Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. Or go with a quality shop like Home Team and get the job done right.

I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were…read moreprofessionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Will be using them at least once a year to keep my gutters clear as there is no way I am getting on my roof. I appreciate these Ninjas.

So we thought we would try them again, u know good work at a good price. We called for a quote as everything is in Washington I expected unreasonable prices and inflation, but 500% more, thank you drive through. We should had know when the lady who sent the quote wanted to explain it. When she did she included nonsense like trees over the roof, we don't have any trees taller than the housese house or above the roof . Then she went to the aspect of the house, it gets full sun all day, again no trees. I would throw in if that was an issue, it's not, only half or a quarter of the house would face that direction. I live in a nicer area but not extravagant. It's obvious that they drove into a nicer area and said, Ummm, X + 500%. This is criminal, get multiple quotes or skip these guys all together. If you like over paying give them a call.

The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly! I had…read morea short turn-around time and luckily for me, Brian had a cancellation and could fit me into his schedule. Outside of the lucky timing, I was also lucky that Brian was very responsive, professional and customer service focused. He promptly returned calls/texts, was quick to come out and assess the work, and very communicative about the whole process. AND they did an excellent cleaning job for a very reasonable fee. I seriously wish I had found him before selling my house... it would have saved me *hours* of time cleaning. One note if you use any softwashing service - the results are amazing, but the cleaner solution does impact some sensitive plants. Half of the vegetation around my home is completely fine, but some herbs and other container plants were impacted. They'll grow back just fine, but did need a good trimming after being exposed. With this, I would not stop it from using Einstein Softwash again... I would just cover or move those plants :)

He identified seal failures and a few other problems on several other skylights as well (and I verified easily later-- I don't spend a lot of time staring at my ceiling ;) ). This was not a shock-- house was built in 1992 and skylights do not last forever. I did have a couple other firms come out to look at the roof and Northwest Tile Roofing was the only one which identified other real issues. Example: everyone else missed a leaking skylight in a walk-in closet; Jeremy saw it right away. The other good part is that they were fine with me sourcing the windows independently (a family friend has a window business); they still charged for installation and removal of the old windows, but that was happening regardless. Finally, the price was what you would expect for a crew of ~6 people for 2 days, but the roof did not appear to have had much if any maintenance done to it over the last 28 years. I will be hiring them for annual maintenance going forward. Great company, great employees too.
