Sir Grout did a fantastic job on our upstairs bathroom! They came in on time AND finished a little early! Pricing was great, considering they did a quality job that should literally last for years. Our Grout "Knight" spent a few minutes giving us care instructions. Products to use and frequency. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I'm very pleased with the grout restoration work at my condo. The technician named Derek. The previous tenant cooked frequently, so the kitchen floor grout had accumulated quite a bit of grease over time. In the bathroom, as we know, not every tenant wipes down the shower walls after each use, so the grout, bathtub edges, and caulking had also deteriorated from years of moisture exposure. The grout company did a deep cleaning, repaired the deteriorated areas, recaulked where necessary, and sealed the tile and grout. The kitchen and bathroom tile floors now look almost like new. I think this type of restoration is well worth the cost, particularly compared with replacing otherwise good tile. I especially like having the shower-wall grout professionally sealed, and their lifetime warranty on the sealed areas adds significant value. read more

This was a worst-case scenario. The installation used very expensive white marble from Ann Sacks with white epoxy grout from a company called Laticrete. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that their white grout can have a tendency to turn yellow over time. I also later learned that many professional tile installers refuse to use Laticrete white epoxy grout because of this issue. Because epoxy grout cures as hard as cement, the problem was extremely difficult to fix. To make matters worse, the contractor who originally installed it refused to fix the problem. I spoke with several professionals and was told that the only options were either to remove and replace all of the tile or use a grinder to remove the yellowed grout, which could chip and damage the marble. After doing extensive research, including using ChatGPT, Sir Grout was recommended as the best company for the job. There was only one person at Sir Grout who had both the experience to remove Laticrete epoxy grout and the willingness to take on such a challenging project. His name is David, and he is awesome. Not a single tile was damaged during the process, and he used a different manufacturer's white grout that will not turn yellow. Sir Grout also provides a one-year written guarantee on the grout work. In addition, the white tile itself had begun to show yellow staining, and Sir Grout was able to remove almost all of those stains as well. Needless to say, I will be using Sir Grout enthusiastically for any and all future projects involving tile or grout. "$8,844.00 is paid to Sir Grout Seattle, LLC. They Did Good Work, but.... The work appears, so far, to have been done well, but we didn't appreciate the business approach used. The Sir Grout estimator looked at the tile & grout areas we wanted cleaned and sealed. He proposed the work he felt we should do. We asked him about adding grout on the river rock shower floor and he advised against it, saying the extra grout layer would be thin and likely to crack. He also said the work needed to be scheduled during a couple days of no rain. He gave us an estimate and we signed an agreement. The two person crew arrived and immediately attempted to upsell each of the work areas, e.g., proposing to add color match grout instead of clear seal, including on the shower floor. We pointed out that the estimator recommended against that. The technician suggested the estimator didn't understand. That approach allows the estimator to low ball the work rather than describing all options available. The crew's attempt to upsell took time away from their doing the work, resulting in a later finish time. Two negotiations about the work wasted our time. Yes, we might have learned of alternate approaches to the work had we obtained multiple bids before signing a contract. Lesson learned. At completion of the work, the crew asked if the it "looked good." However, they didn't offer to do a walk through to explain when each area could be used and how to care for each area. That would have been appreciated. I called Sir Grout the next day to ask if rain that had fallen on the outdoor decks overnight might have damaged the sealant. I was told a tech would call back, but they never did. read more

Cameron from Sir Grout did a clean/seal and re-caulk for tiled areas in my home. Cameron was highly professional and did excellent work. He communicated clearly and completely. When he completed the job, he did a walk through with me and made sure I didn't have any questions. Cameron was exceptional. I highly recommend Sir Grout Seattle and will use their services again. read more

The guy who is no longer with Sir Grout was not reliable after giving me a quote. I wanted a new quote on regrouting instead of restoration but couldn't get ahold of him through email. Then the next day I called the office requesting him to give me a call. He did call me in a few hours and promised he would give me another quote. Ghosted. Customer service was very professional and friendly though. read more

Sir Grout Seattle - Refinished Shower - Tiling Near Me

Caleb did a great job with our shower. Easy scheduling and a fast turn around time. Will use again in the future!

