I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were professionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Will be using them at least once a year to keep my gutters clear as there is no way I am getting on my roof. I appreciate these Ninjas. read more

Price to the cost of the neighborhood not to the size of the job! We used this com a couple of years back and they did a good job (that's why I gave them 2 stars). So we thought we would try them again, u know good work at a good price. We called for a quote as everything is in Washington I expected unreasonable prices and inflation, but 500% more, thank you drive through. We should had know when the lady who sent the quote wanted to explain it. When she did she included nonsense like trees over the roof, we don't have any trees taller than the housese house or above the roof . Then she went to the aspect of the house, it gets full sun all day, again no trees. I would throw in if that was an issue, it's not, only half or a quarter of the house would face that direction. I live in a nicer area but not extravagant. It's obvious that they drove into a nicer area and said, Ummm, X + 500%. This is criminal, get multiple quotes or skip these guys all together. Since I am no longer allowed to climb on our roof to clean my gutters, I solicited my neighbor regarding the service she selected for her gutter and window cleaning needs. I did witness a tech from the Windows And Gutter Cleaning Ninjas working on her house. I was impressed with the tech's friendliness and the quickness he displayed in providing the services. So I took a chance with the Windows And Gutter Cleaning Ninjas and was not disappointed. I was fortunate to get the same tech as my neighbor. He did all my windows, inside & out. Cleaned my screens and cleaned my gutters. For the amount that I was charged for the gutters getting cleaned, convinced me that getting a gutter guard or screen would be a serious overspend for me. I was very impressed with this company. Booking was fast and simple. They got me an appt the following week. The crew showed up right on time, and did an excellent job. I asked them to take pictures of the result. They sent me the pictures right away, and the gutters looked clean! They cleaned up all the debris from the gutters, and left my home looking very nice. The Ninja team is great! We have had moss removed and cleaned off our roof, and treated so that the moss does not come back for months. The job was done really well, and our roof looked great. We didn't even have a hint of moss for many months, and on our roof that is like a miracle. Loved having the Ninja's install our Christmas lights this year. It was so simple, no getting out the lights, untangling, and getting up on the roof. All the hassle is taken care of by the Ninja's and they did a great job.
