I was visited by Kai (he set it all up) to go over plans for this year's Holiday Lights, they did an awesome job last year, so we're having them back again to beautify our house . Kai is great!. He sent out both Lucas and Zack. These guys are great as well! They made our windows look like we had just brought the house, brand new! I was in awe! When they were done, Lucas asked if I wanted him to close the Blinds, I replied "No, leave them up, Its' so beautiful and clear, I just want to sit here and stare out the window " They did an excellent job! I'm still staring thru a I write this review. It's really too bad we didn't do a before/after pic, then you would have had a clear picture of how good these guys are at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, the price was very fair, after all, they did the entire home, upstairs and down, and their service is 100% OUTSTANDING!! I am writing to express our disappointment with how our property was treated during the recent…read moreroofing project Cloise and Mike Construction, Inc. provided. While the roof itself appears to be well done, the condition in which our property was treated and left is unacceptable. During the course of the work, your crew drove over shrubbery in our backyard in order to fit vehicles, smashing them flat and causing damage to the established landscaping. They also cut limbs from a tree we planted years ago as a memorial, leaving it disfigured. At no point were we asked for permission to cut any limbs or shrubs, nor were we informed that this had been done--we discovered the damage on our own afterward. The limbs were not properly removed but instead discarded onto other vegetation, leaving us to clean up the debris. Additionally, plants were cut back to accommodate vehicles in the rear driveway, and several bushes were run over and flattened. Old plywood removed from the roof was thrown onto our deck, landing on outdoor furniture. Crew members also walked through and stood in garden areas, trampling new spring bulbs. We were particularly surprised to find that a log had been dragged out of the forest and onto our lawn for use as a seat during break time, and then left there for us to remove. We understand that roofing can be a messy job with missed nails on the ground or some debris that had blown into bushes etc., but we chose to work with a small, local business in hopes of receiving more care and respect for our home and property. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected that expectation.

I still think it's important for prospective customers to have upfront expectations. I submitted an online request for a free estimate. The office called and set up the appt. On the day of, Jeremy texted to confirm and then when he was en route. He showed up, I explained and showed him a place where a leak occurred and that's what made us decide to replace. We discussed new architectural asphalt shingles. He was then going to go outside, check on the roof and afterwards into the attic from which he'd work an estimate. He said he could then meet with me or schedule the next day to meet, for an hour or even just 45 minutes. I work M-F and said I did not need a "sales pitch", I have some working/DIY knowledge of projects, materials and bidding. He then suggested next week. I declined saying it's not necessary. He said there's no reason then for him to proceed with doing the work if I wasn't going to meet afterwards. I was quite surprised. I said "okay, I'll pass" and he said 'thank you' and left. I've had two full estimates from two OTHER, reputable Roofing companies last week, no sales push. They went on the roof, walked the perimeter, sat in their cars and sent the estimates to my email and phone. Not sure why Patriot INSISTS on a sales meeting! Disappointed.

Again, Super happy with the results. Recently had another company do some work around our house and found that they damaged our recently replaced gutter. I went to Patriot Roofing and spoke to Kevin to find out how much the repair would be. He said he would have a crew come out and replace the gutter, No Charge! Wow!