Expertise with tenacity! Sir Grout's stone-restorer, David, did an unbelievable job on our recently purchased eBay "marble" end tabletops. Firstly, thank you to Ethan for stopping by our house, looking at the end tables and offering us a competitive restoration and polishing fee. Once the tabletops were in their hands, David discovered that the stone was not marble but rather a premature granite stone which resulted in a different type of challenge including more labor. David kept us posted and after a week, the stone tops were delivered to our home totally transformed with a gorgeous glossy finish exhibiting the stone's natural specks and veins. What can I say? Wowee! read more

Our giant '90s era pink marble bathroom needed a lot of polish and repair. Caleb did a remarkable job making it look great and helping it last longer. Since it was an atypical project, he even went and got a few samples colors to see which one matched the best. It was speedy and just what we were looking for. read more

I'd like to thank Sir Grout for making it right. (Shout out to Mike as he came in clutch with the customer service and attention to detail). We were unsatisfied with the initial grout work and thought that this was the best that Sir Grout could provide. After contacting the company to voice our concerns, they stated they would make it right and give us the quality we paid and asked for. Thank you for listening and more importantly giving us a beautiful bathroom. I would recommend this company for any and all grout work. We are very satisfied with the final product. read more

Had a great experience from first phone call all the way through to project completion. We needed a bathroom marble tile floor, shower and countertop cleaned. David was the technician and was very responsive, thorough and thoughtful. The original order didn't call for a full regrout of the shower floor, but that's what ended up being needed, and he added it onto the job and still finished a few hours before estimated completion time. Would definitely recommend this vendor. read more

We are very pleased with our experience with Sir Grout. Ethan responded quickly via e-mail when setting up the details for the job as well as the timing. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Sir Grout they made an appt to show up on Friday at 11am. A man so he called himself the owner, it's a franchise looked at my bathroom shower I explained what I was looking for and he said he would e mail me with a quote. I confirmed he had my e mail. I haven't heard from him yet. Bad business, would never recommend this company. I guess the job was just to small $$ wise and not enough money for him to make. The idiot didn't stop to realize that this building has 23 units and had his company done the work and if I had been happy with them it could bring forth several other customers. The folks at Sir Grout are fantastic. From the person who scheduled the appointments, to the final finished job, it was a wonderful experience. They cleaned and refinished my backsplash time, and refinished all of the granite in the kitchen. Oscar, the man who did our job, showed up for our project arrived at 9:00 am on the dot, and went straight to work. When he left our kitchen looked almost brand new. We couldn't be happier!! read more

My experience with Sir Grout was great. I scheduled an estimate online and Ethan confirmed and showed up on time and we discussed options for restoring the grout in the master shower, republishing the marble vanity and re-caulking the backsplash. He also looked at the caulking and backsplash in the kitchen. The quote came the next day and they had a cancellation so the work was done 2 days after the estimate. David was the technician and he did a great job. The shower was a bit tricky as the floor has dark tile and dark grout. He made the repairs, did an acid wash, completed the epoxy grout in the corners and sealed everything. Looks awesome. Matched the existing grout color very well. He brought the shine back to the dark marble vanity and it looks better than it did when first installed. The kitchen was pretty straight forward and also looks good. The job took most of the day and David had a ton of equipment and supplies. He cleaned up the worksite and left everything spotless. Very happy with the work he did. read more

Did OK job for tile and countertop refurbish. Wall painting and tub refurbish was done by other companies. For a $1200.00 job with Sir Grout, I was excepting a better result. But I understand that every refurbish project comes with its limitations. The lack of sharp contrast may due to the nature of this project. More magical effects may show on other projects. read more

Ethan and then his Manager technician David both showed up promptly. Both were professional and courteous, doing the work as promised and quoted. Shower tile looks great and extra care was taken as well to clean up around the shower doors and re-caulk. Kitchen counters looked great and David provided great info about how to keep grout looking good. There was a small area of damage that occurred during the service, but i was pleased at how communicative these guys were and responsive to sending someone back out again to fix the damage. I'd definitely use them again! read more
