We were preparing to sell our house and the team made our carpets show worthy- we have a dog and two kids and you would never know! In addition to their stellar work, the team was extremely communicative throughout the booking process and day of coordination- that's a massive plus. Hammond Knoll will always be our go to for cleaning- best of the best, and best value! read more

This is the second time I've had my area rugs cleaned by Hammond Knoll. Both times they were great to work with. The first time, we had them remove the damaged fringe and bind the ends of our living room and dining room carpets. We also bought custom cut carpet pads from them. This time, we had the two big rugs cleaned--and they cleaned the carpet pads we had bought from them for free. We also had a smaller rug that they removed the damaged fringe, bound the ends, cleaned it, and we bought a pad for it. read more

our service tech was polite and very nice. We felt he rushed thru this job and we were disappointed with the final clean. we have used your company for every cleaning and our carpet wasn't as clean as in earlier service. I reported this to your office and someone is coming back on Monday for a redo. i think spot remover was not used and I see so many little spots on areas that usually are taken care of. We never ever have had these complaints before but I felt we needed a redo. We always will use your company because of your guarantee and fine service over these years! Thank you! read more

I have been using Hammond Knoll for many years at our house and they have always been outstanding. They have constantly provided an outstanding result when it comes to cleaning our carpets. Just recently, we had our carpets cleaned and I thought a few of the stains (wine & foot traffic) in our relatively new carpets should have came out. I made a call and within a few days they were back out and this time removed the stains. To be honest, this is the only time we have ever had to call them to come back for a touch-up. But they did so without any issues. I have tried other carpet cleaners in the area and none have matched the level of service I get from Hammond Knoll. Lastly, their price also matches the other services out there. I strongly recommend them! read more

Called to have carpets cleaned. Jason showed up on time and measured out the areas we wanted cleaned. Great job communicating with us and answered all our questions. He was great, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They look almost new again. Price was great and Jason was a joy to talk to. Give him a raise and promote him! Thanks again Jason for all your hard work. read more

I recently took a couple area rugs to Hammond Knoll for cleaning and had a great experience. Lexi at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and a real delight to work with. The work was completed well before the promised date and the rugs look great! I would definitely recommend them for any of your rugs/carpet cleaning needs. read more

We had Hammond Knoll come out to steam clean our marble bathroom floors that have light grout*. The grout had become discolored. Travis was able to get the grout back to it's original color. He was also very helpful answering my questions. Almost as remarkable as the job Travis did, was how efficient and professional Marissa and Travis were. They made booking and completing our job very easy and their pricing came in lower than originally expected. I already have plans of using them next year. *I know, questionable choice-but it's beautiful. read more

The technician that cleaned our carpets was very friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and completed the work much quicker than we expected. Thank you, Rich C. read more

I recently took an Oriental rug in to Hammond Knoll to get cleaned. It came back quicker than I expected and so vibrant looking and soft. We have many area rugs that will be needing cleaning in the not-so-distant future, and will most definitely be using them again. read more

They were able to clean our Indian rug carpet and make it smell like it should again. The price was reasonable considering it was an heirloom and we are VERY satisfied with the work. It had to be clean for our move from the state of Washington up north. Or it would have been taken at the border. I'm going to roll it out later and take pictures for the "after" part. read more

Great communication, accurate estimate, excellent service. Would recommend this team to anyone in need.

We had a great experience 5 years ago when Hammond Knoll cleaned our 9x12 dining room rug; it came home looking brand new with no stains. About 4 weeks ago I sent 8 rugs to them for cleaning (an 8x10, a hall runner, and 6 smaller rugs); each one was returned sparkling clean. The runner required repairs, which were done well. The large rug's return was delayed a week because they decided it needed one more round of washing to achieve cleanliness that met their standards; I was all for that and took it as proof that HK wants to always do their best. I would not send my Orientals anywhere else. I thought the price was reasonable. Not the cheapest around, but I was going for the highest quality I could find, and I'm satisfied that I got it with Hammond Knoll. read more

Service was excellent and the rug appears to be clean. They quoted 3 weeks but only took two which seems like a more appropriate time line. I only give 3 stars because of the price which was extremely high. She said it was because it had to be "hand washed" due to the silk in it but even if it was 100% wool she gave me the price and it was still extremely high. Will probably try somewhere else next time. Lesson learned is call snd get pricing information first which I didn't do. Then you can do some comparison pricing. read more

I had a sofa and headboard cleaned by Hammond/Knoll. the service provider has done several jobs for me over the years. He does excellent work. Both pieces look like new. in the past I've had stone floors cleaned and polished, carpets shampooed and have taken in oriental carpets to be cleaned. I'm always pleased with the results. read more

I am very happy with the upholstery cleaning, the chair Hammond Knoll cleaned, I purchased at Schoenfeld's in 1986. I bought it when I was assigned to the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Fort Lewis. I have had it that long! My father lived with me for the last four years of his life and it was his favorite chair to sit in. But being a favorite chair of an old guy! You end up with old guy stains! Now that I am retired, but I am not an old guy! It has become my favorite chair to sit in in while I drink coffee and look out the windows! It is relaxing and reminds me of my father! So thank you and your company for doing such a wonderful job! I greatly appreciate it! read more

I used Hammond Knoll to do the binding on a custom runner for my home. While a bit on the pricy side (especially if you want a wide ribbon binding), their customer service and product were fantastic. we were going to reupholster our chair at Michael's upholstery in Tacoma. it had a big stain. But the people at Michael's were nice enough to recommend Hammond Knoll to clean our chair instead of reupholstering it. Although they could not get the stain out completely, it is much better and acceptable to us. We saved almost $1000 by cleaning it rather than reupholstering it. We were so happy with the results, we brought another chair to be cleaned. In particular, Alex was great to work with. read more

My area rug was rejuvenated and looks brand new! I had no idea how dingy it had become over time. This was the first time I used Hammond Knoll and found them to be very responsive when I contacted them by email; when I brought the rug in and when I picked it up. It was ready for pick up earlier than scheduled. I will most certainly be using their services again. read more

I have been using carpet cleaning services provided by Hammond Knoll for the past 8 years. Their service has always been exceptional to say the least. Not only is the actual cleaning service provided professionally excellent but more importantly their customer service always exceeds my expectation with each and every interaction. Their goal of 100% customer satisfaction has quickly become and maintained to be their standard rather than a goal. Scheduling is always accommodating to the customer and pricing is very reasonable. While I have never experienced any problem or difficulty with their service I remain confident that should that situation occur - it would be resolved quickly. Each and every encounter with Hammond Knoll employees that I have experienced throughout the past 8 years has always been with a dedicated, friendly and professional person always with sincere commitment of providing the above beyond the best of the best service. Overall, I am confident that both services as well as the customer service remains to be sustained at the top of the chart of excellence. read more
