Louie is a master craftsman with tile removal and re-installation. He took out a 9-tile section of my shower wall to allow the plumber to replace the pipes and tub-shower combo faucet behind the wall. He then re-installed and re-grouted the same tiles. They also patched a hole in the step in our kitchen, where the tiles were falling off. Labor was top notch and work was completed ahead of schedule. Further I thought they'd charge a few extra beans when I asked if they touch up the grout on bottom row of tiles on another tub surround, but it was graciously done without added charge.
