Advance Customer Gutters was amazing-not only were they professional from start to finish, but the quality of work and the care taken to make sure all work was done well was top notch! Communication was thorough and friendly. I will definitely have them back, and will highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Reasonable price, timely delivery, great quality, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Happily recommended Nick and the team to my friend. read more

Great work done quickly! They also were the only Company out of 5 bids that gave me the correct gutters for my metal roof. Highly recommend! read more

They were very professional and very nice. My issue is that I had 3 different companies come out, and I got 3 totally different opinions on what my gutter problem is. Before that, I was so ready to hire the Advance Custom Gutters crew because of their knowledge and attitude.....but with 3 different opinions, I think I'll hold off doing anything for a while. read more

I am a listing agent in South King County. I got 5 gutter bids for my new listing in the Highlands of Renton. Advanced was not only the most economical, but they were the first bid that came back. Bonus for the fact that they didn't pester me with follow calls, emails and the usual dribble of Over marketing attempts. read more

They were very responsive to our inquiry and gave a reasonable estimate. We didn't end up replacing our gutters but will keep them in mind for next time. read more

We were super happy with the work done. They checked in a few times to make sure that we got them just the way we wanted, and also pointed out other things we could do to help the water flow situation around our house. I really liked that they looked at the 'big picture' of the situation. The workers were very friendly, professional and efficient. We're excited to see how they work when it rains! read more

Friendly techs, great work, and super efficient! I would highly recommend this company!

I requested a quote back in December. Chad was friendly and got me an emailed bid over pretty quickly. His price was good, coming in right under a few other quotes I received. We had to wait a couple months to start the project (for personal reasons). I called Advanced back less than 2 weeks ago, and my new gutters were installed today. The install crew was very friendly and efficient. They seemed very knowledgeable about gutter systems, which is nice to see. My new gutters are beautiful! I would recommend this company, everything went seamless! read more

Advance Custom Gutters returned my phone call and bid the job soon after that. I am surrounded by fir trees that create a year around mess on the roof. My gutters were quickly filled after a good cleaning. Advance Custom Gutters recommenced larger gutters and downspouts. It did the trick. The other two companies were going to do the same as the previous gutter. The company arrived promptly at the set time and cleaned up the debris. I highly recommend this company. read more

Thank you for being so professional and easy to work with. It is a pleasure to have work done on my home and to be treated respectfully. Your whole crew was amazing, timely, and very tidy. Ben, particularly, has been amazing to work with. The gutters look beautiful, I almost can't wait until it rains. Don't tell anyone I said that. It's funny how the people in my neighborhood wait to hear what I think of somebody who worked on my home before hiring people to do the same work on their's. A few of them need gutters coming up in the next year or 2 and I've given them your name and number. I hope you don't mind being busy. read more

Chad came out in July and gave me a quote. I changed the requirements and he nicely sent me an updated quote. I wanted to have the gutters removed, my house painted, then the new gutters installed. Chad was very accommodating and said no problem. The crew came out and quickly removed and disposed of the old gutters. Unfortunately there were many delays on the house painting. However Chad kept in contact and was very understanding and never angry. His crew came out on time, and quickly, and professionally installed the new gutters. They took the time to explain everything. My front porch has settled but they adjusted, and made it look amazing. The pricing was very reasonable and they offered me a variety of colors. I was also able to have leaf guard on only the sides of the house that I felt needed it. I am very happy. I would recommend them highly! read more

Chad installs all of our gutters here at Clear View Exteriors and that's a lot of customers. He is always on schedule, does a great job fast, and we have never had a negative comment from anyone. He is the ONLY gutter installer we'll use. read more

Extremely happy with the price, service and installed product. The team was very responsive and communicative, they arrived on time, were very professional and left our home neat after the work was completed. We highly recommend this company for their very high level of customer service and performance. read more

Tried multiple times to get someone to call me back. I left voicemail messages and could never get answer at the office number. Could only get response through Yelp messenger. Owner Chad told me most two story houses run between 300. - 350.00. I stated that I would like someone to come out to look because I noticed clogged gutter- never heard back until 2-3 days later via yelp messenger that MY house had way more gutter than expected and would cost 550. No one from Advance Gutter has ever stepped foot on my property to gain the knowledge of how much gutter is on my house. I think they are way out of line here! read more

I've been in the construction industry for over 40 years. Some of my go to contractors have gone out of business and I didn't know where to turn for new gutters on my own house. I called Advance and they responded with a quote (very competitive) within 2 days. Chad was awesome to work with and worked around the schedule I had for the install. The crew came out and did an excellent job. Gutters may just be gutters but the quality workmanship this crew did is top notch. I will use and recommend Advance Custom Gutters whenever I can. read more

Word of mouth led me to Advance Custom Gutters. They came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and when I agreed they were able to get me put on their installation list. They came out exactly when they stated they would and did the job timely. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very detail oriented when it came to cleaning up. They knew I had dogs and they made sure that all the debris from the removal and installation of the new gutters was removed. All of the installers were very friendly and did a very good job making sure not to disturb our landscaping and yard decorations. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for the highest quality gutters and exceptional service. I really like to support family owned and operated business'. read more

