They took photo of the brochure that they hang to the door and the roof by the front door that can be seen but not the top roof and the area the claimed they repaired. NO COMMON SENSE! read more

Here's an update. I just noticed an issue with my new gutters. Never received estimate. Cameron came by to check to see if my gutters needed replacing (I have a noisy downspout and one leaking gutter). They were going to get back to me right away, with quote to clean and to repair leak and fix downspout. Cameron didn't want to fix the noisy downspout at the elbow that's hidden under the deck (but is reachable), nor could he promise that if they replaced the gutters they would do so in the same spots as my current gutters--I just had the house painted and don't want to have to fuss with yet another fix-up job. So--I'm left with the impression that they didn't want the job. They were highly recommended so I'm not sure what happened. read more

Lincoln Gutters was the first to respond to a mass inquiry I sent out via Yelp. The office staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I was able to send them to my rental property in Tacoma while I live in Seattle, without having to meet them at the property at all. This made things easy for me. They quoted me 1/3 of the price my property management company was trying to charge and allowed me to save quite a bit. There were a few hiccups: 1. They did not show up on their scheduled day or call me to let me know, but the office staff was very apologetic and promptly rescheduled me 2 days later. 2. The crew left behind tools, which confused my tenant quite a bit, but they returned to the property to retrieve them a few days later. All in all, I appreciated working with Lincoln Gutters to clean out the roof and gutters at my rental and will likely use them again. read more

I used these folks in June of 2022 to replace the gutters around my home. The house had a cement tile roof. The company used quality materials and the appearance afterwards was very good. The cost was $4126.32. I had a small leak at one corner that was resealed. I was happy with the job and wrote a good review. HOWEVER, 6 months later I had a new crew here to clean the gutters and the roof, as I had been told by Lincoln gutters that they do not clean tile roofs. BIG PROBLEMS: Apparently Lincoln gutters had not properly mounted the new gutters leaving about an inch (and sometimes more) of fascia exposed to the elements between the roof and the gutter, resulting in rotting wood along the roof. (Lincoln gutter would have needed to temporarily move the tiles back for proper placement of the gutters along the roofline-actually not that hard to do- and did not do this.) Therefore, I needed to have wood replaced as well as the placement of metal flashing to cover the exposed area. At a cost of $2970. I was shocked that a company in business for 30 years, and with great reviews, would cut such corners. Although they had "a guarantee" I no longer felt I could not trust them to do the job properly. SAD. Lesson: Don't use these folks if you have a tile roof! read more

Our gutters are really high, so it wasn't really a job my husband could do. They came out and gave us an estimate. They told us we didn't need any gutters replaced, which was very honest of them. They could've easily added unnecessary jobs and we would've believed them. Scheduling was easy as well. They don't require you to be home for the inspection or service, which was really nice. Amazing work, great customer device and pricing. I needed to replace my old, partially destroyed gutters with some new ones after getting a new roof. I emailed Lincoln gutters and they gave me a bid within 24 hours. To top it off, it came in at the lowest of the three bids I'd gotten. The work was done in a few hours and they hauled away my old gutters (I'd taken them down and painted the fascia before they installed new gutters). I wasn't home at the time for the bid or work, and came home from work that afternoon, to find nice gutters and downspouts. These days, so many companies blow off giving bids and do shotty work. We called Lincoln Gutters to repair or replace a section of gutter, about 50 ft. They sent two young men over, who knew what they were doing, and had more than one suggestion for how to fix it. They did not shrink back from the work, and acted positively about doing it. They promised to send back an estimate within a day or two. But.... the next morning, we received an email, saying that they would have to "pass on the work". That we could either install "all new gutters", or they were not interested . So the smaller jobs are not important to Lincoln Gutters. Our gutters are only 3 years old. We do not need to replace all the gutters. If this was the policy of this company, then why did they make an appt, and send out two fellows, knowing that it was a replacement of one long stretch of gutter and downspout? I told them that when I first called. I can only relate my experience. It was disappointing shock, to have them send out two positive guys , with a lot of good ideas, ... and then tell me that they don't do anything except whole house gutter install. Lincoln Gutters may do wonderful work. I don't know. But I know that the customer's needs does not steer their ship. Obviously, my work was not going to be profitable enough to warrant their time, when they want to do a more profitable job. They should clearly put that on their website. read more

We had an incredibly positive experience with the team at Lincoln Gutters. We were having a student rental house we'd just purchased painted and asked that they come out twice, once to tear down the old rusty gutters and again to install new gutters after painting. Have a Plan B in place I signed my proposal from Lincoln in mid June for work to be done in late July. On July 29th my project was cancelled by the estimator/owner. Use caution!! Had a gutter repair bid by Lincoln Gutters, agreed to the bid, signed the bid and scheduled a date. After waiting six and a half weeks, they show up and say " My estimator underestimated the difficulty of your job. So tomorrow we're going to have a meeting and re evaluate what we're planning to do and how we're going to do it and we Will get back to you." The solution to the job that we had already agreed upon was, " So we can do the original job as quoted we just need you to get scaffolding set up around the two sides where we are to replace the runs and were good. If you are unwilling to to that,I am afraid we cannot help you." Now I may be critical, but the solution seems unreasonable and now I have to find a company that stands behind what they bid.
