Vasi was great, thorough and detailed in his work. I appreciated he went under the crawl space to thoroughly inspect any potential leaks and to ensure plumbing was secured. He was able to complete my two bathrooms (master and main) within 3 weeks, he was careful about the home and things were returned back to normal. Other than my dog not being impressed with his tools that made loud noises, overall quality of the job was fantastic. In order to stay within striking range of original quote, I recommend you thoroughly understand what features you want for the bathroom. Final bill was off the original quote due to things like, design of the original bathroom was built in non-standard ways, so if he uncovers funky plumbing or a heating system on the floor was installed and needs removing, it will cost extra. You will purchase on your own new finishes, vanity, toilet, etc and he can pick up. Additional things like adding niches, new valves/finishes removal and installation, exhaust/heat/vent removal install all have different cost associated with each job. So make sure to specify what you are wanting/needing and set aside an additional 30%. If you have never worked with a contractor for a remodel before and aren't sure of what you need or what might come up and you need to stay within budget, set aside an additional 70%. read more
