Obtaining an estimate and scheduling the service was a quick, seamless process. We had gotten bids from three other businesses, and NW Pro Wash's pricing was highly competitive. Excellent communication and amazing results. We've had our house for four years and have hired someone to clean the exterior every spring, but it's NEVER looked as good as it does now. We'll definitely be reaching out to NW Pro Wash again for their services.

I like that they seemed professional - texted and emailed promptly and let me know if there were any scheduling changes. But as far as cleaning the roof, that's a different story. They used a bleach solution and sprayed the roof but didn't scrap all the remnant moss that's stuck on the roof. The big clumps of moss will be yellow/brown on the roof but it's still there even after the rain. I opted for the white anti-moss powder. I wish they did a better job of scrubbing all that algae and moss away. This means that I will need to get something up there to scrub it. I'm not asking them to scrap it with lots of elbow grease, just enough to get the rest of the junk out. The loosened parts that are big enough will just stay on the roof or get stuck on another part of the shingle, I imagine. It's just an eye sore. Also left a messy foam bleach solution on my driveway. What if I had pets that drank it? Without a doubt, I wouldn't recommend them.

They were respectful of our property and cleaned up completely afterward. Very impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

Stay on top of them, the crew we had not only tried to leave with a huge mess all around my house, but they littered up and down my road with their advertising signs, including two at my house without asking. All I got was apologies from a sales rep. Will not be doing business with them again, and will warn off all of my friends and clients. I recommend finding a company that does better business. Even with coupons/sale I paid over $1200 for a roof that isn't clean and gutters that will be filled up by the moss they hopefully killed. Looks like I'll have to spend even more to have it done correctly later.
