I had Steve and Alexis out to clean my windows,,,,was excited about the screen cleaning their ad stated received a verbal confirmation about everything ,,, still excited When they came out the glass got cleaned (most of the way) but no screens were cleaned...Steve said they don't do that but advertise for it..His wife Emily said it was done... not so excited anymore...Just another company that promises everything but only does 1/3 of the work...Alexis also had a tizzy when I pointed out some missed areas on the glass...pay attention to what is done..people giving this company 5 stars weren't home as the work was being done or didn't touch their screens,,, ..you've been warned read more

Steve has been wonderful over the years, cleaning our windows, cleaning our gutters and hanging Christmas lights. Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. I scheduled a window cleaning about a month in advance. Received confirmation email 2 days prior to scheduled cleaning. Travelled from Olympia to Tacoma to meet the morning of our building's scheduled cleaning. Received an email that morning saying they would be unable to clean our windows and referring me to another company. My first experience with this firm was marginal. This attempt was a complete waste of time. The company is not very well organized. I would not recommend this company. read more

We had our gutters cleaned by NWWW and they did a good job, but I feel the price point was just a bit high for the work. The service was good and they showed up at the appointed two hour window. They were helpful in providing proof of being insured which we require if anyone is off the ground when on our property. It's good to have the gutters cleaned before the fall winds. read more

The NW Window Washing crew was extremely prompt - none of that "we'll be there at noon" and showing up at 2 pm. A crew of three showed up and were very thorough in making sure all the windows were clean inside and out - even rewashing a window (without us asking) that looked a bit dirty after the first washing. We had an appointment scheduled for Memorial Day between 12 and 2 PM. We received three emails and one text, reminding us of our appointment prior. We cleared off all of our furniture on the deck, and removed all of the screens; in the windows in anticipation of their arrival. It was very hot and we were unable to open the windows due to no screens. No one showed up. We tried calling and no one answered. We tried emailing and no one answered. At 2:30pm, my husband and I set out to wash our own windows. At 4 PM a window washer showed up as we were finishing up the job. Indicated he was told that he needed to arrive between 2 and 4 PM. We tried calling the next day to see what happened, and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not calling them again for window washing services. read more

I found this company on this very site and with all of the positive reviews, thought it was a no brainer to contact them. I wanted to hire them to wash all of the interior and exterior windows on our home. First I tried calling and reached an answering service. I left a detailed message with a request for a return call at their convenience. No response. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and called again (during business hours both times) and once again the answering service answered. I left another detailed message. Nothing. I thought I would try a different route and went to the web site and clicked on contact...and sent an e-mail. I finally received a response! How about August 31st, they wrote. I wrote back and said that would be great -- and just asked them to provide a window (no pun intended) as to when I could expect them. I never heard back....so I called them on August 30th...just to ask about what time I could expect their crew....and alas I wasn't on their schedule. She then said she could fit me in on Sept. 9th and would call me back that very day on the time frame......no call, no e-mail, nothing. I am giving up of course. It's not very pleasant for me to write a bad review...but my experience was just so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Perhaps the next person won't be so surprised as I was with the abysmal time I had trying to schedule an appointment with this company. UPDATE: I do believe in redemption and have updated my rating to reflect the great job that they did today. While it was a little frustrating initially to get this job booked, the end result made up for it. We will absolutely use this company again. read more

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I had NW Window Washing over to clean my windows, inside and out, including screens. They were *amazing*: fast, tidy, efficient, quiet. I hardly noticed them working and they were out of here before I knew it. And the windows look spectacular! The only drawback system is getting to speak to a person on the phone; the phone number listed goes to a call service that directs you to the website or take a number. All communication occurs via email as far as I can tell. I had some questions, but never got a call, only friendly but unclear emails. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend them and will definitely have them back. read more

Get Confirmation. Surprise! You are a Customer after all!!!! Here is your invoice. I went on the website as Steve told me to do when they were at my neighbors house. That is where my experienced dipped however. I selected my services and submitted for a schedule. No one contacted me. I had mis-typed the .com in my email address as .colm. No one looked at the actual email address when sent email after email and weren't getting a response back from me. Weeks go by. I was moving forward since contractors are busy and I had no hard feelings. Then I came home from the library with my son and found two guys on my roof and one on my front walk. I was torn, surprised and partly pleased the roof was getting cleaned. I had to call them back up to clean off moss they missed too. They did clean up after themselves well. NO ONE HAD SCHEDULED WITH ME, remember the email. Is it just my work ethic? I don't get a responses back from an email in my business, bounce back or undelivered message aside, I check the email address. Am I right? Steve shows me a screen shot of my mistype.
