If I could give 1,000 stars I would! I could not be more pleased with the HARD WORK put in on my shower, flooring and vanity install in my bathroom from Alpine Tile & Contracting. Long story short, my shower was falling apart and there was mold. We were unaware of how much though. Damon and his employees Vadym and Nazaar came in, ripped out the bathroom and realized that there was more mold than we thought. This lead to them replacing drywall, the entire side of the house where the main bathroom wall was and our bathroom floor. I couldnt even tell they had to take the siding off the house to do anything that's how clean their work was. Vadym and Nazar were extremely nice and stuck to my design idea like no other. I contacted Damon when I noticed some cracking and chipping of the grout in my shower. On the call, he told me right away to discontinue use of the shower to ensure moisture would not be trapped behind the tiles. Right there - I could hear the integrity in his work. I hadn't even hired him and already he offered a piece of free advice just to be helpful! After collecting some estimates I found that Damon's price was fair and reasonable. We set up a time and he arrived promptly and finished the work in the estimated timeframe. He was neat and tidy and cleaned up everything afterwards. As for the result, it far exceeded my expectations. I had envisioned he would be touching up only the places that had holes/cracks, but he completely regrouted my entire shower pan. Excellent work! Called Damon to redo our caulk in our shower. Subway tile, acrylic shower pan. Damon suggested he clean the tile real well, reseal and replace the caulk. Sounded like a good idea. Damon cleaned really well, put skim coat over the splash areas of the shower and replaced all the caulk. I'd say he spent about five hours, which surprised me. I thought he'd be here an hour or so. The point is he was very thorough and did a very comprehensive job. He protected the floor in our bathroom, left the whole bathroom perfectly spotless. Alpine came over to work on my marble tile shower. The shower was tiled by a previous contractor less than 4 years ago and already had some issues starting to develop - grout cracking, grout chipped, grout washing away, corners and window not caulked, etc. Damon and his young tile padawan fixed all the grout damage, cleaned and resealed all surfaces, caulked everything, educated me on required maintenance and cleaning, and left the bathroom looking better than it did when it was new. 10/10. Our walk-in shower needed a deep clean of the grout and resealing. Damon provided a prompt reply and advised us to send photos of the shower. We obtained a variety of quotes, and Alpine Tile & Contracting's estimate was reasonable and included resealing.
