I had Steve and Alexis out to clean my windows,,,,was excited about the screen cleaning their ad stated received a verbal confirmation about everything ,,, still excited When they came out the glass got cleaned (most of the way) but no screens were cleaned...Steve said they don't do that but advertise for it..His wife Emily said it was done... not so excited anymore...Just another company that promises everything but only does 1/3 of the work...Alexis also had a tizzy when I pointed out some missed areas on the glass...pay attention to what is done..people giving this company 5 stars weren't home as the work was being done or didn't touch their screens,,, ..you've been warned read more

Steve has been wonderful over the years, cleaning our windows, cleaning our gutters and hanging Christmas lights. Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. We have already contacted another company and had our windows cleaned, same price but they talked to us. read more

These guys are great. The scheduled an appointment for a Monday on a Sunday. They arrived on time and charged less than the estimate. And they were extremely friendly and courteous. The quality of work was excellent - my windows were spotless inside and out. Absolutely recommend them. read more

Very professional company with great attention to detail! Always on time...great value and wonderful service! Just darn nice folks too! We have had NW do our window cleaning for years but recently contracted them to clean our very old roof and gutters. Steve and Emily explained the special process and care they would take in performing this cleaning. Steve took extra care and did a great job on all points! Thanks for everything. I scheduled a window cleaning about a month in advance. Received confirmation email 2 days prior to scheduled cleaning. Travelled from Olympia to Tacoma to meet the morning of our building's scheduled cleaning. Received an email that morning saying they would be unable to clean our windows and referring me to another company. My first experience with this firm was marginal. This attempt was a complete waste of time. The company is not very well organized. I would not recommend this company. read more

We had our gutters cleaned by NWWW and they did a good job, but I feel the price point was just a bit high for the work. The service was good and they showed up at the appointed two hour window. They were helpful in providing proof of being insured which we require if anyone is off the ground when on our property. It's good to have the gutters cleaned before the fall winds. read more

Our windows have never looked so good! It was amazing to see what a difference it made to have our windows professionally cleaned. They did a great job! They showed up promptly and worked nonstop until they were all done. They even impressed my husband, which is difficult to do. I highly recommend them. read more

Three or four years now using NW Window Washing. We are never disappointed. This week they were awesome, as usual!

I have never paid for someone to wash my house windows. I saw a deal on Living Social and thought I would give it a shot. Steve and his team came out and were very professional and did a great job. The regular amount to have the windows done is very affordable. I will definitely have them continue to wash our windows. read more

This was the first time we'd had our windows washed professionally. NW Window Washing did an excellent job inside and out including the screens. We are so pleased with the quality and professionalism! Thank you read more

I don't trust the cleaning of my windows, gutter or roof to anyone other than Steve and the crew at NW Window Washing. Emily provides fantastic customer service when booking with very clear package pricing. The team always arrives on time, is super professional and does a VERY thorough job. Steve always takes time to explain any issues he uncovers and is always very fair with his pricing. I trust his advice to a T. Great family owned business! read more

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. I will use them the next time I need my gutters cleaned, without a doubt.

NW Window came out to clean my roof, gutters and my exterior windows. The pre appointment follow up emails were very helpful. They did a great job on my home. My roof and gutters had been neglected so I really appreciated their time in getting things cleaned up for us. They made sure and leave no mess behind. I will definitely call on them again read more

Terrific service! Steve and his team were out today to do windows on my home, inside and out, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work is what you would hope for and their pricing is more than affordable. I will continue to use this company and will be recommending to others as well read more

Steve and his crew has cleaned our shop windows many times in the past few years and have always done a phenomenal job! Emily is great at handling all the communication. She promptly responds to emails, schedules appointments and provides regular check ins. Today, Steve put up Christmas lights at our home and they look amazing! He's always so genuine, friendly and does a fantastic job. Thank you Steve and Emily!! read more

Such a great company! They were so nice and my windows look fantastic. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for the great service!

They always do a Great Job! Very thorough. They take their time to ensure the job is done right.

