and functions perfectly. read more

Will at RainTech did an outstanding job with my new gutter install. They were assertive, professional and worked well with my busy schedule. They sell a great product and the price was super reasonable. I will recommend RainTech to my family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks again, Will! read more

Yes I would hire Will for gutter work. Will and his worker showed to my house at 1pm and finished by 4:30pm. Fast, efficient, and affordable. I have been reaching out via multiple channels to find a gutter installer. If I wasn't happy in my career I assure you I would enter the gutter business. I had contacted via phone, email, website, and text messages to 8 local gutter installers and received Zero replies. Customer service is apparently DEAD in this industry. I had searched Angie's List, local web sites, google searches, local face book referrals, and All were lame an un responsive. I finally went to craigslist and found Will and Rain Tech. It took a little time for him reply but we finally got an appointment on the books and He showed up on the day, a little late because of a previous job took a bit longer (which I don't mind and completely understand). I wasn't sure how to complete one corner of our property. Will provided professional insight and direction. He was experience, knew what could be done and utilized new technologies. read more
