I have been using Hammond Knoll for many years at our house and they have always been outstanding. They have constantly provided an outstanding result when it comes to cleaning our carpets. Just recently, we had our carpets cleaned and I thought a few of the stains (wine & foot traffic) in our relatively new carpets should have came out. They were able to clean our Indian rug carpet and make it smell like it should again. The price was reasonable considering it was an heirloom and we are VERY satisfied with the work. Had 2 leather armchairs restored to original condition. Chairs were 13 years old and the leather had dried out and faded from sunlight but had not cracked or split. The chairs looked showroom new when delivered. The color was back to original and the leather was soft and pliable. Cat scratched and dirt were gone. We are so disappointed that your agent once over lightly cleaning this week did not remove the blood stains from our carpet. Last Jan. we had the same episode and your agent Jacob worked very hard for almost 2 hours and removed all the stains. When we asked for help in removing the remaining stains this time, we were told that you do not go back again and that if you sent someone again it would be more than another $400 service call. We have already paid $425 for the first visit!! You did tell me details of how I might remove the stains on my own using hydroperoxide!! At age 83 it is difficult for me to do that. I guess that your advertisement that reads "Solutions to make it right for even the toughest cleaning" is not true. So sad. Having some pretty good experience with commercial rug cleaners in the past made the bar kind of high for these new guys. But they exceeded all expectations. First, the young man, Corey was right on time. He gets extra points for not having a neck tattoo or metal piercings on his mug. He even called when he was leaving the shop. Set up was quick. They have new and modern equipment. He did an excellent job on a carpet that looked like a crime scene. The tech worked quickly and when he was done he asked if we wanted to do a walk through. Then he packed up and came back to make sure everything was clean behind him. This is a well run business. I requested some cleaning of concrete from these people because it says on there website that they do concrete cleaning. They had their estimater out and she felt very confident that they could do the job. Said that they will do a ten foot by ten foot test in a few days to see if we likes the results. Two weeks goes by because I didn't hear anything from them. Sent an email seeing what the status is on them coming over to do the test sample. Got a response back saying this. Hi there, Thanks so much for reaching back out. I have tried calling to speak with you about the concrete cleaning but have not been able to get through. I spoke with the technicians and they do not think they will be able to achieve the level or appearance improvement that you are after. We recommend that you contact a concrete specailist. The paint and discoloration will most likely remain after we do the cleaning. The floor may need some mild sanding for maximum improvement. Why would it be up to a technician to determine it's not worthwhile to do the job? They didn't even look at the concrete nor did they come out and asses. They simply are judging off of the pictures taken from the estimator! I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism! Complete waste of time ! I do not recommend this company at all for any of their services and would be cautious of what their website states! read more