The NW Window Washing crew was extremely prompt - none of that "we'll be there at noon" and showing up at 2 pm. A crew of three showed up and were very thorough in making sure all the windows were clean inside and out - even rewashing a window (without us asking) that looked a bit dirty after the first washing. We'd definitely use them again. read more

They've been great in the past, but perhaps they are not in business anymore. Website is down, email bounces, no response to post of FB and the recording says they check their voice mail once a week. Too bad. read more

NW Window Washing set up my Christmas lights and took them down after the holiday season. I loved the look and you can't beat the price. My family really enjoyed the lights. read more

We had an appointment scheduled for Memorial Day between 12 and 2 PM. We received three emails and one text, reminding us of our appointment prior. We cleared off all of our furniture on the deck, and removed all of the screens; in the windows in anticipation of their arrival. It was very hot and we were unable to open the windows due to no screens. No one showed up. We tried calling and no one answered. We tried emailing and no one answered. At 2:30pm, my husband and I set out to wash our own windows. At 4 PM a window washer showed up as we were finishing up the job. Indicated he was told that he needed to arrive between 2 and 4 PM. We tried calling the next day to see what happened, and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not calling them again for window washing services. read more

Great, trustworthy folks. Good price. Nice people to have in our home. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent job cleaning our windows and spreading moss killer on the roof. Steve and his crew are professional and do an outstanding job....plus Steve and Emily are just nice people! read more

I am happy to update my review. Contact was made, apologies accepted and good service provided.

Showed up 6 hours late for appointment after they had sent me 3 emails to confirm the time. Never responded to my 3 phone calls to their horrible National call service. No one responds to email either. read more

I found this company on this very site and with all of the positive reviews, thought it was a no brainer to contact them. I wanted to hire them to wash all of the interior and exterior windows on our home. First I tried calling and reached an answering service. I left a detailed message with a request for a return call at their convenience. No response. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and called again (during business hours both times) and once again the answering service answered. I left another detailed message. Nothing. I thought I would try a different route and went to the web site and clicked on contact...and sent an e-mail. I finally received a response! How about August 31st, they wrote. I wrote back and said that would be great -- and just asked them to provide a window (no pun intended) as to when I could expect them. I never heard back....so I called them on August 30th...just to ask about what time I could expect their crew....and alas I wasn't on their schedule. She then said she could fit me in on Sept. 9th and would call me back that very day on the time frame......no call, no e-mail, nothing. I am giving up of course. It's not very pleasant for me to write a bad review...but my experience was just so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Perhaps the next person won't be so surprised as I was with the abysmal time I had trying to schedule an appointment with this company. UPDATE: I do believe in redemption and have updated my rating to reflect the great job that they did today. While it was a little frustrating initially to get this job booked, the end result made up for it. We will absolutely use this company again. read more

Steve and his crew did a remarkable job cleaning my windows. They were very professional and focused. I highly recommend them and plan on calling on their services in the future! read more

Cleaned our windows inside and out. On time, professional, polite, clean and thorough! The type of people/business you want to be loyal to. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I had NW Window Washing over to clean my windows, inside and out, including screens. They were *amazing*: fast, tidy, efficient, quiet. I hardly noticed them working and they were out of here before I knew it. And the windows look spectacular! The only drawback system is getting to speak to a person on the phone; the phone number listed goes to a call service that directs you to the website or take a number. All communication occurs via email as far as I can tell. I had some questions, but never got a call, only friendly but unclear emails. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend them and will definitely have them back. read more

Junior did a flawless job. The windows are "like new" clean. We especially appreciate that he did a super job cleaning the tracks as well. NW Window Washing is just as reliable as the last time. Thanks, Steve & Emily!! read more

Love no wasting time with phone calls and estimate appt...all online with convenient emailing confirmations. Timely, professional and great job on the Windows !! read more

We love NW Window Washing's service but they are now using a national telephone answering service that is very impersonal. They either need to employ someone locally to answer calls or change to a more responsive answering service. read more

Get Confirmation. Surprise! You are a Customer after all!!!! Here is your invoice. I went on the website as Steve told me to do when they were at my neighbors house. That is where my experienced dipped however. I selected my services and submitted for a schedule. No one contacted me. I had mis-typed the .com in my email address as .colm. No one looked at the actual email address when sent email after email and weren't getting a response back from me. Weeks go by. I was moving forward since contractors are busy and I had no hard feelings. Then I came home from the library with my son and found two guys on my roof and one on my front walk. I was torn, surprised and partly pleased the roof was getting cleaned. I had to call them back up to clean off moss they missed too. They did clean up after themselves well. NO ONE HAD SCHEDULED WITH ME, remember the email. Is it just my work ethic? I don't get a responses back from an email in my business, bounce back or undelivered message aside, I check the email address. Am I right? Steve shows me a screen shot of my mistype. That isn't customer service, I never received a confirmation. More like, Surprise! You are a Customer after all!!!! Here is your invoice. Seriously. Never again. read more
