Unfortunately there were areas of our roof that were unable to be fully cleaned after Robert started cleaning. He gave us a referral for a stronger type of cleaning that could take care of our old roof and was very knowledgeable with the follow up questions I had. I appreciated his honesty and how he was up front that their initial expectations and recommendations for our roof didn't end up being the best solution. I had my windows cleaned today and the gentleman who was here did a great job. No complaints. My only concern is that this was not cheap. I paid $480 plus tip for one person to clean for 5 hours. I have never used a similar service before and this might just be what it costs to have one's windows cleaned but subjectively it seems rather pricey to me. read more

I hired him because my homeowners association for my rental property said I needed to clean my front gutters, besides the fact that they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I ran some errands while he was cleaning. When he was done I went back over to the rental and was super disappointed that he didn't clean the FRONT of the gutters. I mentioned to him that the HOA had complained about the dirty front and that was the reason I hired him. At first he said he couldn't get if off but he grabbed a broom and he got all the dirt off the front. I would have given him 5 stars but he was a little reluctant to clean the front of the gutter. It really only took hi. Another 10 to 15 minutes and it all came off without him having to get on the ladder. I would think this would be included in the "cleaning gutters" package but perhaps not. We had him clean the inside and outside of our windows, including the screens and tracks. I received four quotes to clean my gutters and moss from my roof. RnD while not the lowest but nearly the lowest was the easiest to deal with. From billing to suggestions while the work was complete, I found everything they offered good advice and fair pricing. There were no hidden fees or up selling. This is a solid business with dependable people. Most importantly they found a large gap in the fascia on my roof and did everything they could to fix it. We had neglected our roof moss for a bit too long so it was in desperate need of some TLC. Not to mention a little garden beginning to grow out of one of the gutters. We researched a half dozen companies and chose RnD Window & Gutter Cleaning because of their reasonable estimate and the comments other customers had written about their great experience with RnD. We could not have been happier with our decision. Both Robert and Danielle are extremely friendly and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and courteously. We always felt that we were valued and that our questions were important. Robert did a wonderful job on our VERY challenging roof. It's a multi-tiered roof with very steep angles where nooks and crannies and crevices abound. All handled beautifully, including the Skylight. We had to go out of town during the weekend it was scheduled for cleaning. We came back to a pristine new looking roof and our "Gutter Garden" was nowhere to be found. And to top it all off, there was not even one shred of debris evidence that he had ever been there. AND, to take it to even another level, he treated parts of my patio that had some moss lingering there all winter.
