Jay Schultz the project manager who I was working with, I cannot rave enough about him: his professionalism, his responsiveness, his articulacy, his patience... Please know that I'm a first timer with new construction, with background in software technologies not construction. There were many things I did not know or hadn't thought of, led to several times of build/no-build, and the whole time Jay patiently corresponded with me, provided me the information and details whenever I needed, all the while being encouraging and positive. For the most part, my experience with construction field has being negative, but Jay represented Green Tech's value exceptionally well, which was customer-service and satisfaction on all phases of the project. Due to my own lack of experience with permitting process, by the time I got to the state I was comfortable to sign contracts and such, the permit had expired! Ahhh... Consequently the construction is being postponed until plans are being updated to latest codes and new permit issued.
