Everything went well and this is the second time that we had them. There are a lot of trees around so the roof and gutters accumulate a lot of debris. They also power cleaned the driveway and walkways, and cleaned the windows and screens. The guys did a great job. read more

New Commercial customer, we did 3 commercial buildings with Luxury bubbles gutter cleaning. After accepting bid, I did notice that the roof cleaning was not in the bid for gutter cleaning. Keep that in mind when booking with these guys. We had them out to clean a few months ago and last weekend was our first big rain storm. One whole side of our facility is clean and looks good. One side of facility is full of debris and old pine needles. See pictures that I have attached. Luxury bubbles was unable to provide any help as its been a few months since the work. He did tell me he would charge me half of the 1st bill to come back out. Luxury Bubbles cleaned our roof on March 11, 2024. They claimed to apply a moss prevention treatment that would last for 12 months, supposedly keeping moss away until March 2025. However, in mid-April, my neighbor pointed out a thick patch of moss on a part of our roof that we can't easily see ourselves. Clearly, this area was missed during the cleaning or treatment process. I reached out to Jeremy multiple times, and he has not responded at all. The rest of the roof is spotless and moss-free, which tells me this was just a careless oversight--not "normal moss regrowth" as they seem to suggest by ignoring me. Terrible customer service and poor follow-through. If you're considering using them--don't. Go with someone else who actually stands by their work. read more

We had our main home and two sheds that needed roof cleaning as well as our deck cover that has two double acrylic panels. After the initial cleaning, we noticed that the cleanup was not as promised and the deck cover acrylic panels appeared as if they were not fully cleaned. The tech came out again and cleaned up the debris. He also cleaned the acrylic panels again; however, the dirt had gotten between the double panels over time and could not cleaned without removing them which would have involved dismantling the deck cover (which we opted against). He also did a small repair where some racoons had gotten on the roof. Even though the tech did have to come back, I am rating this experience as a five, as he did a good job and was courteous, friendly and professional. We would use this company again. read more

The crew came out and for the most part did a good job however a couple of small areas were overlooked. I called the owner/manager to inform him of the over sight. He immediately rescheduled the crew to return. On the return trip they took care of everything and went a little above and beyond taking care of my gutters. Had Jeremy and Lane clean my nineteen solar panels. They noticed I had moss growing on my roof. They said they can clean roof and apply moss killer after cleaning. Had them do both and they did a great job. Would have them again in the future. read more

The people who came out were super nice and that is why they got 2 stars. The work overall was poor. They were originally out to clean the solar panels which was a little overpriced even with their "special". Then when they were up there they said one of the gutters needed cleaning on the high side and I said they could go ahead and do that and treat for moss. They did not send a statement or price for that added piece and I was very surprised to find after the work it was more than double the original invoice. They didn't bother to clean up all the stuff they just blew out of the gutters so now I have a mess all down the side of the house and on the deck. And the gutters don't look that clean. And after all that they have been harassing me several times a day about giving a review, so here it is. I will never use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone but my enemies and the HOA president so they can be taken advantage of. read more

Very friendly. Cleaned solar panel well. Used moss treatment powder. They spread it on the roof where there is Moss. Awaiting for the Moss to die and disappear. They said it will take some weeks To disappear Awaiting for result, so I can't say much at the moment yet. read more

They did a good job on the power washing but they didn't clean the windows off when they were done (and they had said on the phone that they would). They also destroyed one of my plants and didn't say anything about it. Then they tried to charge more than was quoted, but I only paid the amount I was quoted. I asked them 3 times to send me a copy of the invoice to my email, and they never did. I wouldn't use them again. read more

Called for a quote to clean a metal roof. Received the quote in a timely manner and called to set up the roof cleaning. When the 2 guys got here to clean the roof they said it had been misquoted and the price would be $1000 more than what was quoted. After talking on the phone with the person who did the quote, offering to 'split the difference' with him, he said he couldn't do that and we had the guys get off the roof. read more

Best roof clean I've had in a lonnnngggg time. I've been around the block a few times and this roof was REALLLLY DIRTY. It was SO BAD. But these two handsome bulls came in and had no problems with the overgrown bushes and cleaned my roof to satisfaction. The first person I talked with was pleasant. the people who came out were pleasant. it looks like from the pictures they did a good job excluding cleaning up their mess. Once I started asking questions they begin justifying that they did a good job. But I'm wasn't asking did you do a good job? I was trying to figure out what is included in the job So I can know if you did a good job. So I can know if I'm asking for things outside of what I paid for. I received a quote from this business to clean my roof and gutters. We scheduled a time between 1-4pm. The day of the service I get a call around 10:45am saying the crew was trying to get through the gate, when I asked why they were there so early the caller said because they finished a previous job early. Whatever, I let them through the gate. I told them they were ok to start I was still working if they needed me to please knock on the door. 10 minutes later I get a call from their office, it was the guy who gave me a quote. He then said he under quoted me and needed to revise the quote. I told him no I was uninterested in revising. He said no roof was steeper than he thought it was, and he could work out a deal, I told him no and if they couldn't do it for quoted price they can go. He seemed shocked I wasn't renegotiating with him. He offered to complete "some" of the work for the quoted price. I declined and made them leave. Buyer beware this company seems really comfortable trying to bait and switch. This tactic must work for them seeing how shocked he was when I said no. They wanted 30% more than the quote price which they claimed was a deal if I paid them cash. read more

Owners came out just a little bit ago to wake up my roof before they were going to clean it, but by their take by looking at the roof they realized it was out of their hands because of what is already on the roof that would be considered liability, and it's understandable, the owners refunded my deposit, (which I believe most companies probably wouldn't have done), and going to try and help me find someone who be willing to work with me to get the roof clean for my insurance, which needs to be done within a a bit over a month.... I want to say thank you to the owners for coming out and talking to me and being honest and straightforward because again I'm pretty sure a lot of companies probably wouldn't have done that and give me back my deposit,...... And fingers crossed I will be able to find somebody and figure something out..... I think you're appreciate it and so it's for my recommendation I do recommend anybody for this company to get it done, ....
