Louie is a master craftsman with tile removal and re-installation. He took out a 9-tile section of my shower wall to allow the plumber to replace the pipes and tub-shower combo faucet behind the wall. He then re-installed and re-grouted the same tiles. The tiles were completely undamaged and the re-installation looks as if they had never been touched. I find this amazing! I highly recommend this company. Louie and his team regrouted our bathroom that has original tile from the 1940s, and made it look like new. They also patched a hole in the step in our kitchen, where the tiles were falling off. We couldn't find an exact match for the vintage tile and so they cut up small bits of a closely matching color and interspersed them with the existing pieces that had fallen off. Grout fix chipped out and re-grouted my tub surround and laid new tile for the same bathroom floor... (used epoxy grout). Work and communication was kind and professional. Labor was top notch and work was completed ahead of schedule. Further I thought they'd charge a few extra beans when I asked if they touch up the grout on bottom row of tiles on another tub surround, but it was graciously done without added charge. I had to wait nearly 2 months to get on the schedule, but it was worth the wait... sort of like tattoos... if you can get in too quick you should probably question the quality of the work. read more

Also, since my building was using a very fragile material (Cpvc) for pipe, and the original construction team failed to build support behind the pipe, it got broken during plumbers visit.
