Very quick, professional and friendly. I will go with them again Would recommend and will ask for help again.

Spencer arrived on time and got to work quickly. He was careful of our tender spouting landscape plants. Our windows look absolutely sparkling clean! Spencer was able to remove a multitude of encrusted bird poops, birdseed, and a nasty film from house painting prep from last Spring. We highly recommend the attention to detail that Spencer offered. We'll be using this service again. read more

The best people doing really hard work at a fair price. I have them come every year. Highly recommend

They did a great job cleaning our gutters AND the facia of the gutters. A little more than I expected, cost wise, but I can't do the job. Very nice guy who was on time and efficient. read more

It's time to clean our roof again after 7 years. Since we've gone with RnD previously and was highly satisfied with their work, we decided to go with them again. We requested a quote for the project again through here and they responded very quickly. The quote was given and we were able to start the project right away. Even though we weren't home at the time when they arrived, they were still able to do the work without us being present which is very helpful. Dan and Spencer did an exceptional job with the roof cleaning, window cleaning, power washing, and clean up. You really couldn't ask for more. They cared for the property as if it's their own. RnD also made the form payment very easy. I'll definitely go with them for future projects again. We highly recommend them. Thank you RnD, til next time! read more

RnD was fantastic to work with! Our house has a very tall and steep roof in several areas with lots of trees closely surrounding. Tomi made scheduling easy and Robert arrived right on time. Unfortunately there were areas of our roof that were unable to be fully cleaned after Robert started cleaning. He gave us a referral for a stronger type of cleaning that could take care of our old roof and was very knowledgeable with the follow up questions I had. I appreciated his honesty and how he was up front that their initial expectations and recommendations for our roof didn't end up being the best solution. I work with a lot of vendors in multi-family management and it's always refreshing to work with a company that takes care of their customers even when the job doesn't always go smoothly as planned. Thanks again!! read more

I've used R &D for years for window cleaning and they have always been respectful and professional with excellent work! I would highly recommend them! read more

I had my windows cleaned today and the gentleman who was here did a great job. No complaints. My only concern is that this was not cheap. I paid $480 plus tip for one person to clean for 5 hours. I have never used a similar service before and this might just be what it costs to have one's windows cleaned but subjectively it seems rather pricey to me. read more

Unfortunately this business decided to increase their prices more than 40% since I last used them and is unwilling to provide return customers any discount for their services. I'm trying another company out that gave me a much more reasonable quote. I no longer feel comfortable endorsing this company. read more

Wow, wow, wow!! Starting by working with Tomi setting up our appointment, Danielle providing follow up communication, and the utterly amazing job that Robert did on our windows and doors. This is a professional, customer based family company that takes pride in everything they do. I am so happy to have found them. It is fabulous to see out the windows again without the rain debris, pollen, and bird strike residue. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family. Just WOW. read more

Great service, our windows had not been professionally cleaned in 9 years and they are spotless. RnD employee was professional, hardworking, and did a great job, we will be using them again for future needs: highly recommend. read more

I hired him because my homeowners association for my rental property said I needed to clean my front gutters, besides the fact that they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I ran some errands while he was cleaning. When he was done I went back over to the rental and was super disappointed that he didn't clean the FRONT of the gutters. I mentioned to him that the HOA had complained about the dirty front and that was the reason I hired him. At first he said he couldn't get if off but he grabbed a broom and he got all the dirt off the front. I would have given him 5 stars but he was a little reluctant to clean the front of the gutter. It really only took hi. Another 10 to 15 minutes and it all came off without him having to get on the ladder. I would think this would be included in the "cleaning gutters" package but perhaps not. I would hire him again!! read more

Tomi almost always answers the telephone. If not, she calls back sooner than later. AJ is a hard worker and does a good job every time. Clean gutter and clean windows are a HUGE benefit. read more

I am so happy I chose RnD for cleaning my windows and know now why they are so busy. My windows look brand new! Their staff were great and unobtrusive. They took care of our gutters, and interior and exterior windows. They were on time and worked so hard the entire time. The gutters were done and they cleaned up afterwards. The windows shine like diamonds, in a good way. They look brand new. I am going to check to see if they can come regularly. read more

