I requested a quote back in December. Chad was friendly and got me an emailed bid over pretty quickly. His price was good, coming in right under a few other quotes I received. We had to wait a couple months to start the project (for personal reasons). I called Advanced back less than 2 weeks ago, and my new gutters were installed today. Advance Custom Gutters returned my phone call and bid the job soon after that. I am surrounded by fir trees that create a year around mess on the roof. My gutters were quickly filled after a good cleaning. Advance Custom Gutters recommenced larger gutters and downspouts. It did the trick. Tried multiple times to get someone to call me back. I left voicemail messages and could never get answer at the office number. Could only get response through Yelp messenger. Owner Chad told me most two story houses run between 300. - 350.00. I stated that I would like someone to come out to look because I noticed clogged gutter- never heard back until 2-3 days later via yelp messenger that MY house had way more gutter than expected and would cost 550. No one from Advance Gutter has ever stepped foot on my property to gain the knowledge of how much gutter is on my house. I think they are way out of line here! read more

Chad came out in July and gave me a quote. I changed the requirements and he nicely sent me an updated quote. I wanted to have the gutters removed, my house painted, then the new gutters installed. Chad was very accommodating and said no problem. The crew came out and quickly removed and disposed of the old gutters. Unfortunately there were many delays on the house painting. However Chad kept in contact and was very understanding and never angry. His crew came out on time, and quickly, and professionally installed the new gutters. They took the time to explain everything. My front porch has settled but they adjusted, and made it look amazing. The pricing was very reasonable and they offered me a variety of colors. Word of mouth led me to Advance Custom Gutters. They came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and when I agreed they were able to get me put on their installation list. They came out exactly when they stated they would and did the job timely. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very detail oriented when it came to cleaning up. They knew I had dogs and they made sure that all the debris from the removal and installation of the new gutters was removed. All of the installers were very friendly and did a very good job making sure not to disturb our landscaping and yard decorations. Our gutters were over 40 years old and were obviously a DIY project by a less tan competent homeowner. We've been eyeing some sort of gutter shield, but just couldn't justify the cost. After signing up to have LeafGuard Gutters installed on our house, we followed our instinct and decided to make some calls to ensure this nagging little voice in our head telling us "YOUR GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!" was wrong. Well, that voice was right. We were 2 days away from getting ripped off when Advance Custom Gutters came to our rescue! We made some calls to a few different gutter companies just to find out what a reasonable quote would look like. Chad answered our call and was super helpful over the phone explaining what was needed, what they could do and even giving us a ball park quote over the phone. We decided to cancel our agreement with LeafGuard and had Chad come out to give us an official quote. He was great! He clearly explained our options, told us what his concerns were, answered all of our questions and then handed us our quote and told us to give them a call if we're interested in having them install our gutters. What!? No hard sale? No pressure? No "if you buy now, you'll save..." deals? I LOVE IT! Straight shooting and an upfront honest quote. We looked around at other options and deals and after a couple of days called Advance Custom Gutters back to have them install our gutters. They showed up and did a great clean job. They were fast and efficient. After 3 months of having the gutters on my house and lots and lots of rain, I am still just as happy with my gutters as when they were installed. They are seamless and made just for my house, plus they included larger downspouts to help the fir cones slide through without clogging them up. I highly recommend this company. Chad and his crew are innovative efficient and reasonably priced. When I first called to get a quote Chad came by and measured then offered me several alternatives explaining the benefits and liabilities of each one as it applied to my home. There was no sales pressure and he was quite available on the phone to answer questions as we thought of them, Once we selected the type we wanted installed the process was very smooth. The installer crew showed up at the appointed time and were very efficient. They encountered some small problems in my roof layout with the new gutters and suggested how they could work around it. After a short but thorough discussion he made the small corrections and finished the job smoothly and on schedule. Clean up was complete and comprehensive.
