Well Eddie had excellent customer service skills and communication with him was stellar! I needed to fix the floor in our bathroom because the people who sold it to us had hid rot that existed in the bathroom floor and was covered up. I was going to replace the sub-flooring and retile the bathroom myself till I found that little gem. I felt it could possibly be hiding more than I felt capable of handling. My mother contacted them to have her bathtub insert replaced with a walk in shower insert. Simple, right? We had some examples from Home Depot for $1500-$2500 (minus labor). The rebath sales rep came out and truly attempted to hard sell my 80 year old mother in spending 16k to replace her shower. Just. The. Shower. Thankfully I was there for the pitch and promptly kicked her out after she told me it couldn't be done for less, that I (who's remodeled many homes) didn't know what I was talking about and their " proprietary" material was so far superior to anything found elsewhere. Please. It's fiberglass. They might do decent work, but you can do soooo much more for the money and get a higher quality product.
