We needed something that worked with our alabaster/ivory tile and Mapei Alabaster grout--and fast. We were immediately and thoroughly helped by the owner, who was not only knowledgeable but incredibly validating. She confirmed my instincts about the white-white trim looking cheap against our tile, even mentioning she doesn't stock it for that exact reason! I had started to feel like I was being too picky or difficult, but she reassured me I wasn't--and that meant a lot. She had multiple alternatives that looked significantly better, and she made a confident, trustworthy recommendation.