Overall pleasant experience with Robert and Eric. Very thorough and high quality work. Our roof was covered with moss and the gutters were full of debris--I expected the cost to be on the high end of their estimate--but it was lower than I anticipated. Roof, gutters, windows and driveway look fantastic. I would recommend and I would use their services again. read more

This was my first time using RnD Window & Gutter Cleaning and Eric was our technician, he did just an amazing job. We had him clean the inside and outside of our windows, including the screens and tracks. We are in the process of listing our house and we want everything to be picture perfect and they look just beautiful! I needed an appointment that fit within our tight timeframe and they were able to accommodate. We had a text reminder of our appointment, Eric was on time, in fact a tad early which is so appreciated. I had packed my checkbook already and they allowed me to call in my invoice and pay by phone, which was super convenient. The BEST customer service, in todays' time when great customer service is rare, this was refreshing and a great pleasure. We will be using them again really soon! They are now at the very top of my call list. Thank you Eric, thank you RnD! read more

I received four quotes to clean my gutters and moss from my roof. RnD while not the lowest but nearly the lowest was the easiest to deal with. From billing to suggestions while the work was complete, I found everything they offered good advice and fair pricing. There were no hidden fees or up selling. This is a solid business with dependable people. Most importantly they found a large gap in the fascia on my roof and did everything they could to fix it. I would have never known about this unless they'd said something. I went up and took a look myself and was amazed that my roof hadn't been leaking!!! We fixed it right away and I will be call RnD for regular roof cleaning and gutter cleaning for all of my homes. read more

We had neglected our roof moss for a bit too long so it was in desperate need of some TLC. Not to mention a little garden beginning to grow out of one of the gutters. We researched a half dozen companies and chose RnD Window & Gutter Cleaning because of their reasonable estimate and the comments other customers had written about their great experience with RnD. We could not have been happier with our decision. Both Robert and Danielle are extremely friendly and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and courteously. We always felt that we were valued and that our questions were important. Robert did a wonderful job on our VERY challenging roof. It's a multi-tiered roof with very steep angles where nooks and crannies and crevices abound. All handled beautifully, including the Skylight. We had to go out of town during the weekend it was scheduled for cleaning. We came back to a pristine new looking roof and our "Gutter Garden" was nowhere to be found. And to top it all off, there was not even one shred of debris evidence that he had ever been there. AND, to take it to even another level, he treated parts of my patio that had some moss lingering there all winter. That was never discussed and simply an extra touch that makes this company a rung above the rest. Seriously, RnD is as good as it gets. I HIGHLY recommend their moss and gutter services. read more

After doing quite a bit of research considering cost and quality we chose RnD to come out and clean our roof and gutters this past fall. At that time we were very impressed with their quality of customer service and the quality of their work! Not to mention we felt their pricing was very reasonable. Fast forward to the present and we realized it was time to have our windows washed. I started out on a process of research to find the best quality and cost and was again brought back to RnD. Without a doubt I would recommend them for window washing, roof cleaning & gutter cleaning. They not only do an outstanding job for a very reasonable price but they also offer outstanding customer service. Every person we have dealt with has been friendly and pleasant; they promptly respond to emails/phone calls and happily answer any questions we have. We will definitely use them in the future! read more

We have had RnD do the window cleaning on our house and look forward to having them back. They did an outstanding job. They were so professional making sure that other than the clean windows, no one could tell that they had been inside and outside of my house. They cleaned up after all of their work. They are an A+++ company and I look forward to doing busienss with them again. read more

Rob cleaned our windows and gutters a couple of weeks ago. I didn't know the windows could be so perfectly clear!! He has a unique technique that leaves windows spotless. The house was also tidier inside and out after he finished than before. We have some high areas, slippery floor areas, hillside slopes, skylights, and very high, difficult to access windows. He did them all. Thanks, Rob! read more
