Our bathroom floor and shower have those old-fashioned white hexagon tiles and they looked dirty all the time plus some of the grout was gone. Chris did a fabulous job. He and his employee Devon (sp?) fixed and cleaned the grout; cleaned the tile; and then put a coat of clear epoxy on all of it so it will stay white and good looking for at least several years. (So long as we mop it, of course!) They came on time, were efficient, and cleaned up before they left. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. read more

He spent most of the day regrouting the lower half of my master bathroom shower and even helped me fix a couple of other minor things like reattaching a baseboard and filling in some cracks in my other bathroom shower. Called him and he answered and asked lots of thoughtful questions. He asked for photos to be texted which I sent, and he responded right away. Turned out there were some tiles that didn't have the right backing (this is a major over-simplification of the issue) and they not only fixed everything so that it was sound, but were VERY reasonable about the price given the extra work.