After signing up to have LeafGuard Gutters installed on our house, we followed our instinct and decided to make some calls to ensure this nagging little voice in our head telling us "YOUR GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!" was wrong. Well, that voice was right. We were 2 days away from getting ripped off when Advance Custom Gutters came to our rescue! We made some calls to a few different gutter companies just to find out what a reasonable quote would look like. Chad answered our call and was super helpful over the phone explaining what was needed, what they could do and even giving us a ball park quote over the phone. We decided to cancel our agreement with LeafGuard and had Chad come out to give us an official quote. He was great! He clearly explained our options, told us what his concerns were, answered all of our questions and then handed us our quote and told us to give them a call if we're interested in having them install our gutters. What!? No hard sale? No pressure? No "if you buy now, you'll save..." deals? I LOVE IT! Straight shooting and an upfront honest quote. We looked around at other options and deals and after a couple of days called Advance Custom Gutters back to have them install our gutters. They showed up and did a great clean job. They were fast and efficient. After 3 months of having the gutters on my house and lots and lots of rain, I am still just as happy with my gutters as when they were installed. They are seamless and made just for my house, plus they included larger downspouts to help the fir cones slide through without clogging them up. I definitely recommend them and have recommended them to other friends and co-workers. read more

Our gutters were over 40 years old and were obviously a DIY project by a less tan competent homeowner. We've been eyeing some sort of gutter shield, but just couldn't justify the cost. Advance Custom Gutters suggested a larger gutter to help was the fit needles down. We were emailed an estimate within 3 hours and scheduled installation the next day. They came two separate days because the garage roof was being replaced. All payment was completed via the computer and I'm actually looking forward to the rain. read more

Well, the job is complete and we are just happy little clams!! Everything about this company is honest, professional, and quality. They are timely with GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP. I had my gutter system replaced. After the tear off, (I needed a few weeks between tear off and install), I went around the job site looking for dropped screws and other debris that I figured I'd have to clean up. I did not find one single thing! It's like they weren't even there, except the old system being gone! In the eleventh hour, I decided I wanted fascia boards behind the new gutters. The only thing was I needed them up before my painter got there so they could be painted. Chad said he could get the lumber to the job site so the painters could paint them on the ground, and then his guys would install them later. I agreed to that because I should have pulled the trigger on the fascia sooner. A day or two later he called back and had figured out a way to get them UP before my painter arrived!! How cool is that?!! I'm positive they look better now than if they had been painted before hanging. Next came the install. What a pleasure watching these artists craft and install a new system on my home. Really, artisan craftsman. One of the runs was about 75'. Two guys manufactured this entire seamless length out of there truck and carried it all the way around the house, up the ladders, and hung it. Only two freakin guys!!! They then let me pay with my card, (racking up those reward points), chatted for a bit while they rehydrated, (IT WAS HOT), and moved on. Again, I walked around the job site looking to pick up any debris, and there was NONE. Speaking of paying, even though I spread this job out over weeks, they wanted nothing until completion, unlike other contractors who want as much as 75% up front before they even break ground. Or the guy who came out and then wanted $50 just to give me a bid! This is a local, family owned, small business. Help your LOCAL economy AND get stellar work by hiring these guys. You will not have any regrets. I hope this helps you in your decision making process. read more

This company is first-rate! From Chad's detailed estimate and great follow-up to the team's onsite, caring installation, I highly recommend Advance Custom Gutters for their craftsmanship, responsiveness and professionalism. I researched several gutter companies and was so pleased I chose this company for their attention to detail and extra effort to ensure I was happy with the gutters that compliment my new painted home! Thanks! Pam, Gig Harbor, WA. read more

I highly recommend this company. Chad and his crew are innovative efficient and reasonably priced. When I first called to get a quote Chad came by and measured then offered me several alternatives explaining the benefits and liabilities of each one as it applied to my home. There was no sales pressure and he was quite available on the phone to answer questions as we thought of them, Once we selected the type we wanted installed the process was very smooth. The installer crew showed up at the appointed time and were very efficient. They encountered some small problems in my roof layout with the new gutters and suggested how they could work around it. After a short but thorough discussion he made the small corrections and finished the job smoothly and on schedule. Clean up was complete and comprehensive. I have had the gutters for a month now and am completely satisfied both by the way the process was accomplished and both the installation and product, It works really well and disposes all the roof run off (which my old gutters did not). They look wonderful and work like a charm. My wife and I are very pleased with both the company and the end result. I would recommend that anyone needing gutters call Advance Custom Gutters for a bid. read more

These guys have the best customer service ever. They really helped me out in a pinch. I made a huge mistake when scheduling my house renovations. It was completely my own fault, not in any way Advanced Custom Gutters and they still worked with me until I finally figured everything out. This included rescheduling me over 3 times in 3 wks and with total understanding and compassion. They haven't even completed the gutters yet and I felt I had to write a review already. Also, from reading the others reviews on this yelp thread I wasnt too worried there would be anything at all to gripe about as far as not having skilled, efficient, and proper roofers, So, thank you Advanced Custom Gutters, in advance (ha), you made my life much easier!. read more

I found them on yelp, and trusted all the good reviews. Chad was easy to work with. Very fair priced, work was done extremely quickly even in the event of a snowstorm. Couldn't be more pleased and will definitely use again. read more

In this day and age of grab the money and run, it was a pleasure working with Advanced Custom Gutter. They filled every need that I had and did a perfect job on a very difficult home. You can see the way they care for what they are doing while on-site. I have been in the residential construction industry for getting close to 1/2 century and I am quite sure if you are wise enough to choose Advanced Custom Gutter's of Puyallup, you'll be very pleased. I asked for refrences and they were given to me for my review. They are in business to stay and will be there for a long time. Choose Advanced for your gutter needs. To Advanced it's an art form and those who have them install their gutters will see that art form in their craftsmanship. Thanks Advanced...Karis from Bonney Lake WA. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They do fantastic work, are professional, and very considerate in leaving things exactly as they were prior to work being done (cleanup, putting items back which needed to be moved so as to not be damaged, etc.). This is one of the few contractors out there that has integrity, takes pride in their work, and offer outstanding client service. Highly recommend! read more
